The laundry room has built-in extra large washer/dryer and sink and is stocked with any cleaning supplies you may need during your stay. The dining room has a table for 10. It overlooks the back yard and pool. It’s perfect for seeing the sun rise over the mountains in the morning or a beautiful evening dinner with the back yard lit up. There is a built-in sound system connectable by Bluetooth, a large Smart TV, High-speed internet connection. There are also some board games. The pool is heated with solar and there is a gas heater for the hot tub. There is a brand new large bbq that is connected to the natural gas so there is no running out of propane or having to change tanks. The fire pit is also natural gas for the same reason. The outdoor shower is actually fully hot and cold just like a regular shower inside. The Spa heating is included in the price and can seat between 4-6 people. If you'd like to use the pool heating, the gas charges will be an additional $75/day of use all year. The heating systems are controlled via a tablet. The Spa will automatically shut off after 90 minutes and will need to be turned back on each time. We added a bathroom in every bedroom, plus a 1/2 bath as a guest bath. The kitchen is completely new, and we have also added 3 units of AC/heating. This historical San Diego home offers all modern amenities plus complete privacy for every bedroom. We moved out of the big home since our kids are now in college. A new Kitchen, a formal dining room, a huge living room, a half bathroom, and a telephone room are on the first floor. Master bedroom with a California King bed, his and hers closet, office, master bathroom with double sink, walking-in shower, and tub on the 2nd floor. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and its AC/heating, closet, and bathroom are also on the 2nd floor. The 3rd bedroom with a full bed and a full bathroom is on the 2nd floor.
