Also on this floor is the second washer/dryer set and a common area with foosball table, multiple game tables, and 60" flat screen TV.   Head up to the third floor where there is a large loft common area with a Twin over Queen bunk bed nook as well. The bunk room on the south end of the home features 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds with an additional 2 twin beds on the side, sleeping 6 guests. The third floor master suite is surely breathtaking. It has an open floor concept with a claw tub and luxury stained glass in the bathroom area. The fully furnished, brick-paved pool deck is just down the hall and through the backdoor! Stay Salty has an amazing ground floor beachfront space featuring ample couch seating, full sized outdoor dining table seating up to 8 people plus additional barstool/high-top table which seats an additional 6. No one will be fighting over specific seats either because no matter where you choose to hang, your view of the Emerald Coast is crystal clear! Another cool amenity in this space is the outdoor grill, its positioned perfectly to take in the fresh sea air and beautiful sounds of the waves as you prepare your meal. The pool itself is a 12x17 "L"-shaped construction that includes a shallow sun shelf at the entrance (this is perfect for the little ones)! A little beyond your pool area is a beach boardwalk leading directly out to the sand and private outdoor shower for when you are coming in off the beach. And for those little needed breaks from playing outside, we made sure to build a full sized bathroom just inside from the backdoor :) Located on the second floor is the main living/kitchen/dining space. The layout of this area was designed for optimal beach views while having the spacious comfort of home. The indoor dining table can seat up to 8 while the bar seating fits up to 5, outdoor dining is also an option on this floor out on the open-air balcony. With double refrigerators and state of the art appliances & equipment, the fully furnished kitchen will have everything you need to make every meal while the other part of your crew hangs back in the living area waiting for the dinner bell to ring! Down the hall are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a unique queen over king bunk, each have their own private en-suites as well. The space Backyard Social offers an unmatched tropical experience with its 3-course mini golf, plenty of space to enjoy outdoor ping pong and corn hole games, relax in the hammock shaded by palm trees and soft beach sand or soak in the Florida sunshine in the heated saltwater pool. When you're ready for some shade, there's ample space for everyone to move to the tiki hut bar and table to grill, watch TV and view the sun go down as the backyard lights up. If things start to cool off and you want to enjoy a nice hot soak, move over to the 7-person hot tub to relax. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. From time to time mother nature moves those trees around, as a result leaves and pine needles tend to fall on the backyards turf. Our lawn maintenance crew will blow them off a few times a month. However, they might not show during your stay. If they fall before or during your stay and you wish to blow them outside the gate; we have supplied a leaf blower in the laundry room. Feel free to use it. **Quiet hours** This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10pm-7am. Any complaints from the neighbors for loud noise levels after 10pm will result in forfeiting your security deposit. The second complaint for violating quiet hours will terminate your stay immediately with no refunds. We don't allow outside guests on the property at anytime. Parties or events are not allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house, garage, or near artificial turf. Smoking of any kind inside the house or garage will result in a $500 fine.
