To help us ensure a perfect fit, we'll ask a few quick questions before confirming your reservation: the names and ages of everyone in your group, the type of gathering you're planning, and if you're bringing any furry friends. Our cabin comfortably sleeps 11, perfect for families with kids/teens. Adult groups are welcome too, up to 4 couples or 7 friends (that's how many beds we have). Larger family groups with extra kids/teens? Just let us know! For adult-only groups, we ask that the majority be 30 or older. Note on AC: the 2 downstairs bedrooms and tv room do not have AC. In hot summer days tempeture stays below 76 during the hottes part of the day. Walls are concreate and keep the rooms cool. Newly renovated spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms and a new deck make for a comfortable stay. Minutes from Storyland and close to Restaurants, Outlet Shopping, and Valley Attractions. Our home is ideally located for Hiking and Skiing. Echo lake, Diana's bath, Cathedral ledge minutes away. **PLEASE NOTE: Pet Fee $100** The space Our Space is unique because of its ski/snowboard/hiking lodge feel. You will feel on vacation for sure with the surrounding woods and proximity to downtown North Conway. We love meeting new people and look forward to welcoming you into our home. We have extremely fast Internet, smart TVs and games for the Xbox 360 in the living room. We have Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video available on all the TVs. COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME: We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning. - Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc. - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines [B] Identifies this home being professionally managed by Birch Hospitality. If you are renting a car to come and visit the mountains, we highly recommend something with 4 wheel drive for our road but also for the town as well. - We do have cable TV which includes allv standard broadcast channels and a select group of ten cable channels, for example, ESPN, History, etc. - The home is split into two sections. A bottom half and a street-level half. The bottom half has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and a laundry room. - Please also note that the $350 security deposit is never charged unless you damage something in the home. (many people ask about that) HEAT INFORMATION: WALL MOUNTED MINI-SPLITS: (use remote controller) heat the entire home adequately. Please use these units, found in the upper and lower level living rooms to make the home generally comfortable. When you leave for the day, please leave the wall-mount units at 60°F. INDIVIDUAL THERMOSTATS in each bedroom, the lower level hall, and lower level bath can be used for supplemental heat as necessary. In particular, when bedrooms are occupied and doors are closed, the electric baseboard will often be necessary. When bedrooms are unoccupied or you leave the home for the day, please leave the thermostats at 55°F. The goal is for these units to remain off during the day/rooms aren’t being used, as they are wildly inefficient. THE NEST THERMOSTAT only controls the upstairs living room and kitchen and should generally remain OFF. **If you decide to use the fireplace, PLEASE TURN OFF THE WALL-MOUNTED MITSUBISHI NEXT TO IT. When the fan turns on, it will draw smoke from the fireplace into the living room. If you find that the fireplace is not providing enough heat for your comfort, you can supplement using the electric baseboard controlled by the Nest thermostat. Please turn it off when the fire dies down and you begin to use the Mitsubishi again. ** PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. Continue toward the back door with ramp access, and you'll spot the laundry with updated washer and dryer units, and the first floor bathroom with walk-in shower. Head up the stairs from the living room, and you'll find four well-appointed and thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The z-shaped layout of the upstairs bedrooms provides great privacy for each room, with the bathroom in the middle. The first bedroom on the left offers a king bed with bedside lighting and a 30" Roku-enabled TV. This room has a modest tiger oak secretary desk for those remote work-from-wherever laptop sessions, plus a spacious 6-drawer dresser and a generously-sized closet. Next, you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds, a 3-drawer dresser and a closet. On the right, a full bathroom with a vintage cast-iron tub, great for bathtime with the kids. At the far end of the hall, a bedroom that's great for sleepovers with friends of all ages. The full-size bunk bed is a triple decker, with a full-size pull-out trundle. The fourth room is a queen-size iron-frame bed with a closet. At the end of the hall is a second staircase that leads back down to the dining room. Finally, follow the stairs to the loft where you'll find an assortment of games, from board games, to foosball, to PacMan Arcade, to the original Nintendo. This room doubles as a bedroom with a twin-size daybed and twin-size pull-out trundle. Outside the house, you'll find a firepit with four adirondack chairs and four stools. Please lock the doors every time you leave (including garage door). INTERNET Wi-Fi network - Kearsarge22 Password – Kearsarge388165# TV – Each TV is equipped with either Spectrum Cable or Roku. To access Spectrum with Roku, please use the Spectrum App located in the home page. Gas Fireplace – Remotes are located on the mantle. Use the white timer button to turn the device on and off. Enjoy your own private space in a very comfortable home, with a private back yard and two decks to relax on after an adventure filled day. Unpack and leave the car! Walk to Mount Cranmore and the Whitaker Woods. The space Our Cranmore Road House is a stone's throw to Mount Cranmore which offers both winter and summer activities. Hiking and mountain bike trails are close by. The quaint village of North Conway is a short walk for your enjoyment. Tax-Free shopping is a 10 minute drive down the road. This fabulous home is in the perfect location to enjoy all that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Walk to Mount Cranmore, Whitaker Woods Trail, Frontside Coffee Roasters, North Conway Village and Schouler Park within minutes. Guest access The whole house is yours with the exception of the basement and the owner's closet. There is plenty of private outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain air. Other things to note You will get a unique id in order to open the lock. It will activate at 3:00 pm on the day of your check in and will de-activate at 11:01 am on the morning you check out. Of course if you arrive a little early or forget something after you've left, just reach and out and we can reset the lock remotely. ***please note that a $100 pet fee per pet will be added for all pets***
