Excellent for all seasons, lots of winter activities too! The space The main house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and master suite with full bathroom. There is also an additional full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower and clawfoot tub. One of the upstairs bedrooms has twin trundle beds (4 total mattresses) which are perfect for kiddos. There is a large outdoor deck off the living room and another small deck off the master suite. The full property is an actively maintained farm with corn and wildflowers and cherry tree vistas. Guest access You will have full access to the house except for the garage and basement, both of which need some maintenance. You'll be able to walk the grounds around the house, though we request care around the actual farming areas, as the land is actively maintained. Come stay in a our spacious home just north of Traverse City on the famous M-22. This beautiful home is across the street from the bay and minutes away from downtown Traverse City. The house has high speed Wifi and cable with two televisions. There are two functioning, well-stocked kitchens and plenty of room to spread out. The house is situated on a large lot where you can have a bonfire in the backyard in summer, and in the winter there is plenty of room for snow play. STR license #2-23-64 The space Both kitchens are fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, spices and coffee. There are four bedrooms, three newly remodeled rooms on the ground floor with queen beds and one homey bedroom upstairs with two twin beds. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. In-unit washer and dryer. Plenty of parking in the front. Enjoy swimming, hiking, boating, wine or beer tasting and all the other great things Traverse City has to offer! Other things to note This home is licensed for short term rentals through Elmwood Charter Township. The license number is 2022-55. There is a public beach access 1/4 mile north of the house across from Pathfinder school. West End Beach and Clinch park are minutes away by car and the Leelanau Peninsula has some fantastic beaches as well. We do not allow pets to make it a safe place for those who have allergies. A fee will be assessed if this rule is broken.

The Beach: 150' of private West Bay beachfront for your use and view. The beach is across the road from the home, please see photos! 2025 water levels are a bit low, but cooperated for a lovely stretch of sandy beach, plus dock with ladder for easy sunning and swimming. Beach toys, a few beach chairs and many towels provided. You’ll also have a kayak and stand up paddle board for use during your stay (please always wear a life jacket!) We suggest aqua socks for kids given our own experience! There is a fire pit on the small bluff overlooking the water with benches and chairs (we will provide a starter bundle of wood!). Recently added an outdoor shower for rinsing off, too! *Please note that dock, paddle board and kayak are guaranteed to be out in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day), as weather permits they may be out longer but not guaranteed as weather dictates this! The house: This is a traditional log cabin that is fully outfitted (towels, linen, cookware, etc) and furnished for comfort and a Northern Michigan vacation-style. 3 floors of space to sprawl, relax and enjoy. Enjoy sweeping views of the Bay from almost any room in the house and especially the big front deck. Linens and towels provided. The lower level has many spots to lounge, TV area, a library of books, a kid play area, desk, and a big wooden bar! The indoor fireplaces are only decorative and have been retired. We apologize for any disappointment, this is for the safety of our guests and home. *We are unable to accommodate weddings or special events due to insurance liability and facility requirements. Main level has one bedroom with a bunk bed (2 singles + crib) and one bedroom with a queen bed (2 ppl). These are both bedrooms with doors and closets. Lower level common space (not private bedrooms) has bunk beds (1 twin over 1 full, sleeping 3 in an alcove) near the full bath. We also have a regulation wooden crib from Pottery Barn (in main level bunk room), a Pack 'n Play, booster chairs are available for families with small children (in addition to beach toys, books and indoor toys, and games, of course!). Pets: Well-behaved pets are permitted at the home with an additional fee. Dogs love Northern Michigan! Therefore, anyone who is under the age of 13 must wear a lifejacket when in the water, anyone using any of the provided watercraft (row boat, kayaks) must wear a lifejacket, and all youths under the age of 13 must be with a supervising adult when near the water. Fire safety is equally important. Therefore, please make sure to keep children away when having a campfire, keep flames lower than 3 feet, and be sure to fully douse the flames when you're finished with your fire by dumping a full gallon of water on the fire/coals until they are completely dark.

The home has 3 bedrooms with a king ensuite master bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms along with a loft that has 2 bunk beds. Outside you have a large expansive deck facing the 100 feet of lake frontage. A seawall has been added to the property which includes large stone steps for easy access into water for swimming. Rental has a no pet policy and a maximum of 8-10 guests. Guest access Guests have access to use the entire home. Other things to note Leelanau Blue has a dock that accommodate one boat no larger than 22'. Due to the steep driveway and the curve in the road, there are no trailers permitted on the property. As this is a residential property, Leelanau Blue does not allow any pets, smoking, fireworks, bonfires or parties of any kind. The maximum of ten guests should never be exceeded. This property is designed for use by friends wishing to visit wineries, families enjoying the trails and beaches offered in Leelanau County, and business professionals looking to take meetings with a lake view. The space This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a playroom, a large living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. You will also have access to the 2 car garage, a fenced backyard, a front patio with seating, and a large private deck with bay views across the road. On the main floor, your group can gather around the dining room table while listening to music, playing games, or drinking wine. In the adjacent room is a large, fully stocked kitchen with an island for your whole group to gather and cook a meal. While you cook, guests can lounge in the living room equipped with a 55 inch TV and a record player. Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. After enjoying what Northern Michigan has to offer, come back to relax and recharge in the privacy of your own home. Have a drink by the bonfire in the back yard, grill out and plan your next days adventures. The space This 4 bedrooms, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Leelanau County just 2 miles from beautiful Good Harbor beach along lake Michigan's shoreline, 10 minutes from downtown Leland's FishTown, 20 minutes to the Dune climb and only 20 minutes to Traverse City! This home has all you would expect in a fully functional home! Main floor, has a fully stocked kitchen, Quarts countertops, all new appliances, and a full size washer & dryer. the lower level has a bar, refrigerator and microwave as well. We supply ample amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap , dish soap and dish washer soap. All linens and towels are provided, as well as extra blankets. Wood for the bonfire will also be provided! Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a brand new Queen size bed and a tv. Bedroom 2 on the main floor also has a brand new Queen bed. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one has a new Queen bed and a chase lounge for relaxing, the other has a full size bed and a futon there is also a sofa bed in the lower livingroom. Both levels have living rooms with big screen TV's and full baths, perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. We pride ourselves on providing an extremely clean, comfortable and fun place for our guests visiting this beautiful part of Northern Michigan. FYI, There is plenty of space to park your boat if you choose to bring it with you to enjoy all the nearby lakes!! Welcome to the M22 Birch House hosted by Wander North Rentals! This home sits back off of the iconic M22 highway halfway between Traverse City and Suttons Bay in the heart of Leelanau wine country. Included in your stay is access to the lake frontage on Grand Traverse Bay across M22 and a six-person sauna! This property is designed for use by friends wishing to visit wineries, families enjoying the trails and beaches, and business professionals looking to take meetings with a lake view. The space This property offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a nursery, laundry room, and a large great room for groups to gather. You will also have access to the 2 car garage, a fenced backyard with firepit, patio, and sauna as well as the beach located across the road. In the great room, your group can gather around the dining table which seats 10 for meals prepared in the chef's kitchen. The kitchen includes double ovens, a professional cooktop, and a warming drawer along with all the tools needed to create a full meal. While you cook guests can lounge in the living room equipped with a 56 inch TV smart TV where you can access streaming services. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle to sleep up to 4. This room provides children's books, toys, and games to create a fun space for families with young children. The second bedroom has a king bed, a seating area with gorgeous lake views, a 42 inch TV, and an in-room nursery. The third bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Each room contains new memory foam mattresses, bedding, extra pillows, and blankets. Both bathrooms in the home are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. The laundry room has large-capacity washers and dryers available for guests. The backyard of the home has a newly added patio with outdoor seating, a grill, and a brand new 6 person sauna. In the yard there is a firepit and swing set. Baby items include a crib, high chair, sound machine, baby monitor, baby gate, childrens dishes, toys, outlet covers, and cabinet locks Guest access The house, garage, and lakefront are available for guest use. The barn is not available for guests. Other things to note Beach access is across the road to the right of the mailbox. There is a black sign on the ground that says the Birch House and a path of lights leading you down to the water. The path marks one edge of the beachfront the other edge is where the chairs are sitting.
