A Utility allowance of $400/mo will be given, any overages will be drawn from the collected deposit.

Requests to rent should come through the NexAero Housing Solutions website. Subsequent application & Lease will be coordinated through our service and will include background checks. Upon completion of application a lease will be required and security deposit collected. Guests will be required to follow all house rules and local ordinances.

NexAero Housing Solutions

Property lease will be a min of 1 month and up to 3 months (extensions will be considered on a month by month basis). Renters will be responsible for administration & cleaning fees.

NexAero Housing Solutions reserves the right to perform background checks and a rental agreement will need to be signed. A $60 Fee will be charged for the check.

Final bookings will be done through the NexAero Housing Solutions website or with placement companies.

Fees (for reference only):
- Pets must be approved and will require a one time pet fee of $600 
- Move-out / Cleaning Fee $500
- Admin Processing Fee: $250
- Late Rent Fee $50 each time
- Any violations of City Ordinance will be deducted from Deposit

NexAero provided a $400 Utility allowance cap. Any overages will be deducted from the deposit.
