He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay. Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool. Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog Gated Neighborhood: There is a guard gate to access the gated neighborhood where our home is located. It is baalanced and calm, meant to be your own private spa retreat. We also provide a twin trundle daybed styled with relaxation in mind, for extra sleeping accomodations. Second Bedroom: Floor-to-ceiling Wild Tropics Blue mural wallpaper wraps the entire room, even the closet. We removed the closet doors to create an open space, framed with yellow striped Anthropologie curtains. Don't forget to check out the Article side table that doubles as a reversible checkerboard. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating. ★ What are the additional fees? ★ To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. This rule had been put into place to protect the full time residents due to the recent influx of Short Term Renters in the area looking for a vacation destination getaway. Located in Indian Palms Country Club, you'll be able to play golf to your hearts content at this public course. Close to Empire Polo and all the festivals this is all about location.
