Bedroom 5: (Hawaii) A room for all ages, this room comes with a bunk bed (Twin over Full) and a separate twin bed. Watch your favorite shows on a 32" TV with Roku device. This room also has a small desk area with a computer, printer, and closet sitting area with a background that makes you feel like you are sitting on the beach. Half Bathroom: This bathroom is centrally located on the main floor for all guest to use. One sink and toilet. The Deck: The pride and joy of The Fort is the sizeable 1,250 sq. ft. covered deck. The deck can be enjoyed year-round with clear panels that enclose the deck in the winter months and are removed during the summer. A six-foot directional ceiling fan, a 48" fire table, two propane heaters, and a radiant electric heater are available for use to keep you warm during the winter or those cool summer nights. Enjoy spectacular views looking south over the of Coeur D' Alene Resort golf course and beautiful Lake Coeur D' Alene, and west over the City of Coeur D' Alene. If your lucky, you may even catch a great view of one of the many Fireworks shows that occur throughout the year. The deck also provides for an amazing view of North Idaho wildlife. Turkey and deer frequent the property on a daily basis. Several times a year we also have a large herd of Elk that stop by to show their beauty. Enjoy the views while sitting in one of the many comfortable deck chairs, which includes four high back chairs, two patio recliners, amongst many other seating options. Entertainment? The deck has it. Throw a round of darts on the full size electric dart board. Enjoy a movie or your favorite game on the 75" LG Smart TV with Roku device and a Bose surround sound system. Washer and dryer were upgraded Spring 2025. Full Bathroom: This basement bathroom is centrally located and serves as a common bathroom for all of the downstairs bedrooms. This bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Storage Room: Located in the hallway of the basement, this storage room holds the extra supplies that you might need during your stay. Extra bedding and blankets, extra cooking hardware such as crockpots, a roaster, Insta-pot, magic bullet, and additional kitchenware. This is where you will also find a large selection of board games, and other items for your entertainment. This is also where you will find an extra twin mattress that can be used on open floor space. Bedroom 3 : (USA) A large bedroom, with a king-size bed, rocking chair, small dresser and a large closet to hang your clothing. Family room: This comfy family room with a North Idaho theme, provides a peaceful place to relax. It features, two couches, a 60" Samsung TV with Roku device, a rocking chair, and two bean bag chairs. There is also a large desk space for those that need to check in with the office. You will also find two different toy chest for those smaller ones, a Fooz-Ball table, and a Zazz 20-K Wellness machine. Bedroom 2 : (Marilyn Monroe) Yet another spacious bedroom, with a king-size bed, dresser and closet. Fall asleep to your favorite show with a 48" LG TV with a Roku device. ________________ Outdoors: The backyard space is a perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy an evening of smores and story telling by the fire. Soak in the warmth while sitting on some of the natural stumps or chairs that can be found in the outdoor shed. You will have access to firewood so no need to fire up your chain saw. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of the garages. The two indoor fireplaces are not available for use. Door access via keyless entry: The home is accessed by a front door digital keypad. On the day of arrival, guests will be sent the door code to access the home. Other things to note One bottle of propane is provided for each device during your stay. "The Fort" CDA Lake View Home With Large Deck

Located in central Coeur d'Alene this classic 5 bed, 2 bath farm style home has been updated to make sure for the most comfortable of stays for larger groups. Just 7 minutes to the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, 2 minutes to restaurants, and 26 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park the Midtown Manor is sure to create everlasting memories for your next trip to Coeur d'Alene. The space Recently Remodeled and updated with new carpet, fresh paint, and a walk in shower that will be sure to please. There is one bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen that does have a Queen bed, and a bathroom with shower on the main floor. The upstairs has the other 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 3 sets of bunk beds) and the exquisite walk in shower. The home does not have a bath tub, however we do have a portable tub with a hand held shower wand upstairs for the kiddos. The house does have Air Conditioning! Guest access The entire house with exception of the basement which will be locked and no guest access. It is unoccupied. Other things to note Best Ave. is a through street, and while it does have higher traffic than your normal neighborhood home the road noise is not noticeable inside, and with the private back patio and fenced in side yard there's no reason to be out by the road :). $75 pet fee.

It's been completely remodeled and everything in the home is brand spanking new! * Upstairs - Kitchen & Living Room * You'll find an updated and modern eat in gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, the kitchen is fully stocked with ALL your cooking essentials and needs. The coffee bar is our personal favorite, offering a Keurig coffee maker, french press and espresso maker. In the coffee bar drawer, you'll find all the fixings needed to brew a perfect coffee or espresso. The Living Room is cozy and comfortable, with a 65" Roku TV for entertainment. YouTube TV is included for "free". YouTube TV offers everything and more that standard cable has to offer, but better. Amazon Music is also included during your stay and can be accessed from the Roku TV. * Upstairs - Bedrooms * The Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a on suite bathroom. There are cozy robes hanging in the closet, a 50" Roku TV, and there is also a pack-n-play in this closet if anyone requires a crib. Has a luggage stand. The King Room is a very relaxing bedroom with storage and a 43" Roku TV for entertainment. Has a luggage stand. The Queen Room is probably the quietest room in the home. It's visually appealing, and offers some extreme comfort. The night stands do have power and USB plug-ins. There is also a toddler bed in the closet if needed. Has a luggage stand. * Downstairs - Great Room & Game Room * The Great room and Game Room are a big entertainment space to make some good memories in, it has the biggest sofa we could buy, a large 75" Roku TV, a 112" long SHUFFLE BOARD, 2 foosball tables, an air hockey table, 2 kid dart boards, a indoor cornhole board, puzzles, giant jenga, kid toys, family board and card games. * Downstairs - Kitchenette/Wet Bar * This space offers more entertainment, with a giant dining room table to utilize for eating, playing board or family games, and or just enjoying a nice glass of wine with your friends and family. The Wet Bar has a good size wine fridge which we generally leave a bottle or two behind in, it also has a mini fridge for your refreshments of choice. The bar has just about every glass of choice, from whiskey glasses to margaritas glasses needed depending on the function or drink of choice. * Downstairs - Bedrooms * The bedroom with the Full bed is cute and cozy, this room probably gets the best lighting out of any of the other bedrooms in house. Has a luggage stand. The BUNK ROOM is made up of 3 Fulls and 1 Twin bed. One bunk bed is a full over full and the other is a twin over full. This is a great space to stick the kiddos or teenagers in so the adults can utilize all the other nice bedrooms in the home. :) With that said, we invested in nice mattress so the Full Beds are definitely great for an adult as well. We are an easy 6 minute walk to 4th Street (“Midtown”), with restaurants, ice cream, a grocery store, and vintage shops, and a 9 minute stroll to Sherman Avenue (“Downtown”), including The Coeur D’Alene Resort, City Boardwalk Beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and more. Fort Sherman Playground and McEuen Park, great for kids, are 10-15 minute walks. At Holladay Road CDA, our goal is to provide you with a wonderful holiday experience and your home away from home. Our open, light-filled, four bedroom home has everything you need for a memorable CDA vacation. The inviting porch and swing welcome you to Holladay Road CDA — perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying a lemonade on a warm summer afternoon! We have a deck which includes a sitting area and six person dining table in the late spring, summer and early fall, as well as Adirondacks and a tiki fire pit on the lawn to enjoy s’mores. Cornhole and bocce ball on the lawn also make for festive summer days and evenings. Our garage conversion to a game room includes a ping pong/pool table/dining table convertible, which is great to hang out or enjoy a game of cards. It is light and airy with many windows and two doors (though our neighbor is eternally grateful when the sliding glass door remains closed 😊). Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed, sitting area and a large bathroom, including a separate shower and jetted tub. Also upstairs is a “bunk room” with four twin beds, as well as a connecting loft with a pullout sofa bed and smart TV. The pullout is best suited for kids. CDA experiences occasional summer heat waves. We have installed central a/c to cool the downstairs and upstairs master, and a portable unit in the bunk room. While the home should maintain low-to-mid 70s or cooler during 100 degree weather, the loft with the sofabed may run a few degrees warmer during the warmest parts of the day. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas BBQ, smoker and blackstone, and the nearby dining areas offer plenty of space for outdoor meals with family and friends. The Pool House/Arcade is open from April-October. This 1,000 sf space has a poker room, arcade, kids play area, dining tables, mini bar, television and more. For indoor entertainment, the swanky lounge offers a sleek spot to relax with a drink in hand, a pool table, vintage pinball machines, a bamboo bar, television and shuffleboard, ensuring there's never a dull moment. The family room has ample seating including several beanbag chairs for moving watching and playing games. This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms—2 with luxurious King beds, a cozy Queen, and a fun bunk room with 4 beds. Open living area is great for entertaining, while the inviting patio sets the scene for BBQs and fireside chats. Just minutes from downtown, adventure is always close. Enjoy the fully fenced yard and cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. Your ideal retreat awaits! Parking for 2 cars on the right side of the driveway. Just fyi, the house is now very dark blue! The space The kitchen, living, dining, 2 bedrooms (one King and one Queen), 1 full bath and laundry are all on the main floor. Upstairs you'll find 2 more large bedrooms. One with a King size bed and another with 2 bunks. The bunks have a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Also, upstairs is an area for reading or working and there is also a built in desk in the bunk room. The ceilings upstairs are tall. The house has forced air A/C as well extra window A/C upstairs for extra cooling in the summer. The backyard is fully fenced. You can park on the right side of the driveway and on the street. 2 cars easily fit on the right side of the driveway. The stairs are steep to the upper level. Guest access You'll have the entire house and yard to yourself. Enjoy. Other things to note We're so glad you're here and hope you enjoy your stay. Garbage day is Tuesday, and the landscaper comes on Fridays—just a heads-up. The fridge’s water and ice maker don’t work, and we don’t stock coffee since everyone has their own preferences. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or anything else. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each, when available.
