Welcome to the Montecito house or “little mountain” house. This property is located in old town, Scottsdale, where you can find shopping, nightlife, golfing, hiking and so much more. Whether you are traveling with the family or here for a fun weekend with your friends we have the home for you. The space Our home is located in the heart of Scottsdale just far enough off the loop 101 to have peace and quiet with the convenience to zip around with ease. This home is about a fifteen minute drive from the Sky Harbor Airport. Once you get settled in the activities are endless. Scottsdale fashion square is about 2 miles up the street not to mention the countless places to dine or stock up on groceries. If the night life is more your scene we are 2 miles from old town where you will find the night clubs and 4 miles to the casino. Perhaps the outdoors are calling your name we are only 4 miles from camelback mountain and a stones throw from a golf course. Around this home you will see some QR codes that will take you to local trailheads and other adventures. Each room has its own mountain to explore. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a dedicated laundry room. This property also has a beautiful putting green and plenty of space to relax by the fire pit. The front door has a pin pad to get into the house. We will send the code upon checking in. Check in time 3 pm Check out time 10 am This property is pet friendly. We have designated dog dishes, blankets and a pet bed. Please keep pets off the beds and sofa. Also there are doggie bags and a scooper to pick up after your furry friends. We do charge a pet fee of 50 dollars per pet. Our kitchen is stocked with basic appliances, cookware and a Keurig machine. We will provide a few pods to get you started on your stay. There is ample counter-space to setup a work from home area or create a buffet for the family. We also have a gorgeous dining table currently setup for four but there is a leaf in the laundry room for game night or hosting family dinner. The living room and all the bedrooms are set up with smart TVs just login to your favorite apps and relax. There are also some games and cards stocked in the bookshelves. In the bathrooms you will find the essentials. For anyone that wears makeup there are designated towels stocked in the bathrooms. If additional towels are needed they are in the guest bathroom cabinet. There are a few things to know about the bedrooms. In the primary room you will find a queen bed. The lamps have outlets for charging electronics. The first guest room has a queen bed and a blow up twin bed in the chest. Also the lamps have usb ports for charging. In the last room you will find two twin beds and a bassinet under one of the beds if you are traveling with a baby. Our laundry room is located right off the patio. There are some Tide pods to start a few loads of laundry. The putters for the green and the corn hole tables are stored in here as well. When using the fire pit and the barbecue please be sure to turn off the propane tanks and cover them up after they have cooled down. We do have barbecue utensils in the kitchen cabinet closest to the sliding glass door. Guest access The only area at this home that guests don’t have access to is the garage. ￼ There is a utility closet in the hallway that has household cleaning products. The outdoor area has a patio, a fire pit, pool (*Pool heating is optional, available Nov - April for an additional charge*), outdoor speakers and the best grapefruit tree in the area! Perfectly situated to take advantage of both worlds - staying in and entertaining or going out to check the night life! The space Walk inside to a very spacious, open floor plan with custom vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is front and center with a unique table that opens into many different shapes. The living room features a large door wall for a perfect indoor/outdoor feel. The den has a cozy vibe to it, which also features a piano. There are three bedrooms down the hallway. The master has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two secondaries, each feature Queen beds. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway as well. As you enter into the backyard oasis, you will see a beautiful pool as the main attraction. As of June 2025, a brand new cartridge filter was put installed to keep the pool and water sparkling clean! The pool is professionally serviced every Friday, as well! *As of October 2023, we are installing a pool heater for the winter season! If you would like to enjoy a heated pool during your visit, please make sure to communicate that to us. The pool will be heated for the duration of your stay. Please note that there will be a fee to heat the pool. It is $100 for the first day of initial heat up and $75/day thereafter. The invoice will be sent to you after your booking has been confirmed and you have requested the pool to be heated for your stay. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat, so please remember to request a heated pool at the time of booking. Other things to note Please take note that the trash bins are located in the alleyway behind the home. The pink bin in the carport is for recycling. The fire pit requires propane. If the tank is empty, you will need to do a propane exchange. This can be done at most gas stations (Circle K for example) or grocery stores. The cost is about $24. A propane exchange is when you bring them the old, empty tank and swap it out for a new one. Due to the many guests that have not used the fire pit correctly and allow all the gas to leak out of the tank in one night, the host cannot keep coming to do this every other day. The fire pit is a provided amenity by the host, but the propane is not. Please, do not use the fire pit if you do not know how to because there is an element of danger - this is gas after all.

Close to art galleries, great restaurants, golf courses, S.F. Giants, and the rest of what Old Town has to offer. Plus: Green belt bike trail, Medical Center and much more.. You’ll love my place because of the views, the outdoors space, the location, the ambiance. You'll see some of the best sunsets you've ever experienced from our patio. Take a bike on the trail and experience Tempe town lake. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The Living room has a Large screen TV with Apple tv connected to it as well as a dvd player. Most of the applications on the apple TV have been signed into such as Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, etc. The Master bedroom has a large TV that gets regular channels and has a Amazon Fire stick. The Southwest room has a small screen connected to an Apple TV where you can watch all of our purchased movies. DVDs and games are located in drawers below the living room TV. TV in macrame room is connected to an Amazon Fire stick and has a vintage Nintendo NES available. We have 4 adult bikes, 1 kids bike, 1 toddler bike and a toddler bike seat and helmet available for you to use. We ask that you use the locks provided at all times and please do not leave bikes overnight in public. Please take your bike light inside with you. **Got Kids** We have a stroller, infant car seat, and children's toys available to you. For your restless sleeper there are blow up bed curbs located in the grey rooms closet. cabinets with the lock sticker are able to be locked and opened using a magnet. pull up to make it lock and push hard down to disengage the lock. More are located under the sink in the laundry room if you need to secure another location. there are two baby gates, the white one for the stairs and the grey one is for the fireplace. they're both located in the garage in the nook right by the door into the house. thats also where the highchair is. The pack n play with the infant attachment and changing table attachment along with a more comfortable mattress are located in the master room closet. Sand toys and pool floats and bubble machine are located in the garage. ***Not using all the rooms ask me how you can earn money back*** Guest access Each room has it's own closet with several hangers for your clothes. All bathroom drawers and below the sinks are available for your things. Each bathroom has it's own blowdryer and defuser attachment. The pool Key is hanging on the board next to the kitchen and is marked as such. The pool is located across the parking lot and second building to the left. There are gas BBQ grills across from the pool. The pool key also unlocks the gates to get out of the complex. For longer stays I have provided a mail Key which belongs to mail box 12. The garbage is located on the opposite side of the building from our front door. there are garbage bags under the kitchen sink. 2 golf bags with balls and clubs and T's -feel free to mix and match to your preference -have fun and good luck 2 disc golf bags -10 discs of varying abilities and 2 large ultimate discs -disc retriever to help you get disks out of water 5 bicycles 4 tennis rackets with balls our personal spaces: there is one closet upstairs and one downstairs and all the cupboards in the laundry room. Other things to note This is a desert and you will need water and a lot of it. The water from the tap is not everyone's favorite, but the fridge water is filtered and tastes pretty good. I have provided a few pods of laundry soap and fabric softener for your stay. I've also provided a few rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom. There are cleaners and cleansers under the kitchen sink. try and save some laundry soap for the towels at the end of your stay. Please help yourself to the coffee, teas, spices, beer, and condiments. please leave the salt and pepper and oils for the next guest. (but please, please, never leave the condo without one cold beer in the fridge)
