Camp Koie is located at the tip of a peninsula ensuring privacy both at the firepit area and along the lakefront, including the dock. You won't see any neighbors in these spots, making it an ideal destination for those seeking solitude and connecting with the natural world. May through September enjoy beautiful Oxbow Lake from the large lake day dock. Begin your day by heading to the dock for an early morning sunrise while lounging on the many provided dock chairs. As the day heats up, enjoy the provided Paddle North utility dock, two kayaks, two canoes, a rowboat, a Paddle North inflatable paddleboard, and even a small sailboat. Your lake day gets capped off with front rows seats to a Northwoods sunset. Fishing is a year-round activity in northern Wisconsin and the Camp comes equipped with fishing poles for both warm-weather angling and ice fishing. FEE IS $250.00 The space On the cth hwy so the road is kept plowed in winter, Its a 2 bedroom home with a nice big picture window that overlooks the lake. In summer you cant see any other homes on the lake but the next door neighbor ,all you see is wooded frontage. The home is warm and inviting with knotty pine doors, and trim it gives you that comfortable relaxed feeling wifi and tv with local stations and a dvd player. We have a couple of kayaks for your use to enjoy the water (life jackets also). There are so many outdoor activities to do in the summer and fall, many waterfalls within 1/2 hr drive ( maps at the house), bike trails thru out the area great fishing and plenty of local activities close by. Or just plain relax with a campfire and a sky full of stars that you dont see from urban areas (you can just smell that wood burning) and taste those marshmallows from the fire. In winter snowmobiling starts at the end of the driveway, trail 6 goes right by. There are cross country trails just a few miles west on (winman trails) cth W. availability on Rental starts at 3 pm, EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY to earlier access times . We dont allow any pets. WINTER MONTHS HAVE A MIN.4 DAY RENTAL Guest access You are renting the home minus the garage, there is a washer and dryer in basement if needed,everything else is on main floor. Other things to note The one thing we dont have is garbage pickup, but we have a recycling center just 0.8 miles right on cth W a 1 min. drive to the west. We do ask that when you leave you drop off any garbage or recyclables at the station to prevent pests (bears) from raiding the cans outside (they are open Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun 8am-4pm CLOSED Tues, Thurs. You must also check the fire watch rating before you have a campfire Karsyns Korner service station is the local fire warden, and they carry firewood. Condiments such as salt & pepper in kitchen are not allowed due to COVID regulations also personal items such as body soaps and shampoo. Dish washer and hand soap is still provided in bath and kitchen.

The house sits on a private peninsula facing west, one of the best spots on the lake at the end of a private road with a private sand beach, 4.63 wooded acres, 753 feet of lake frontage. Snowmobiles welcome. Out of respect for our neighbors we decided to respectfully not welcome jet skies and ATV's. Water skiing is not a problem but FYI there is a town ordinance no wake within 200 feet from shore. There is a outdoor fire pit. The space 3 level cedar home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, fireplace, and modern kitchen. A aluminum canoe and 2 kayaks are available for guests at no charge. Close to Lake Gogebic, waterfalls, Lake of the Clouds, many local ski hills etc. Porcupine Mountain State Park & Sylvania Wilderness are sure to impress not only our sled guests but the fishing, hiking, biking guests too! Our rental aims to impress with ample room for guests to hang out, coffee bar, full mudroom etc. + new beds/furniture throughout! The space We didn't want this to be "just another" airbnb we tried to go above and beyond with our renovation. We wanted to provide more then just the basics for you! We tried to think of everything from phone chargers, local products, games, sound machines and black out blinds in the bedrooms. We want you to not only enjoy this stay with us but future ones as well. You enter to a fully redone mudroom with storage for all your outdoor gear, the "Information board" and huge local map provide you with a great start in order to have a great stay. You make your way into the large kitchen which is fully stocked with new dishes, glasses, pot/pans, appliances, coffee bar etc. We love local and tried to provide that any where we could including Copper Cups locally roasted coffee. We hand built our live edge dining table with wood we got from a mill here in town with hopes of many memories being made there for our guests; game nights, pizza nights, cards and more. The bathroom is completely new top to bottom! Access to fresh towels, basic toiletries and laundry should make your time here feel more at home. The living room is the 2nd large hang out area with a couch that could easily seat eight + a large smart Tv for shows, movies and more. The downstairs queen bedroom has the largest closet (iron/iron board) and also the work desk area. WIFI is pretty reliable and cell service is great. The upstairs features another hang out area with a smaller Tv + futon. There is also a queen bedroom and another with two full beds. All the bedrooms feature brand new beds and linens, reading lights, phone chargers etc. We can't wait for you to see it all in person while enjoying a beautiful trip the Upper Peninsula of Michigan!

Sweet Emma's is located on the Manitowish River that connects to Boulder Lake and rice lake in the heart of the Northwoods in North Central Wisconsin, just a 1/4 mile from downtown Boulder Junction, WI. One of the many bike trails start right at the end of our drive. EV charging is $8.50/day per vehicle, $2.00/day per eBike. Full week reservation required in June, July, Aug. 3 day minimum otherwise. Walk right in and start enjoying the lake life. This property has so much to offer! Let's start with the 186' of sand frontage that leads you onto the 900+ acre Turtle Lake Chain. Clear & sandy lake, no muck or weeds, perfect for swimming! New Dock with steps. I just joined Airbnb. Check for over 50 5 star VRBO #1995794 The space You will definitely feel the cabin warmth as soon as you enter the home. The wood just glows and makes you feel very relaxed. Rooms are just large enough to feel comfortable but they are definitely not grand. Most people are drawn to the outside deck, fire pit and lake. That is where the magic happens! Guest access You have access to the entire property but not the garage or the boat house. Other things to note North Turtle has a huge sand bar to the left hand side as you enter the lake from South Turtle Lake. You will find boats gathering there starting around one pm. It never gets too crowded and is a lot of fun because the bottom is totally sand and only 24" - 36" deep in most places. Starting January 1st 2024 Vilas County is requiring that each booking be no less than seven nights in a row. They also are limiting the number of guest to two per bedroom. This means if your septic system was designed for a three bedroom house and you only have three bedrooms the limit to the number of guests is six people even though you may have plenty of room and additional beds available.
