The opening is 7feet tall so it holds most cars, light trucks and regular suv's. Larger suburbans or escalades will have to park in the driveway. The space This 3-level townhouse is located in a small community and the perfect size for families or reconnecting friends. On a cold night, snuggle up and play games or stream movies on our fast fiber internet while the chef of your group prepares meals and drinks to refuel you after a day of adventuring. Step out to the patio and use the propane BBQ to grill a feast. Wander upstairs and stake your claim to one of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom and en suite bathroom features a relaxing jetted tub, double sink vanity, spacious walk-in closet, and TV. The space The location of this property is what really sets this home apart from other options in the Salt Lake City area. The home is only minutes away from the mouths of big and little cottonwood canyon, which feature Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird ski resorts. If you'd rather take the ski shuttle bus than driving yourself up to the resorts, the home is a two minute walk away from the bus stop as well. The home is a 4/3, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom. Two of the other guest rooms have a queen sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a full on top (250 lb weight limit for the top bunk) so the home comfortably sleeps 9 guests. The master bedroom has a recently, fully remodeled bathroom with his and her sinks, dual shower heads and a bath tub. **Please keep in mind that the house does NOT have handrails on the stairs and the stairs are open so this is not a suitable property for young children, elderly or anyone who struggles with mobility.** The kitchen has recently been remodeled as well, with all brand new appliances and open shelving. The home also features a hot tub for guests to relax in after a long day on the slopes, as well as an outdoor grill. The hot tub is professionally cleaned and balanced every week, but we do ask that you pour in a half cup of chlorine into the tub after use. A bottle of chlorine as well as a measuring cup can be found in the box next to the tub. There is a fire pit in the backyard adjacent to the garage that guests may use with plenty of firewood provided. There is room for three cars to park in the driveway. Road parking is available as well, but we do ask that any cars parked on the road be moved across the street to the Smith's grocery store parking lot during snow storms, as the plows need room to clear the roads. Any cars left on the road during a snow storm may be ticketed or towed, but will definitely be buried by the snow plows. This beautiful home is ideal for a family or group visit to Utah's fantastic mountains and cities. The space Vaulted ceilings give this 2,200 square foot condo an open, spacious feel. After a hard day skiing and exploring all that the Salt Lake City area has to offer, you will find our private, covered hot tub, comfortable beds and gas fireplace what you, your family and friends need to relax and revive. We have high speed Comcast WiFi, a large screen Smart TV in the living room and a TV in two of the bedrooms. Our spacious kitchen, well appointed kitchen has modern appliances, a large dishwasher and everything you will need to cook with. Guest access The condo is ideally suited to two couples and their children. The first bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and we offer a queen bed in a fourth bedroom. A sofa bed and portable "play pen" are also available for additional guests. Access to the condo through the garage means that you can enter our home on a snowy day very convenient and easy. Guest access You will have use of the entire condo as well as the two car garage. A literal two-minute walk from the ski bus heading to the Solitude and Brighton ski resorts, this stay offers location for getting out to the slopes and entertainment and comfort for winding down after a long day. Heated indoor pool or billiards, theater seating or virtual reality gaming, dinner in the kitchen or grilled out on the patio, this house has something for everyone, be it family, a conscientious group of friends, or co-workers. There's the indoor swimming pool, the theater room (and popcorn machine), the pool table, and the entertainment center with about a hundred different games to choose from, including Virtual Reality! The space is all yours! Though our small family lives upstairs, your space is completely private, with a separate entrance and no shared amenities. Don't worry about being downstairs though - every room but one has full, above-ground windows with beautiful natural views! If you need anything we're only a quick text away! We are happy to announce that—new for the 2022-2023 ski season—we’ve added an induction stovetop, upgraded wi-if, and full laundry facilities! (There is still a countertop oven.) You can cook delicious meals at home, or walk to the famous Porcupine Grill, Saola (Asian fusion) Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, or Alpha Coffee House, or take a short drive to one or many great restaurants, from casual to five star. Lift House ski shop and 7-11 convenience store is also within walking distance. The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another, and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling. You might end up being neighbors with Post Malone if stay in Cottonwood Heights, but more importantly, this city will serve as your all-access pass to world-renowned ski resorts. It’s officially known as the “City Between the Canyons,” but locals call it the “Mouth of the Canyon.” Cottonwood Heights sits right at the entrance to ‘Big Cottonwood Canyon,’ where you’ll find Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts and ‘Little Cottonwood Canyon’ – home to Alta and Snowbird Ski Resorts. They’re all less than half an hour from your front door, and if you drive just 10 minutes further; you’ll arrive at Park City. Guest access We have simplified your arrival process by eliminating the "check in desk" allowing you to drive directly to the town home. Your home has an electronic keypad programmed to open with the code you will receive prior to your arrival date. No need to worry about late check ins - the town home will be ready for you. In addition to the access code, you will receive specific information regarding parking, amenities, or any other information needed for you to enjoy your stay. You will have access to the entire town home. There are no shared spaces. There are few small locked "owner" closets that are not accessible to guests. Other things to note The UTA Ski bus stop is within 300 yards, there is also a regular bus stop within walking distance for public transportation. Walk to the Big Cottonwood Park & Ride to get to Brighton/Solitude Ski Resorts. Drive to Park & Ride .5 miles to get to Little Cottonwood Park & Ride to get to Alta/Snowbird. We do recommend at least a front wheel drive in the winter. Four wheel drive is best however.
