The space Parking is in the driveway and carport, with room for up to four vehicles. Street parking is not permitted under Big Bear Lake city ordinance. An EV charger is available in the carport. The hot tub is serviced every Thursday, so a technician may briefly access the hot tub area that day. With an 85" big screen TV with surround sound for movies, board games, and books for children and adults, there is never a dull moment in this home. Access to the home is moderately steep so a snow-capable vehicle is strictly recommended to get to the house during those times. A 4x4 vehicle with high clearance and snow tires and possibly chains is ideal for snowy and icy conditions. All-wheel drive vehicles are ok if the snow is not deep. Cal Trans requires the use of chains on vehicles during storms so be prepared and consider the conditions and your risk level or contact to host to move or cancel your booking.
