Many people enjoy the asthetic I've given the house. I enjoy a more natural look with plants and wood decoration, and I love the color blue. It's also in a safe area with low traffic since it's on a cul-de-sac. Guest access All unlocked areas are fine. I do have a closet in the master locked and the garage is locked. Those areas are not for guest access. I have a back porch but do not list it as available for use because there are steps with no handrail. Use at your own risk.

There is also a love seat and tons of books to read during your stay. We have tons of board games to play during your stay as well. Kitchen- Round table with 4 seats + 3 bar stools. Electric Range. Microwave. Refrigerator. Dishwasher. Air Fryer. Drip Coffee maker, bean grinder, and milk frother. Laundry Area- Off of the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer available for your use. Primary Bedroom- King bed, large TV (log into your own apps). Full-length mirror. Primary bath is attached with a single bowl vanity, toilet, and tub shower combo! Standing clothing rack. ** The closet in this bedroom is locked as is has our personal belongings in it** Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. No TV. Rocking chair + tons of books for kids! Bedroom 3: Man Cave/ Game Room: Large TV and futon- This room will not be great for sleeping if you were born "in the 1900s" as the kids say. Lots of fun brewery and NC State memorabilia in here! Office/ BR 4: We do not have a bed in this room, just a desk with pens, paper, sticky notes, etc for if you are working while on the road! Deck: Large deck and seating for 4 at the table. Firepit Area: Sit around the firepit! Please DO NOT BE LOUD after 10 PM. This is close to our neighbor's home. ** We do NOT provide firewood at this time, so you would need to grab some ** Baby Things: We have a pack and play, a booster high chair (clips around a chair), a bouncer seat, and may have more things if you ask! There is a rocking chair and children's books in the queen bedroom. Pets: Our yard is not currently fenced. If we fence it in, we will update the listing. Dogs MUST be fully potty trained. Our pet fee is $150 for one dog. $200 for 2 dogs. More than 2 dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Dogs must be on leash when using the bathroom so as not to go into our neighbors' yards. All poop must be picked up and disposed of. If you do not disclose a pet, you will be fined $350. We have a Ring doorbell, and although we do not plan on closely monitoring it, we can go back and look at the history. (Our neighbors will also tell us) Guest access You will have full access to all rooms that are not locked. We will have the walk in pantry and the primary bedroom closet locked with our personal belongings in them. Other things to note Our kitchen faucet is ‘fancy’. Our house of pool use follow those of the Raleigh Noise Ordinance - Pool Use is permitted only during the designated hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm. Children and young teenagers under the age of 18 are required to be actively supervised by an adult at all times when inside and outside of the pool fenced area. Temperatures at certain parts of the year can fluctuate from day to night; you are responsible for monitoring conditions to safely utilize the pool when conditions become unsafe for use of the pool. Our third-party pool vendor treats our pool with chemicals to keep the water clean; use your discretion on the safety of using the pool if you are sensitive to chemicals on your skin, eyes, or any other body part. The pool fence has been installed for the safety of all guests and pets. The pool fence gate is to be kept closed at all times and should not be kept open or propped open at any time. Do not tamper with the safety barriers. There is no glass allowed within the pool fenced area. There are no pets allowed within the pool fenced area OR inside of the pool itself. There is no running, jumping, diving, pushing, or rough or boisterous play within the pool fenced area. There is no swimming while intoxicated or under the influence. There is no use of electrical devices near or in the pool. Toddlers are required to wear swim diapers. Based on the size of our pool, capacity is limited to 10 individuals in the pool at one time; more individuals than this are considered overcrowding, and not considered safe or permitted.
