Beacon Breeze is a non-smoking home and is pet-friendly (dogs only) for an additional $150 fee (1 pet). For reservations made through third-party sites such as VRBO, the pet fee will be added to your reservation by our office. There are several updated electrical outlets with USB and USBC ports throughout the home. The all new automated ceiling fans,remotely operated, compliment the homes HVAC systems. The living room features a couch with integrated recliners, a 50" Roku smart TV and several board games, puzzles and books for the whole family. The Sandy Pineapple has a furnished screened porch, accessible through one of the bedrooms, which is the most perfect place to listen to the ocean waves with beautiful views of the sunset! 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds have Helix mattresses. The bedrooms with queen beds each have a Roku smart TV with streaming local channels and movies (BYO logins for Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc.). The two full bathrooms have beautifully tiled showers and Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. (Please note that the second bathroom is small in size and both bathrooms offer showers only - no bathtubs). The Sandy Pineapple has the highest speed internet available in the area (1 GB). Come recharge and get a little work done if needed as well. When you're ready to go to the beach, you will find 6 beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, beach cart, beach toys and boogie boards. ******POLICIES & RULES****** Maximum of 2 dogs are permitted, $125 pet fee will be applied to your reservation by AirBnB. Pets must be house trained and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire duration of the stay.
