Built using the "slump block" construction technique common in Tucson for homes of this period, this home offers a family room with a 65" TV & Sonos sound bar, a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a game room with 42" TV and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a 32” TCL Roku TV. Your entire party will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the brand-new furnishings and ambience of this home. The TVs are Smart Roku TVs suitable for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Guests must use their own streaming accounts; there is no cable TV package. Besides the TVs, entertainment options include a quality Prince ping-pong table in the game room, along with a Legends Ultimate arcade game with hundreds of classic arcade games. Or, enjoy a fun competition on the oversized Connect 4 game. If you download the Sonos app on your mobile device you can connect to the several wifi-enabled Sonos speakers and play your favorite music or podcasts as well. Feed the Birds, go swimming, take a walk to the great nearby parks/dog park, mall restaurants all central. 7 Days Minimum Stay. The space Four bedroom two bath house with two large family rooms two fireplaces big backyard with pool, fire pit, under desk treadmill, couches in three rooms fold out for beds and guests. Queen air bed also available. Guest access You will have the run of the entire home with the exception of the storage shed in the backyard. Other things to note Long Term Guests, 28+ days, supplies will not be provided after initial month, cleaning, pantry items etc. Also, long term guests do NOT use my home via USPS as your mailing address, as it is a locking mailbox and guests do not have access. Please utilize USPS mail pick-up services or a mailbox service at UPS or other stores. Packages and deliveries are fine. WiFi/bluetooth printer available. There is a house manual with many more details when you arrive. If you've been approved to have a pet, please be courteous of the neighbors and clean up yard waste ASAP and dispose of in outside trash can, not in yard waste can.
