Welcome to our cozy cabin! Even though you are across the street from Summit at Snoqualmie Ski Area and an hour from downtown Seattle, you'll feel like you're tucked away in the woods. The space There is a small bedroom on the first floor with a queen sized bed, a comfortable sleep-away queen-sized couch in the living room, and a bedroom upstairs with two twin beds. The upstairs is a great kid-zone and is fairly loft-like. There are stairs leading upstairs, but they are narrow and can be climbed like a ladder. The living room is open-concept, with a kitchen in one corner and a wood burning stove near the ceiling to floor windows. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub and washer/dryer on the first floor. Guest access Guests have limits to the entire house. Other things to note ONE parking space is provided free of charge. Other spaces can be purchased from Summit at Snoqualmie across the street. There is a short unpaved (100 foot) trail between the parking area and the cabin. It is dirt and rocks in the summer and snow in the winter. We have provided a set of hiking poles by the firewood for assistance if needed. There are two King beds that are super comfortable 14" thick memory foam mattresses, crisp linens, cozy comforters and tons of fluffy pillows. Additional sleeping includes a twin bed and a twin fold out bed upstairs and a full sized sofa sleeper and full-sized futon in the living room. In the Fall, there is abundant mushroom hunting in the forest. In the Winter, you have easy access to Snoqualmie Summit West, Central and East Ski areas, Tubing Center as well as Alpental Ski area. There is also a great sledding hill right in the back yard! A brew pub, Dru Bru, is just down the main road and offers fantastic micro-brews and growlers to go! Next door to Dru Bru is The Commonwealth restaurant, bringing high quality dining to The Pass. These have become destinations spots all on their own! A new market with lots of goodies opened up, Laconia Market. Great for last minute grabs. They have some organic snacks and a good beer and wine selection. This custom cedar A-frame was built by Lindal Cedar Homes and is filled with quintessential mountain character: exposed wood, vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and views of the surrounding conifers. The main level is the heart of the cabin, with an open kitchen, dining area and living room gathered around the wood-burning stove. Upstairs, the loft features a king-size bed with Saatva Luxury Firm mattress, and a full size futon tucked beneath the cedar ceiling, creating a wonderfully cozy perch above the main living space. The main-floor bedroom has a twin-over-full size bunk bed, while the lower-level bedroom has a queen bed. There is also an option to blow up a queen size mattress and/or provided crib. Downstairs you'll also find the DVD movie wall and game room with TV, ping pong table, games and books galore, giving kids and adults another place to spread out. FOR MOUNTAIN DAYS In winter, you're minutes from skiing and snowboarding at Summit West, Central and East, Alpental and the Snoqualmie Tubing Center. There is even a secret sledding hill behind the cabin. When the snow melts, Snoqualmie Pass becomes an entirely different playground, with hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing and nearby alpine lakes. Location One of the best things about the cabin is being able to enjoy a mountain getaway without feeling completely cut off from civilization. From the cabin, you can walk to Summit Central, the Snoqualmie Tubing Center, Dru Bru brewery and The Commonwealth restaurant. Laconia Market is also nearby for groceries, drinks and last-minute essentials. Seattle is approximately an hour away, making the cabin equally suited to a weekend escape or a longer mountain stay. Roslyn, Cle Elum and Suncadia are also easy day trips. Also note the proximity to I-90. We are in the heart of Snoqualmie Pass and the resort area. It's not pure wilderness! Please satellite map the area! That said, it's quiet on the inside. Note: We are in a mountain pass, so cell service and Wi-Fi can be spotty or slow at times. It can also be down for periods of time. Expect to use your Hot-Spot. Please note: Décor, bedding, throw pillows and other small furnishings may change periodically as we refresh and maintain the cabin. The layout, major furnishings and listed amenities remain as represented. Guest access Guests have private use of the cabin and outdoor spaces during their stay. Parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway. There is limited street parking, especially in the winter when the plowers need road access. Be mindful of private parking spots of neighbors. Important mountain access information Snoqualmie Pass is a true mountain environment, and we want guests to know what to expect before booking. The gravel driveway is steep and is not plowed in winter. The approach from the parking area also involves a steep incline and can become snowy or icy. Because of this, the property is not appropriate for guests with limited mobility. There is a rope to use for safety when going up and down the driveway. Winter guests should arrive prepared for mountain conditions with appropriate footwear and an appropriate car equipped with chains or AWD. The cabin is conveniently located near I-90 and the Summit resort area. This accessibility is part of what makes it possible to walk to skiing, dining and the brewery, but this is not an isolated wilderness property. Highway noise may occasionally be noticeable outdoors; inside, guests generally find the cabin quiet and peaceful. Wi-Fi is provided, although mountain internet can occasionally be slower or experience outages. Guests who absolutely require uninterrupted high-speed internet should plan to have a mobile hotspot available. Other things to note We ask guests to leave outdoor shoes at the door to help us care for the cabin. An additional $25 per person, per night applies for groups larger than six. No pets, please. Damage deposit forfeited for violations. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are each located on their own floor of the 3- floor cabin. This allows for great privacy between guests. Lost Key Fee of $200 to re-key the lock for safety and security purposes. Best to just keep the key in the keybox. Note: there is a Ring camera directed onto the driveway. Cozy cabin in the mountains. Hiking, biking, kayaking in the spring/summer. Winter, hit the slopes, sledding, snowshoeing. Relax in the tub, cozy up by the fire. Play a board game, stream a movie. Cook a meal, or grab a bite or a brew down the road. Winter months, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOVEL! It can get deep. Keeping the deck clear will prevent hazards, and is a MUST. This is not the place for you, if you can't climb steep stairs, or are not willing to shovel. Not suitable for kids under 5. The space This cozy cabin is perfect for regrouping, reconnecting , and relaxing. Winter months, mean winter workouts! You will have to shovel! Keeping the deck & stairs clear is a must. My wood burning stove provides the primary heat, and I provide the wood and fire starters for you. If you are a minimalist, this is not the place for you, if you can't climb steep stairs, or are not willing to shovel, please keep scrolling. Not suitable for kids under 5. Dog friendly, with no fee, as long as there is NO evidence your fur friend was there. Otherwise, you be charged an extra cleaning fee. I love having this option for guests, please don't ruin it for others by not being a great pet guest. Guest access In the winter, 4 wheel drive is a must.. You may have to park on 906 (the main road) and walk in if there has been a heavy snow, and they haven't plowed the entry to the development yet. The snow plowing is not an exact science on the mountain, being flexible is a must. You will need to move your car, or park on the main road when the plow guy comes during your stay. Please, keep an eye out for him if there has been a snowfall. The driveway has to be CLEARED when you see him on the road. No car, no tools, no toys! For your convenience, and the plows safety. Other things to note You MUST be over the age of 25 to book my home. The cabin living space is not huge. More than 6 people does get a bit "more cozy." It's doable, you just have to get creative with your space. If your coming to ski and crash, then it's not as big of an impact. Also, as mentioned before, the snow on the deck and stairs must be removed and kept clear. When it is compacted down, it becomes a hazard. Snow removal from stairs and deck is an additional $75 per hour.

Parking is available for 1 car on-site as well as additional parking in the overflow lot. The home features a private bedroom with a king-sized bed as well as an additional queen-sized murphy bed. The murphy bed can be folded up if necessary. The living room also features an additional queen-sized pull-out sofabed (super plush!), offering room for six to sleep comfortably. We also provide a pack-n-play for any little ones (ideal for age two and under) to help lighten the travel load. Guest access PARKING: There is parking for one car on the gravel area past the driveway in front of the home. A second car can park behind if it does not impede driveway access or on the immediate street near the home. Please do not park in the driveway - this is for the hosts' personal use. ACCESS: The guest suite is accessed via the concrete steps on the east side of the home (straight down from the parking area). Please do not try to obtain access through the wood double front door - that is the front door for the hosts' personal home. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift. No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift. The space High ceilings, a sleeping loft for kids, peaceful views of the snow, trees, and skiers. You will have access to your own garage below with ample space for keeping all your gear warm and dry. There is a washer and dryer you can use to get things ready for the next day. The apartment is brand new and a really nice space to be in. The best part is the location. You can ski or hike or snowshoe for days on end and never touch your car or a parking lot or a lodge. Kids can play in the snow, sled on hills, or just be outside all day long. There is fiber optic internet and great wifi, so work or school is no problem. A smart TV, Bose speaker, and fun group games are available for kicking back and relaxing. Guest access You will have the carriage house all to yourself, the main house is separate and not accessible. Other things to note This area gets a LOT of snow, so that can affect things. Location, Location, Location. Walk across the street and you are at Snoqualmie Summit East (Hyak). Legendary Ski hill with ticket counter a few steps from the front door. Summer is also great here with hikes, trails, and mountains. We spared no expense furnishing this house with high-end finishes everywhere. Super-automatic coffee maker, new pots and pans, everything a kitchen needs. Dual internet with failover including Starlink on battery backup and a generator means you'll never get cut off. The space The vibe in this home is like nothing you've been in. It's kind of a small house, but it makes up for it in every other way. Great layout, high-end finishes/amenities, perfect view, awesome neighborhood. You're going to love having morning coffee from the super-automatic coffee machine that can make you a latte or flat white over ice (byo milk). Overpowered heating system with the downstairs floor 100% heated and then forced air for the main floor and upstairs means you'll be cozy at all times. The entry has about 100 coat hooks to hang your outside gear plus 2 sets of glove/boot warmers to keep your gloves and boots dry for repeated use. Downstairs: Bedroom and bathroom, heated floors, Queen plus roller bed Main Floor: Living area, powder bath, laundry, etc - master suite plus master bath, 1 King bed plus roller bed Upstairs (LOFT): Open area with two queen beds, plus some camping pads for extra sleeping Guest access We have a large driveway that easily fits 4 cars even in the winter with snow everywhere. You'll pull right into our well maintained road that is kept nice even all winter they are out there plowing every morning when it's been snowing. There is a keypad on the door and you'll get your own access key before you arrive. Check in is 4pm but generally we can be flexible as we keep a buffer between rentals. Other things to note In the winter you MUST have AWD/4WD. The county plows the road into the neighborhood but there is usually snow pack on the ground all winter long. We have a service snowblow the driveway but it will also have a layer of ice/snow on the surface all winter long and if you are staying during snow you'll frequently see up to a foot of build up before the crew comes and cleans. This means at times you might be out there with a snow shovel if you are in a low-ground-clearance vehicle! More directly, if you are in an AWD vehicle like a van/tesla, you probably will be stuck and shoveling in the driveway if it snows hard while you're there. If you have a pickup/jeep/etc you'll probably make it in and out no problem all season. Pets must be on a leash when outside - it's not intuitive because "it's the mountain" but there are many folks living there full time and lots of people out walking/etc. No matter how well-behaved your dog is it probably won't be able to resist the neighbors pet bunny that is frequently outside :)

Located near the base of Summit West at the Snoqualmie Summit. Many hiking trails in the immediate area including the Pacific Crest Trail during the summer months. SHARED entry during winter and spring/PRIVATE entry during summer and fall - this space is located on the first floor on the back side of the house. The space Private guest suite. Bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and patio. Shared entry. Guest access This is our private home, so we will be moving freely through our portion of the home on levels 2 and 3, and sharing the main entry to the home. Our guests will enjoy the 1st level suite privately. There is a stairway that leads to our living space but there is a door that separates us but remains closed at all times. The space THE SPACE Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath Hyak cabin comfortably sleeps up to 7 and is especially well suited for families, couples traveling together, or a group of friends. With two king beds, two living spaces and three levels, everyone has room to spread out while still enjoying time together. TWO LIVING SPACES After a day on the mountain, gather around the wood-burning fireplace, stream a movie on the Roku TV, pull out a board game or put a record on. Downstairs is a second living area with a couch, Roku TV, propane stove, king bed and workspace, giving families and groups another place to relax and spread out. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy cabin meals, including cookware and pantry basics, a drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, electric kettle, Crock-Pot and blender. Outside, a gas grill makes dinner easy when the weather cooperates. TRAVELING WITH KIDS As parents ourselves, we know how much gear even a short trip with little ones can require. Complimentary baby and kid gear is available upon request so you can pack a little lighter. We can provide a pack-and-play with sheet, SlumberPod blackout tent, Hatch sound machine, high chair, activity center, foam play mat, and a selection of toys and books. Please request any gear you need in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. While we provide family-friendly gear, the cabin itself is not baby-proofed. BRING THE DOG! Dogs are welcome! Let us know your pup is coming and we’ll provide dog bowls, towels for wet or snowy paws, and blankets to help protect the furniture. The backyard is not fenced, and wildlife is common in the mountains, so dogs should remain leashed outdoors. Please include your dog on the reservation; an additional pet cleaning fee applies. OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside onto the main-floor deck surrounded by tall evergreens, with a propane grill and access to the backyard. It’s a peaceful spot to slow down and enjoy being in the mountains. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW • The main-floor tile can feel chilly in winter. We keep a few pairs of slippers at the cabin, but feel free to bring your favorites. • No smoking anywhere on the property • No parties or events • Check-in after 3 PM / check-out by 11 AM We’re happy to answer questions before your stay or share recommendations for exploring Snoqualmie Pass. Guest access We have a smart lock for entry and guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note A little planning goes a long way in the mountains. Grocery options at Snoqualmie Pass are limited, so we recommend picking up groceries before you arrive. Parking: Our parking pad accommodates 3–4 vehicles. Street parking is restricted in Hyak and may result in a fine. Additional parking is available at the Hyak Lower Lot on Keechelus Drive. Winter travel: Snow is part of what makes Hyak special! During winter, AWD/4WD or chains are strongly recommended. The county plows our road and we have a snow-removal service for the parking area, but snow and ice may accumulate between service visits. A shovel is available at the cabin if needed. Dogs: Please keep dogs leashed whenever they’re outside. Hyak has full-time residents, other pets and abundant wildlife, so this applies even to dogs with excellent recall.

Mini kitchen includes a sink, 2 burner stove, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker (with coffee and filters) and some basics for cooking and serving a small meal (small pots, small frying pan, plates, bowls, cups and plastic silverware). Sleeping is a Queen bed, a twin bunk bed and a fold down sofa bed. Bathroom with shower (no tub). Private, ground floor apartment, with access thru our laundry room. The neighborhood is quiet, not suitable for parties or late nights. 85" TV in the great room is a hit. The space The home is well furnished with pendleton upholstery and blankets, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding Guest access Endless backcountry and woods are accessible out the back door. Everything is accessible except the garage where the owners' personal items are stored. Other things to note Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and parties are absolutely prohibited. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise and absolutely no noise is allowed after 9 pm. Also, street parking is prohibited. The driveway can accommodate up to four regular sized vehicles. Base Camp is the perfect location for recreation! With 4 ski areas to explore in the Winter, plus a variety of hiking options including the famous PC Trail and mountain biking in the Summer, there is something for everyone in every season. The cabin is fully equipped with a gas fireplace, kitchen, games, smart TVs, and WiFi. The space Entry level includes closet, bathroom, 1 bedroom with full bed and door to garage. Garage is for storage of ski/bike/other and not for cars. Up stairs you will find kitchen, wet bar, dining area, gas fireplace, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds (for kids only), 1 bedroom with a full bed, twin bed and twin trundle, and 1 full bathroom with a washer/dryer. Up the next set of stairs there is a loft area for games, work or other, double doors to 1 bedroom with a king bed and two chairs that fold out into twins as needed, and 1 full bathroom and large walk-in closet. Guest access You will receive an email confirmation right after booking. Within a week of your vacation, you will receive a detailed message with all of the details about the cabin, location and so on. The morning of your arrival, you will receive a message with the front door code and any additional information needed.

Entire home, perfect for mountain adventures. Located just steps away from skiing, biking, snowshoeing, and more, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath is ideal for the whole group. Whether you’re looking for a basecamp for outdoor adventures or a cozy weekend retreat from the city, this modern home is the perfect spot to host get-togethers with your family, friends, & all your gear. The space I love my home for its proximity to outdoor adventures and its spacious layout, which makes get-togethers warm and inviting. I travel a lot for work and when I'm not home, I just want others to enjoy my home as much as I do. The main floor features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living room with attached deck. The master has a queen bed & private glass door shower, while the guest has a shared bathroom with tub. Cozy up around the fire during winter months or take to the grill for a summer cookout. I have super fast wifi and a TV that supports Airplay and streaming. Up the stairs, guests will find an open loft with couch and TV, a reading nook, and workstation. Another shared bath with tub supports the two bedrooms on the floor, one outfitted with a pair of bunk beds and the other with a double sized bed. An inflatable queen mattress and bedding are available to extra guests upon request. Downstairs in the garage, the laundry room doubles as a drying room. In the garage itself you’ll find racks for bikes, skis/boards, a work stand and bench for any waxing or bike repairs while you stay. The tools, iron and wax are all at your disposal. My only ask is you please leave things better than you found them, follow the posted instructions and make sure you unplug the iron. Down the road is the Firehouse, a new and much needed community space with 3 businesses: Laconia Market, Pass Life Work Space and evo. Laconia features a quality selection of beer, wine and groceries to get you through your weekend. If you need a conference room, printer or access to other tools, the Pass Life has you covered. evo has everything you forgot to pack, along with rentals for skiing, snowboarding or mountain biking. Additionally, the US Forest Service has a kiosk in the building that operates on weekends, offering free snowshoe rentals and guided tours in the winter and summer hiking info. The home is located just steps away from the lifts at Summit West, where you can then access the other Summit areas via the network of crossover trails. Alpental ski area, home to some of the steepest inbounds-terrain in the state, is less than a 5 minute drive. Skip the trailheads & start your ski tour or summer hike exploring the Alpine Lakes Wilderness & Pacific Crest Trail from the door. The Summit's lift served mountain bike park is a quick coast downhill and world class riding can be found in North Bend and Roslyn, just 25 min each direction. The Palouse to Cascades Trail picks up just down the road from the house and connects with endless Forest Service roads for unlimited potential on the gravel bike. For those looking for a more relaxing experience, lay low, turn on the fireplace and take in the stunning views as Guye Peak & Snoqualmie Mtn stare you in the face. Hit Laconia for pastries and coffee to keep your belly warm and full while you play games, read a book or watch a movie. Enjoy lunch or dinner from Commonwealth's menu or a cold pint from the numerous taps at Dru Bru next door. There is so much to do here, you may just have to come back. Guest access I keep a little closet in the back of the garage for my goods, but the remainder of the house is yours to use. I simply ask to take care of it as if it were your own. Please help yourself to any condiments, beer, wine and bubbly water. I try to keep a good stock when I’m home and when I’m out, they still need to be consumed. Access to the house is remote. You will be given a door code upon confirmation of your stay.

Perfect location to ski in/ski out to nearby resorts (across the road from the ski-slopes, walkable to Summit Central), only 25 min. from North Bend. This beautiful multi-level home offers soaring ceilings with picturesque views of the mountains. Enjoy the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Close to the interstate and ski area, but feels private and remote. The space You will enter the building from the door that is next to the garage. This is a shared entrance and will be used by guests who may be staying in the suite in the lower level, and guests staying in the main unit. This level also contains the shared laundry room. You will climb up a short flight of stairs to get to the main unit's entrance. We will provide you with the code for this door, and will be inaccessible to anybody outside of your group. YOUR SPACE: The main floor has an open layout with high ceilings and large windows with beautiful mountain views. The living room and dining table easily accommodate a large group. We have high-speed internet that allows you to stream your favorite show as you cosy up in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you'll need to cook a complete meal. We also have a blender, coffee machine and a toaster. The main floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms and another full bathroom. Our hot-tub is on the porch, and yours to use during your stay. This is not a shared space. Our BBQ grill is also located in this space but we do not keep track of propane level in the canister. If you plan to do extensive BBQ, you should plan on bringing your own Propane. If you are traveling with kids, we have a lot of games and books to keep them engaged during your stay. And in the winter, they could spend time in the yard (not fenced) building a snowman! You will require 4WD/chains during winter. When there is a storm, you should expect a power outage until PSE restores it. BBQ grill is not setup for the season yet. The Iron Horse Hyak Cabin is a home of relaxation and adventure in the woods near the city. The unobstructed cabin views are beautiful, and it is only a two-block walk to the Summit East biking & hiking area. The house is 3 stories, sleeps 10 with 3 bathrooms. Directly across the street is the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail for lots of year-round biking & hiking (the Hyak tunnel nearby). We have many nearby hiking trails with a swimming lake or paddleboarding & fishing just down the road. The space The home is 2,200 sq feet, including a one-car garage and indoor storage. It is three stories with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bottom floor is a living room with a queen Murphy bed, bunk bedroom, and full bathroom. The main floor is the large living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom. Upstairs is a master bedroom, bathroom, and landing area bedroom with an open-air ceiling into rafters. Guest access There is a code to open the garage and front door key pad to enter. Other things to note We created a comprehensive guidebook of trails and activity suggestions to enjoy. Parking is easy out front in the driveway and in the garage. We are only an hour's drive from the city to have a mountain getaway from Seattle & Bellevue. Pack & Play stored under bunk bed room bed. The summer is usually very nice but it does get cool at night so we recommend bringing a jacket and clothing suitable to the season in which you are visiting. We ask guests to be aware that this is a MOUNTAIN home. We do our best to keep the space insect and rodent free, but as it is a home in the middle of the forest, the occasional pest might be seen. The driveway to the guesthouse is gravel and very steep. If you have a Prius it won’t make it up the hill, but most other cars can make it up. --- WINTER INSTRUCTIONS: --- *Please check the weather at WSDOT for Snoqualmie Pass as you prepare for your trip.* Our driveway hill is usually very snowy and more often than not we cannot drive up in the snow. During the winter we recommend parking at the bottom of the hill opposite the shop. From there we have sleds that can be used to carry items up to the lodge. Shoes with good traction or slip on snow and ice cleats can be helpful. If you visit us in the winter please expect to walk up the hill to the lodging (about 1.5 blocks) with your belongings. If you question your ability to do this, please rent a property that isn't on a hill overlooking a beautiful lake. Thanks for understanding. Please be mindful that we often get heavy snow. Bring appropriate clothing and supplies and vehicles. We HIGHLY recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles and bringing chains for other vehicles--this is VITAL for the success of your winter stay here. The roads to our house can sometimes be snowy and icy despite plowing. We keep our driveway plowed and the main roads are plowed regularly however, if it snows several inches over night be warned that you may have to traverse the road to the home with it unplowed. The county plow usually comes in the morning but again, delays happen in the winter. There are plenty of places to walk/hike around here, though in the winter we have a 10ft. + pile up of snow everywhere that is not plowed, so if you really want to explore we recommend you bring snowshoes or tall winter boots for tromping around in the snow. BEWARE OF SNOW FALLING OFF THE ROOF. SLED AT YOUR OWN RISK. USE CAUTION WALKING OUTSIDE (in case of snow or ice). Kitchen has all the hardware you need along with an enthusiast’s coffee/tea setup. Carrara marble island has 4 bar stools for hanging out and additional dining seating. Powder room bath in the corner for easy access. UPPER FLOOR Vaulted ceilings and windows everywhere! Master bedroom has king-sized bed and large windows looking out to the South. Bedroom #2 has queen bed and unique interior window over the bed to catch the view of Guye Peak. All bedrooms have all new, super high quality linens and furnishings. The upstairs bath features a luxurious 3-headed rain shower that’s hard to pry yourself from. Next to the bedrooms is an open loft with a couch and coffee table that’s a perfect nook for getting work done or curling up to a book. Couch folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping if needed. GROUND FLOOR Enter through the heated garage where you have ample space to gear up and down and store your gear to dry out.
