San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances seriously, and violations may result in fines, immediate removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated. Safety & Monitoring For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property. The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring both privacy and neighborhood peace. Pet Policy Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. Large 8.5ft deep heated pool in the backyard with a diving board. Window locks and sliding door locks for if there are any kiddos running around. The space Self check in home in a small cul-de-sac. Electronic lock on front door, code provided at check in. Extra lockbox in case the battery dies on the front door, just let me know. All the rooms have a closet, excess blankets, pillows, and mirrors for those that like to get ready in the morning. One larger bathroom in the hallway and another full bath connected to the master (White/Gold room). Smart TV provided in the living room with all the apps you may want to login to. Garage currently unavailable but will be made available soon. If need to store anything for longer stays just let me know and we can figure it out. Other things to note New Airbnb: This is my first Airbnb and has been newly remodeled and renovated so I'm looking for suggestions from all my wonderful guests. Let me know what you think we should do to the backyard, cornhole, horseshoes, putting green, etc... Pets: Yes pets are allowed and food and water bowls are provided. There is a pool guy that visits weekly so if you animal is not friendly with other people it may not be the best fit or at least should be supervised while roaming the yard. Let me know if you have any questions. Spring Training: Less then 5 minutes from the Angels spring training facility. No need for a car or an Uber to enjoy your spring training experience. Pool: Larger diving pool in the backyard so play safe. Pool is older and needs to be resurfaced but is perfectly functional and cleaned regularly. New filtration system just installed. Feel free to remove float line but it lines right where the pool drops off to 6feet. Feel free to remove pool snake but please reinstall when done with the pool each day to keep it clean.
