There are three cozy bedrooms (one is in the basement). Two bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. There are also two couches that have pullout queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. There are 2 - three season rooms (one with a view of White Lake) and a patio to enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the fishing boats float by. The remodeled bathroom downstairs has a glass shower and the other upstairs bathroom has a bathtub an we are installing a shower head. There is an additional lot with concrete pad for parking up to six vehicles, boat, camper, etc.

We love the view of White Lake from the back of the home (no frontage), that it is centrally-located within minutes to Lake Michigan, the bike trail, boat launch, shopping in town, and the park/playground (Maple Grove Beach) at the bottom of the hill. Your family will be close to everything.

Owner pays for water and trash removal. Tenant pays for gas, electric, lawn and snow care. No smoking. Small dogs may be allowed with approval and fee. There are eight parking spaces available for use.
