A short walk down the plant-lined stone walkway to the front porch boasting pine log columns, you will enter the front door into the main room of this 2,700+ sq ft modern log farmhouse. There you will be greeted by vaulted wood and beam ceilings, hardwood plank floors, comfortable living and dining spaces, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, and a spectacular wood-burning stove seated on a large stone hearth. The main room was originally a small cabin built in the 1930s, and its timeless charm shines through to today. From the main room, you can step out onto the large wrap-around deck and enjoy outdoor dining or cocktails or a tranquil morning coffee. From this part of the deck, you can also enjoy a mountain top view, especially in the winter months.  Continue on through the main room into the modern-day portion of the home, where you will find a large hallway bathroom featuring a granite double vanity and a large tile and glass shower. Located near the hallway bathroom is a bedroom with a luxurious king bed and lots of windows to enjoy natural light and views of the outside. This bedroom has a walk-in closet and a 43-inch smart TV in case you find yourself wanting to lounge in privacy or drift off to the sounds of your favorite show.   At the far end of the hallway, you will find the cavernous master suite with its heavily beamed ceiling and 2 queen beds. This room includes comfortable seating areas, a 55-inch smart TV and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom also features 2 full ensuite private bathrooms – one on each side of the master closet. The first full bathroom has a vanity, toilet and soaking tub, and the other full bathroom has a vanity, toilet and large tile and glass shower. This bedroom is ideal for families and is large enough to also accommodate air mattresses or sleeping bags for little guests or a pack and play. From the master suite you can access the wrap-around deck and make your way out to the firepit or the pool.  Situated between the two downstairs bedrooms is a private office with a built-in desk, shelves and drawers with a wireless printer. If by some misfortune you require a place to work in peace and quiet during your getaway (hopefully for only a brief time), this is your workplace retreat.  Before heading upstairs, you will pass through the nook located at the stairway landing. The nook has a charming wooden built-in single bed adorned with bookshelves. This bed is perfect for the little adventurer in your family or the solo teenager or adult. Here in the nook the kids can also relax apart from the grown-ups and read or play board games or the Xbox on the 43-inch smart TV. From the nook you can access the wrap-around deck outside. Venturing upstairs you will find another spacious bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and king bed. This large bedroom has a comfortable seating area where you can relax with a book or your tablet, and another 43-inch smart TV for your private viewing pleasure. Across the upstairs landing is the bunk room with 2 single beds, each with a pullout trundle bed. Welcome to the wide open spaces! Drive the winding country road to the 1930's farmhouse on the hill. Survey the green that sourrounds you. Horses graze in the pasture. Enjoy the cool mountain evenings around the firepit. 30 min to Biltmore House, Hendersonville, Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Park. Restaurants & grocery are close. This is my childhood home & I would love to share it with you. Please keep in mind this is a working farm so if you have allergies, It might not be for you.

This spacious home sits on a 35 acre hobby farm which backs up to the Blue Ridge Parkway- with access to the Mountains to Sea trail, Arboretum, and Bent Creek. Within 5 miles, you can reach the French Broad River, Outlet mall, and Biltmore Park Town Square. Within 12 miles, you can get to the airport, downtown Asheville, South Slope, River Arts District, Biltmore House, North Mills River, and Sierra Nevada Brewery. Brevard is a 25 minute drive, and you can get to Dupont in 35 minutes. The space Large home nestled in the woods, in a very private setting. You will find a vaulted great room, large stone fireplace, open and well equipped kitchen, dining room, office (or additional sleeping area), loft, 3 spacious bedrooms, each with private bath, covered front/rear porches, and fire pit. We have plenty of firewood and a gas grill that you can use. We also have a Tesla charger and 220V outlet for anyone with an EV. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, excluding garage and basement. You can walk to our barn to see the alpacas and chickens. Bent Creek hiking and mountain/gravel biking trails can be accessed directly from the top of the property, but this does require a half mile uphill climb for access. Other things to note Please note the property is located next to a gun club that is open daily from 9a-5/6p. You will most likely hear gun fire during this time. Please be aware of this before booking. We will not refund any cancelled reservations due to noise complaints from the gun club. This is a 100% smoke free house/property. Cell range is spotty, but we have excellent wifi (most carriers support wifi calling, so shouldn't be much of an issue). The house can sleep up to 13. There is a day-bed (sleeps 2) in the office and we have additional twin mattresses (2) that can be placed in the loft or another common area. Please request this when booking. Pets must be leashed. We encourage you to visit the barn and our animals, but please leave your pets behind. We have a protective livestock guardian dog (Zeus) who lives in a fenced-in area by the barn. He's a sweetheart once properly introduced, but he will bark at strangers. My husband and I live in the basement apartment. There is a separate entrance. Guests have 100% use of outdoor amenities.

There is also a Nintendo NES, board games, and card games - gather everyone for some friendly competition! As parents, we know kids don’t travel light and have added some items to make your travels a bit easier. A PopNGo Playpen and mat are available for use. We also have a Lotus pack and play and sheets available, as well as a portable high chair and a baby bouncer available for use. Guest access The whole house. Brand new home featuring everything you need for a family vacation. We are only 3 miles from Biltmore Park. We are less than 5 miles to the Asheville Airport and Sierra Nevada. Access to the French Broad is only 3.5 miles away. Our house is only 14 miles from downtown Asheville. The Biltmore Estate is 13 miles from the house. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking apparatus and utensil you could need. There is a Ninja blender, crockpot, and coffee maker for drip or K-cup. We have provided a high chair, and children's plates and utensils. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. The living room features an electric fireplace, a large leather couch and love seat. There is also a nice reading nook in the corner. Above the fireplace we have installed a Frame TV by Samsung. When it is off it displays beautiful artwork. In the foyer is a half bath. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite with walk in shower. Free: Fast Wi-Fi Free: Parking Free: Coffee & Tea Free: Pool Access Free: Access To Dog Park This newly constructed townhouse is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains just outside of Asheville, NC. This stylish and roomy home offers stunning mountain views and is located in a new community in the center of desirable Mills River, NC. Minutes To Mission Hospital And Asheville Airport(AVL). The space This 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome was built in 2025. It has a short driveway with room for 2 vehicles to park . It has a single car garage, however, we do not allow parking in it due to it's narrow opening. We do not want damage to the property or guests' vehicles. We mainly use the garage space for storing the large waste bins and for Amazon deliveries. There are 2 large waste bins; one is for regular garbage and the other is for recycling. These bins will need to be put out at the end of the driveway on Monday night for Tuesday garbage pickup. The garage has a video keypad to the right of the garage door for Amazon deliveries. There is also a garage camera that is mounted to the motor opener. This camera only comes on when the door is opener; this helps assure that all deliveries are done correctly and safely. The garage camera is pointed away from the door leading into the house to keep a level of privacy when guests bring their trash bags out to the large bins. This camera also does not record sound. The townhome has a large and open foyer to welcome all of our guests. There is a large entry table to place keys and others items for easy access when coming and going. There is a coat closet that has been converted into a owner's closet that our guests will not have access to. We have installed a coat rack for hanging jackets and hats. We also have an umbrella hanging in case our guests need to use one. Past the foyer, there is a door on the left that has a deadbolt, this door leads out to the garage. This door is to remain locked when not in use. We have a broom, dustpan, and upright vacuum in case our guests want to use them. Directly across from the door leading to the garage is the powder room (half bath). After you pass the 2 doors you will enter the main living area of the home. There is a smart TV hanging on the wall. When you turn this on, you will be prompted to enter your check out date. This will ensure that all personal log in info you use will be deleted. There is no cable TV, only streaming apps for guests to use their own accounts. There is a large kitchen island that has seating for 3. This island also has pullout waste containers, one for regular trash and the other for recyclables. There are also general cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cook. There are also wine glasses and regular glasses You will find a very spacious pantry to store all your food items. This is also were you can find a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher. Across from the island you will find a counter height dining table with seating for 4. We have provided coasters that we encourage our guests to use when enjoying their beverages. Next to the dining table, you will find a coffee bar. There is a Keurig coffee machine, a variety of K-cups, creamers, and sugar packets. There are also 4 coffee cups to make a quick cup of coffee. Moving upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a laundry closet. In the laundry closet you will find detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and ironing board. On the back of the left door you will find another fire extinguisher. The hall bath has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink with lots of counter space. On the right end of the hall you will find the primary bedroom with and en suite bath. The TV in the primary bedroom has the same features as the TV in the living room. The bathroom has a full shower, a double vanity, and a water closet. On the left end of the hall you will find the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin trundle bed (twin bed with another twin bed hidden underneath) and a desk for any work you may need to take care of during your stay. All bedroom closets have hangers, extra blankets, and dirty clothes hampers. Guest access There is a Smart Lock on the front door. All guests will receive their own unique 4 digit code that allows operation of the front door lock during their stay. Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the foyer closet. There is limited access to the garage. It is not available for accessing the house or for parking vehicles. Other things to note The neighborhood features a resort style pool and cabana area. The pool is not heated, but it is open year round. The cabana has a fire place and lots of seating. There are also grills for cooking out. There is a community dog park for your pet to play. Pet waste bags are located in several locations in the neighborhood for your convenience. We kindly ask that you pick up after your pet, whether you walk them in the park or around the neighborhood.

We are also located only 5 -10 minutes from the Asheville Airport and Asheville Outlet Mall.
