It is a cool quirky place with lovely mountain views from the bedrooms, back deck and yard. While we have done some updates it is a 100 year old home.The floors have dips, doors creak. Some doors lock with hooks as the antique door knobs do not have locks. Need more space? We have 3 other rentals on this 4.5 acre. The space Our house is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath nearly 100 year old cottage that has been updated with todays modern amenities. But do note as a 100 year old home it is far from perfect. The floors dip, the doors squeak ect. There is a family room, formal dining, sun room which we have listed as the 4th bedroom with a twin bed. The sun room does not have a/c but we do have a heater for wintertime. The master suite has a living area area with a couch as well as a king sized bed and sliding doors to back deck. There are Mountain View’s from the bedrooms, back deck,hot tub and fire pit. There is a peaceful screened in porch. We have a fun rec room in the garage to play pool, ping pong or watch the game/movies. Please note it is a garage and it not heated/cooled. The house is in a rural area but is just 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 to Asheville Outlet Mall and 20 minutes to downtown, Biltmore Estate or Asheville Airport. Although rural we do have a few neighbors and share a driveway with two of them as well as our "Tiny house Airbnb". We provide video directions to help find the house once in the neighborhood and written directions on how to navigate the driveway. INCLEMENT WEATHER We cannot guarantee weather conditions and how it affects driving conditions. Heavy rain, snow, or ice may affect the gravel road and our driveway conditions occasionally. We do our best to ensure both are maintained regularly, but cannot guarantee driving conditions will be ideal during inclement weather. INTERNET We have high-speed internet. It is still satellite internet as this is our only option for our location. This means it can still occasionally be interrupted, though this is rare. CELL SERVICE Due to our location in the mountains, there is little to no cell service. WiFi calling works well and can be used by most mobile phones.

Each entry door has this lock system and your code will work for each lock. Upon check out makesure each door is closed and locked. We have a sloped driveway down to our home. There is enough room to park 3-4 cars. We do not recommend parking your vehicle on the slopped part of the driveway. Due to the narrow streets, street parking is not recommended. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary supplies and brand new appliances. The bar seating area with sleek quartz countertops comfortably seats 4 people.
