We have place settings for up to 14 people and basic eating and cooking utensils. You will need to do your dishes manually as there is no dishwasher. There is no washer and no dryer on premises. We have central heating and window air conditioners (so if you don't like the noise of window air conditoners, please do not book and then not give us a 5 start review because of this). This is an urban/inner city spot. If diversity and noise from neighbors is your vibe, this place is for you. If you prefer quiet, white picket fences, a perfectly manicured green lawn, and abbey-ish & Beverly Hills style home is your preference, this is not the place you should request to book. STOP NOW. We are near a Hospital which means if you are a light sleeper, you will not enjoy the occasional sirens from ambulances coming by; and should you book we would still appreciate a 5 star review despite the hustle and bustle of the area. We strive to provide 5 star accommodations but if being in working class neighborhood will prohibit you from giving us a 5 star rating because of the location described above, then you should look elsewhere. If you want house cleaning services or laundry service during your stay, we can arrange with at least one weeks notice to have it done for you at an extra cost. Checking Out Instructions: 1. If you would be kind enough, please strip the sheets, all beddings and all towels that you used and put them inside the shower stalls, that would be of great help to us. 2. Please check out no later than 10am. Thanks for your assistance in insuring the next guests get all new and clean sheets, towels and leaving enough time for our cleaning crew to clean the unit for the next guests who check in at 3pm. 3. Please keep in mind that there is a lower unit with guests or I will be staying there at the same time; but totally separate from this unit. The only shared part of the property is the parking lot. This unit has 3 off street parking spaces. The lower unit has 2 off street parking spaces. Parties are strictly not allowed at this unit. (See section "Other details to Note" about parties. Guest access Do you have exclusive full access to the entire home’s first and second floor. If you want to have a party, I will need to know all of the details BEFORE you confirm and pay for the space and there will be a minimum extra $1000 or more surcharge per party. Enjoy the amazing lifestyle on a lakefront house at Lake Quinsigamond, while being close to the city center of Worcester. Lots of fun things to do all year around and only 40min to Boston. This 4 bedroom house on 0.2 acres lot has a large front and back yard. We have an airstream trailer that can be used as a room or office (extra $). It has off-street parking for 4 cars. Great for short-term rentals. Very close to UMass hospital, grocery stores, gym, restaurants, route 20 and I-90. Pet friendly The space This is a 4-bedroom fully furnished lakefront house with a 100-feet waterfront in one of the best areas of Lake Quinsigamond. In addition, we have an airstream trailer on the driveway that could be used as an office or accommodate three more people (for additional $100/day). It has a king bed and a sofa-bed (queen size). It has wifi, TV, AC and heater. Activities can be done all year around: water-sports (swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, tubing), fishing. The Shrewsbury public boat ramp is located at : 37 Tamarack Ln, Shrewsbury. There is one jetski lift in the property. There are two floating jet ski docks in our other neighboring property that could be used too if the guests of other house are not using it. During the winter: ice skating, ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, ice hockey on the lake, snowmobile. Skiing is 10min away (Shrewsbury ski hill) or 30min away (Wachusett ski resort), and there is an ice ring 10min away. There is a local company (Go Sauna) that can rent and deliver a mobile sauna on a trailer. It is ideal for short term rentals. For longer stays we would consider a discounted price. Off-street parking space for 4 cars. There is a 2-car garage but currently we are using it for storage. This home is pet friendly. We have two kayaks (one tandem kayak), a canoe, and a pedal boat available. Only 5min to UMass Memorial Hospital/UMass medical School. There are several grocery stores just few minutes away (Market Basket, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Petco, Shaws, TraderJoe's, CVS). It is close to several restaurants. It has fast wifi internet connection and cable TV. The house has large front and back yards (lot size 0.25 acres). The master bedroom (second floor) has a queen bed and a sofa-bed (queen size). The second room (second floor) has a bunk bed (twin mattress). The third bedroom is in the fully furnished basement that has a large glass door facing the lake. The porch is directly facing the lake and has areas of sun and shade. It is very large and has a hammock and table with chairs where you can eat. Easy commute with only a couple of minutes to access I-90 (Boston Turnpike) and Route 20. It is only 10min to downtown Worcester. 40min to Gillette stadium and to Warrior Ice Arena. It is a good option for those who come to visit Boston and want to stay in a quite place. It is only 40min driving to Boston off rush hour. It is only few minutes drive to Grafton commuter rail station or Worcester rail station. It is very close to Swedish park, Jordan Pond (walking distance), and Worcester Lake Park with tennis and basket ball courts and trails where you can hike, bike or walk your dog. It is 5min from White city where you have banks, many stores, restaurants, and a gym (Planet Fitness). Close by it is Regatta point community sailing club where you can rent sail boats, kayaks and pedal boats, or participate in a sailing course during the summer. Lots of fun things to do all year around and only 40min to Boston. This 4BR house on 0.3 acres has a large front and back yard. It has a car port for 2 cars, and two docks. Great for short-term rentals. Very close to UMass hospital, grocery stores, gym, restaurants, route 20 and I-90. Pet friendly. Kayaks are available. The space This is a 4-bedroom fully furnished lake house (old colonial house) with a 100feet waterfront in one of the best areas of Lake Quinsigamond. In case you need extra room we have a 31 feet airstream trailer 50f far from the house that can be used as a bedroom or office (for extra $ 100) This house is ideal for short term rentals. For longer stays we would consider a discounted price. This home is pet friendly. Off-street parking space for 4 cars (two under a car port). We do have two kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat. Only 5min to UMass Memorial Hospital/UMass medical School. There are several grocery stores just few minutes away (Market Basket, Starbucks, Whole Foods, TraderJoe's, CVS). It is close to several restaurants. It has fast wifi internet connection. The house has large front and back yards (0.38 acres), a gazebo, a recreation dock, a boat dock, two jetski docks, an area for hammock, and a campfire area. The Shrewsbury public boat ramp is located at : 37 Tamarack Ln, Shrewsbury. The master bedroom (second floor) has a queen bed and is connected to a bedroom in the attic (third floor). This bedroom (kids room) has a twin size bunk bed and a mattress under it. The third room (second floor) has a queen size bed. The fourth room (second floor) looking out over the lake has a queen size bed. The sofa-bed in the living room (ground level) can be converted to a queen size bed. We also have a queen size air mattress available. Easy commute with only a couple of minutes to access to I-90 (Boston Turnpike) and Route 20. It is only 10min to downtown Worcester. It is a good option for those who come to visit Boston and want to stay in a quite place. It is only 40min driving to Boston off rush hour. It is only few minutes drive to Grafton commuter rail station or Worcester rail station. 40min to Gillette stadium and 40min to Warrior Ice Arena. It is very close to Swedish park, Jordan Pond, and Worcester Lake Park with tennis and basket ball courts and trails where you can hike, bike or walk your dog. It is 5min from White city where you have banks, many stores, restaurants, and a gym (Planet Fitness). Close by it is Regatta point community sailing where you can rent sail boats, kayaks and pedal boats, or participate in a sailing course during the summer. We have off street parking for 2 cars in our driveway, and additional parking on the street is free if needed. You will enter from the front deck using a keypad into our mud room, where you can leave your shoes, and outdoor gear, from the mudroom you will enter the main level of the home into the large comfortable living area with a couch and large TV! There are 2 bedrooms on the main level off from the living room, the 1st bedroom has a full- and twin-size bunk bed, with a sofa chair that folds out into a bed and sleeps 4. We have kids’ books, badminton, balls, and bubbles for your kids to use in the back yard. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sleeps 2. Our bedside lamps have USB plugs for device charging. On the upper level, is our master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom and sleeps 2. We have a beautifully updated eat in kitchen and kitchen Island, as well as a dining room table and chairs. There is a deck off the kitchen to the backyard. The deck has an electric grill and patio furniture. The backyard is fenced and safe for kids to play in. There is also a fire pit, in the back yard, please don't leave your fire unattended. On the lower level is a dedicated workspace, with table and chair and a second lounge with a large sofa which can be used as an additional sleeping area in an emergency, but you must request linens. Also on the lower level is the second bathroom and a laundry room.
