Water hose is located inside the screen enclosure close to the pool. Pool is serviced on Mondays , weather permitting. Our crew member will enter through the back patio door, but will not enter the home. DO NOT adjust any settings of the pool equipment yourself --The pool is maintained by a professional company once a week, so please understand depending on check in days the condition upon arrival will vary slightly. There may be debris in the pool if the weather has been windy or rainy recently. You can use the pool vacuum robot kept in the patio area- please unplug the vacuum robot and insert it in the pool for cleaning the debris if needed and then plug back in after use. There can be minor metal stains from minerals in water- NOTE that is not dirt or debris. --The pool and the spa are not heated. --The garage has been converted to the game room for entertainment purpose, having ping-pong table, air hockey, kids basketball hoop etc. Please keep the game room organized as before so that the next guests can use it the same way as you did. Maximum capacity is 12 people (children and infants are considered in the maximum capacity) and maximum 2 cars parked in front of the garage door. No car parking on the grass and No street parking allowed. The house was recently renovated with pillow top mattresses in all bedrooms. All the bedrooms have LCD TV. Our Entrance Hall has a sofa bed and 32 inch LCD TV, DVD player. After a busy day in the theme park, you can come back home enjoy a drink in a covered patio/lanai and relax in your private screened swimming pool with beautiful lake view. For your child's safety, pool alarms are installed on all patio doors that give access to the lanai to alert you if your child tries to access the pool area without supervision. There is a game room with pool table, ping pong table and video game. You can also surf the web with your own laptop on our free high speed internet. Our villa is also baby friendly with a folding crib with mattress, high chair, baby bathtub and baby/kids dinnerware for your convenience free of charge. This 4BD 2BA house is in a quiet part of Kissimmee less than 5 miles south of Disney! The master suite features a king bed and attached bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. The second room contains a queen bed and the last two rooms have two twins each. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two work spaces, each containing a desk, office chair and computer monitor. Shops, entertainment, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. With 1800 square feet of living space, our four-bedroom, two bath house is situated in a peaceful area of the Rolling Hills complex, located in Kissimmee, less than 5 miles south of the Disney World Resort area. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and desk with task chair and computer monitor, perfect for the pitiable folks like us who occasionally need a comfortable place to get a few hours of work done while on vacation. The en-suite includes his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the two additional bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each. The kitchen is fully equipped if you really (no, really!) plan to cook while on vacation. Or, if you prefer a quiet relaxing evening around the pool, there are many restaurants nearby offering home delivery service. The space also contains a second area with a desk, office chair and computer monitor with HDMI cable. The spacious family room has a 65" tv and leads directly to the fully enclosed and lighted pool area. Supermarkets, entertainment, and restaurants are a few minutes' drive away. Situated within minutes' drive of many wonderful theme parks, this is an ideal home for your next family vacation.
