Guests enjoy the view of and activities on the gorgeous lake right in our back yard in addition to our private hot tub, fire pit, game room, screened-in porch, fully-equipped kitchen and open-concept floor plan so you can easily hang out for movies, meals, cocktails and games. Water toys, rafts and diving equipment are NOT allowed in defined swimming areas. Use of the Associations beaches, playgrounds, pools, gym & other public spaces will, of course, be with other Association families and their guests In our home, we have a locked owner room in the basement. We are also under 30 minutes from: Skirmish Paintball, Pocono Whitewater, Kalahari Resorts, and a variety of state parks and hiking trails. The space Situated in the back of Locust Lake Village, this open design lake home is designed for entertaining! Featuring an open concept kitchen dining and living room layout, 80 inch smart TV, and a gas fire place with a cozy loft overlooking it all! Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves. IMPORTANT: AS OF 2025 Guests will need to preregister with the village before their stay. The link will be provided by me, and guests will be asked to register vehicles with the village and a pass used for parking and the compactor will be provided.
