The backyard is still usable during this time; only the grassy areas are flooded for about a day, and then the water seeps into the ground. The general Biltmore neighborhood has an outdoor cat population that wanders into the property from time to time. The space Our home is completely remodeled with brand new bathrooms, furniture, bedding and a fully-stocked spacious kitchen with dining area to entertain. Wake up and sip your coffee in the front patio watching the sunrise, then make your way to the nearby hiking trails for a beautiful view of downtown. After breakfast, which you can enjoy at home or at many closeby local options, (like Otro Cafe and Luci's at The Orchard) explore a multitude of nearby attractions. Play a round of golf, visit the botanical garden, or take a day trip to Sedona. When you return, jump in the refreshing pool or enjoy a cocktail from the upper deck as the sun sets and paints the mountains bright orange. Please note that if the pool is being heated, the hot tub will be off — as the hot tub & pool can’t be heated simultaneously. Most guests prefer to heat the pool in the daytime and the hot tub in the evenings. Hot Tub Heating: Available from October 1st through May 31st. For safety reasons it runs for two hours at a time.
