Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels. Q. How does the pool heat work? A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay. Q. Early check-in or late check-out? A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. *If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,.
