Yet, the condo is peaceful and quite as it occupies a corner of the concrete building, 1150 sq. feet. This condo underwent a complete interior remodel in 2013. This owner's second home is perfect for your winter vacation to Breck! Great for remote working with High Speed Internet. The space Kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and bar. Located at 250 Ski Hill Road, the complex has a pool and two hot tubs and outdoor grills. One parking space is included but once you are here, no car is needed. There are five beds in total: a queen in the master, a queen and a pair of bunk beds in the second bedroom and a beautiful and brand new luxurious queen sofa bed in the living room. The space The condo has its own deck with a table, seating and a stainless steel gas grill. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful outdoor views. Inside, there’s a bedroom with a king size bed and another with a queen and an air mattress so you can sleep 6 with ease. Two full bathrooms make it convenient for multiple guests. The living room has a cozy fireplace, leather furniture and flat screen TV. It shares the open-concept space with the dining room and fully-stocked kitchen. There’s garage parking with one dedicated spot and an additional guest space. Coin laundry (see Guest Access for details) is available on the unit floor.
