Upon arrival, you'll be asked to show up at the main entrance where a security guard will check your reservation and give you access to the community. Once inside, you can park for free, in the entrance or in the street in the additional spaces marked by white lines. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 5. Entry into the house is simple and autonomous thanks to a smart lock. A custom code will be sent to you 3 days before your arrival to unlock the main door and access the entire house as well as your private pool overlooking the pond. During your stay, you will also have access to all the facilities of the Solterra Resort clubhouse (for a fee): Lagoon pool with lazy river and slides, Fully equipped gym, Tennis, pickleball and beach volleyball courts, snack bar, as well as lounge and children's play areas. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card. -1 to 12 guests is $35 -13+ guests is $45 Guest access Guests have private keyless access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Poolside dining is available, with many more options nearby. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $60 both USD only for your entire stay. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 95ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
