The KITCHEN has updated cabinets, newer countertops and sink...and a dishwasher and garbage disposal. And of course a fridge, stove, Kuerig and microwave....and all the other amenities that you need for a great stay. The DINING AREA has a nice round table and chairs for games and dining. The rest of the first floor has the main BATHROOM (all redone), the enclosed front porch(with 4 comfy chairs to kick back and relax in). The remaining downstairs space is the 2 totally redone. BEDROOMS. BEDROOM 1 has a comfortable Queen bed and a ceiling fan and a shared closet. BEDROOM 2 has an awesome twin over full bunk Bed with a shared closet. UPSTAIRS is the comfy LIVING area with TV (we have a smart TV with YouTube TV streaming service), couch and chairs... and totally redone 1/2 BATHROOM. We also have games and books for you to enjoy your time with. The FRONT PORCH is enclosed with windows for lots of sunlight and a place to go in the evening and just hang out... or in case you might have a rainy day...a seating area for simply relaxing and reading a good book. There is only a very small peekaboo view of the water. The water is so close though, you can be there in a minute or so! The downtown area with shops and restaurants are great and so many of them give you a view of the water where you can watch the boats go in and out of the river as they head toward the Lake. This is one of my favorite activities...watching the boats from the grassy shore of from a restaurant. Walk down to the beach in a couple of minutes and put your toes in the sand. Or you can walk out on the pier to see the Lighthouse and watch the waves come and boats come in. Nightlife is abundant with several breweries and different types of entertainment. Go to BRT and play a game of Singo (bingo and singing combined...what a hoot) or hit the Michigan theater where 2 people can do a movie, drinks and a popcorn for $20 (when was the last time you saw that!). You can go spend the day at Lake Arvesta Water and sports complex where you can swim, board, play pickle ball, miniature golf...or find some other fun things to do...and the food is good too (especially the pizza!) FOOD & RESTAURANTS -Grocery stores. You only have 3 choices here, but they are good ones. We have a Meijer and a Walmart that will have anything you need...all within a quarter mile of each other. There is also an Aldis that is in the same quarter mile. Food, Drink, etc...it is all there. -Restaurants. We have several nice sit down establishments and the every day fast food. Italian- -Tellos Italian Bistro- A little more upscale, good food -Maria's taste of Italy- Everyday good Italian food -*Venesia- Pizza with a thin cracker crust. My Favorite! Mexican- -Su Casa- Downtown with good drinks -*El Paraiso- Small family own, very authentic -Los Ranchos- Classic Mexican restaurant Breakfast/lunch -*Six Chicks- Good everyday fare. One of my go tos. -*Phoenix Street on Broadway- another good go to. Great fun place to hang out on a nice day. -Captain Lou's-Decent food, more about drinking. What we love about this unit is its close proximity to six beaches along the "Golden Mile" in South Haven. We are 7 houses from Newcome Beach. We're a 5 minute walk to First Street Beach, and Packard Park/Beach is a lovely 15 minute stroll down North Shore Drive. The condo is comfortable and functional. It is perfect for older guests and those with disabilities. With its easy first floor entry, 2 car parking in front of the condo, large low barrier shower, and step free patio, it is great for anyone with mobility issues, and is easy loading and unloading for families. Children love our porch swing! The condo has roomy bedrooms for a pack and play, an air mattress, or use the sofa bed in the living area. The master bedroom has a walk in closet (large enough for a crib/pack and play). It has beach chairs, towels, a high chair, baby bath, sand toys and noodles for beach fun. The condo is in a quiet location, yet just minutes from town. The sidewalks along North Shore Drive make it convenient for walking and for strollers. Enjoy biking? We're about a mile from the Kal-Haven Trail or ride to Van Buren State Park. We provide plenty of toys/games/puzzles and books to keep children of all ages entertained. Our kitchen is equipped to prepare all your meals (including a Ninja to whip up beverages) as well as to grill and enjoy our new patio. We have a Smart TV so that you can access your Netflix/Prime and other accounts from the Beach House as well as free stations. We also have a DVD player and a stack of DVD's your family might enjoy. We don't have TV service, as we choose to keep our place a retreat. However, there are many viewing opportunities. Enjoy our new patio to enhance outdoor dining and evening conversations. Come for a wine tour, a golf get away, and enjoy the local breweries or bike the Kal Haven Trail. Winter is a perfect opportunity for cross country skiing on the Kal Haven Trail in South Haven, Saugatuck Dunes State Park, or on a myriad of other trails. Our bright & airy second floor condo has a balcony overlooking shops below, comfortable living room, fully stocked kitchen, full bath on main level, & spiral stairs leading to the loft bedroom area with queen bed. The living room futon folds out to a full size bed. All you need to enjoy your time on the Lake Michigan shore! The space A straight staircase leads from street level to the condo entrance. Upon stepping inside, you'll notice the space is open and bright, with high ceilings and large windows. Enter to the living room space and hang jackets in the coat closet, where you will find accessories for the beach. For rainy days, there is a small TV equipped for streaming. The dining space and full kitchen are beyond, ready for your carry-out dinner or home cooking. A full bath with bathtub is on the main level and a spiral staircase leads up to the lofted bedroom area with a half wall overlooking the living space below. There you will find another closet to store clothes during your stay. Guest access Guests will enter through an exterior door that is shared with one other condo unit. Once inside the condo, all areas are available and private to guests. The balcony is shared with one other condo but there is a designated area for each unit. Other things to note There is a Keurig coffeemaker so bring K cups for your morning cup of joe! There is also a French press and a kettle for boiling water. The TV is equipped with Roku so you can log in to your streaming services and continue your favorite shows.

This outstanding two story home has loads to offer. From its perfect location(2.5 blocks to town and to the beach) to the large fenced in backyard for picnics and outdoor activities. Gather your friends and family and come enjoy a week at this perfect getaway. This home is just blocks away from having fun in the waves, a walk to shops, or having dinner and ice cream in town. The space Upper floor includes two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have hardwood floors and closet space.
