Sitting on 40 acres of open meadow with a backdrop of aspen and pine forest, surrounded by Wilderness and National forest and yet minutes to downtown Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Do not use if you have been drinking or are pregnant; Children must be supervised at all times. Hot Tub will be serviced each week, and you may encounter service during your stay. No outdoor fires allowed. Please note that many driveways must be plowed and it may take time for snowplow to arrive. Snow will impact the use of decks of the home.
