The home is older so older home quirks are to be expected. A portion of the house is blocked off so the renter is left with what equates to an efficiency apartment. The cottage is perfect for the travelling professional or anyone else visiting the Greenville area. It has a large master bedroom with plenty of room to unpack, living room has a couch and a tv loaded and ready for a night in with netflix. The space Please Note: please read the entire listing before booking. Our space is a quaint and cozy 1950's cinder block cottage. We hope you will find everything you need: A furnished kitchen with access to a stovetop, a full sized refrigerator, and coffee bar. The living space has a couch with a roku tv where you can relax and unwind. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with lots of pillows and a large walk-in closet. The furnished bathroom includes a soaker tub with shower. The space also includes a large yard with fruit and nut trees, and plenty of space to roam around. Please note: This is an older home with older home quirks. We are constantly making up grades so you may notice projects, such as repaired wood on arrival. We also recently had several large trees cut down and we in the process of growing grass in the front yard. If you are expecting a new model home or the Hilton then please consider other accomadations. Guest access Guests have access to the house except the unfinished rooms which are locked. Guests also have access to the yard except the building in the back. We ask that guests leave that area alone as we are in the process of tearing it down. It doesn't seem to bother most folks. We also ask that you let us know about anything in the house that you would have liked to have (Kitchen gadgets, bathroom items etc) so we can be sure to add these items to the house!

Safe place for ONLY single ladies traveling. Again, for one solo female traveler. Doctor Who themed room with a comfy single bed and office space. Private bathroom. You will share common area with my 10 year old son, friendly dog, and me. We are both respectful of our guests space and needs. We are home during the day so if you sleep days and are a light sleeper, we might not be the best fit. I do provide ear plugs. Located in the Convention District and close to everything! The space Welcome to the cutest neighborhood! It’s in the middle of everything but you hear nothing! Lined by trees with an adorable backyard full of birds and squirrels. The house is a nerdy/pinned up paradise. We love themes! Guest access You are welcome to use kitchen space and living area as well as the backyard and fire pit. During your stay I’m here if you need anything! I’ll follow your lead with interaction. No problem chatting or giving space. Other things to note We have a dog in the home. Super friendly but sheds. We vacuum all the time but if you’re allergic you may want to stay in another rental. My 10 year old son will be here most nights and days. He’s very quiet, but is an early riser. You’ll probably see him in the morning getting breakfast or watching tv. If you work nights and are a light sleeper this may not be the best place for you. We are quiet but the house is small and sound carries. I provide ear plugs and welcome guest feedback. If we are being too loud please let me know. We always put guests first. Occasionally my partner stays over but I will give guests a heads up if there is a male in the house. Also, please be aware this is North Carolina and bugs are inevitable. Welcome to my cozy haven - situated in the heart of Greenville in a quiet neighborhood with trees all around. 4 miles to ECU Medical Center/Brody School of Medicine and ECU. My place is ideal for traveling nurses/medical practitioners, visitors to a student, attendees to meetings at Convention Center - just around the corner! As a single female, I ask that only ladies book my home. Thanks for checking out my place….love hosting! The space Guests have a private bathroom (stand in shower), vanity, dresser, closet space with a coffee/tea station, including a mini refrigerator and microwave. In addition, there is access to the back deck from the guest bathroom. (This is not meant to be accessed into the home - just if you are interested in sitting on the back deck or wanting fresh air) I have available a hair dryer, flat iron, first aid kit and toiletries in the guest room, if needed. Also, there is available an iron/ironing board in the hallway closet. Please feel free to use the kitchen freezer/refrigerator to store food and you are welcome to prepare meals in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are in the garage if you would like to use, just please let me know ahead of time. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen and eat in the breakfast nook if desired! Please excuse any potential items on table! :) During your stay I am a wealth of information for this region! There are some hidden gems of things to do/see in Eastern NC. If interested, I will give you my top of the list "local hole in the wall" places, favorite stores, and sites and sounds. Love meeting my guests, but I am not home much. But I am available if needs/questions arise. Guests can have as much privacy as they desire.😉 Other things to note The Greenville Convention Center is very close by - approximately .6 miles (1 minute drive)- but walkable if you are up for a stroll. ;)
