These adventures include: tubing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, boating, whitewater rafting, shopping and so much more! Wait till you arrive at the cabin… a plethora of amenities await! Access to the cabin is via all paved roads. The road does have several turns and inclines as you reach the top but is a very easy drive. The road levels out and the driveway is very flat, as well as the parking. You can comfortably fit 6 cars. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the cabin and the master suite on the main level has a role in shower. A code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. You will enter into a spacious foyer and you will immediately be mesmerized by the view! A large coat/shoe rack is just to your right and the half-bath is to your left. The living space is straight ahead with a large sectional sofa, chairs, end tables, lamps, area rug, coffee table, gas fireplace and large screen smart TV. The expansive glass and sliders will let in the natural light and the unobstructed scenery spills through. It can be difficult to find a kitchen and dining space that will accommodate 15 guests with ease. Look no further! This kitchen is a chef’s dream! Large island, ample counter and cabinet space, double oven, gas stove, large oversize refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bar stool seating, dining table that sits 12 and magnificent views to admire. It features a drip coffee maker, Keurig and coffee is provided. The other sleeping arrangement is in the loft area with two single trundle beds. The main level Forest Room master suite is on the left upon entrance. It is very spacious with beautiful long-range views and deck access. It features side tables, lamps, bench, chair, dresser, and smart TV. It has additional hanging space in the corner and two luggage racks. The master bathroom is large with a roll in shower, double vanities, separate water closet, linen closet and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. The shower is a roll in but does not have handles inside. The 2nd main level king suite bedroom is to the right. Better known as the Deer Room. Affectionally named The Georgia House by our kids, we invite you to escape to the tranquility of the mountains with this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cottage just minutes from Lake Blue Ridge. The space We've designed this space for large families like our own in mind. But it's also perfect for family gatherings and groups of friends. This cozy retreat comfortably sleeps a family of 6 all the way up to a large group of 16 people, making it the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories. The Space: This spacious cottage brings together everything you could need on your trip. When traveling, we're always looking for the best of both worlds: the convenience of a hotel and the amenities of a home. We've stocked the kitchen with nontoxic cookware big enough for large parties. You'll find extra-large pots and pans, Caraway cookware, and a table large enough for everyone. We've thought of the kids too! You'll find toddler cups, a highchair and amenities designed with them in mind. Enjoy game nights and share meals around the large dining table or simply relax in the cozy living room next to a roaring fire. Each room is equipped with a bed from SAATVA, a premium brand that will have you ready to conquer the trails when you wake up. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-size bed, balcony, and an ensuite with a 32” rain fall shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are all similarly outfitted with queen-size beds, while the fifth bedroom is perfect for any children or singles in your group with two twin-size beds that can be converted into a king ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are three full bathrooms, one on every level. plus a half bath located near the main floor living areas. Welcome to Wine Down- a beautiful mountain retreat. This spacious 4BR/4BA is the perfect family getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life to get in touch with nature. From the moment you arrive you will notice the outdoor amenities, fire pit, large flat yard for the kiddos and fur babies, and the cabin life awaiting. Wine Down is located in the beautiful Aska Adventure area, 10 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge. Minutes from Lake Blue Ridge, hiking trails, and tubing the Toccoa River! The space Wine Down is a large mountain home comfortable housing 12 guests. The main level is where you can whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with ample storage and counter space. It also includes a family dining table with room for four, bar area, and another large dinning table surrounded by windows, traditional & Keurig coffee pot, plenty of pots and pans, dishwasher, stove, microwave and everything else you would need to cook up all your family meals. The main level houses the master bedroom w/ king bed, and full ensuite bathroom, along with additional bedroom with king bed, and small bedroom with a full sized day bed. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room on the mail level. The living area has an open concept feel and boats a wood burning fireplace. The lower level houses twin bunk beds in the living area (not a private bedroom) living room with TV, along with a private gym area for guests to use, and a full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms located on the lower level as well, one houses a full size bed with an ensuite full bathroom, the other houses a queen bed. Outdoors, you will find a screened in porch area with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, flat front yard, outdoor fire pit with multiple chairs- perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores! Fireplaces are in season from October to April. Fire pits are available to guests year-round. Guest access Guest check-in directly to the cabin via electronic door code. Other things to note Some important things to know about Wine Down: There is a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, oils, and spices are not supplied by North Georgia Property Management. However, we do supply a starter set of guest supplies including: one sponge and guest size dish soap, dish towels, 3 kitchen trash bags, 3 dishwasher tablets, and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The bathrooms are stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper each, one guest soap per sink along with a guest size shampoo and conditioner. There are towels and linen provided in the home, along with a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. The propane grill is stocked with a propane tank. Wine Down hosts a fenced in pet area with pet door off the basement level, along with a gym area guests can use at their own risk.

And, of course, our beloved ‘garage game room.’   UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE:  This cozy space features two comfortable leather couches that face the stone fireplace and television above the mantel.   KITCHEN & DINING:   You’ll find that the kitchen is stocked with everything you need – from cookware to pantry staples. There’s ample cabinet and counter space as well as a complementary coffee bar! It’s also an eat-in kitchen with a rustic farmhouse dining table just steps away.   BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:   On the main floor is our primary King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as two Queen bedrooms with access to an additional full bathroom. On the lower level is an ‘open bunk space’ with four twin beds and a trundle, as well as the 4th bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite full bath.   We’ve themed each of our bedrooms around a unique feature of the area – Amicalola Falls, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, the fall foliage of Vogel State Park and the series of apple orchards throughout the region! Of course, we didn’t forget the bunk area, where you can dive under the covers and into the “lake”!   All of the bedrooms feature smart TVs, and all of our bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries and towels.   DOWNSTAIRS:   The finished basement is huge and features a giant lake mural! There’s a bean bag lounge area, a little kids’ area, a poker table, a map-filled adventure planning corner, and built-in bar with a popcorn maker.   The popcorn maker is for movie nights, which are a must, because of our home theater – complete with two cozy couches, one lofted behind the other for true theater-style seating.   THE GARAGE GAME ROOM:   If you ever don’t hear from the kids in a while, they’re probably in here! From shuffleboard and foosball to air hockey and carnival-style basketball, the garage has it all. And when the weather’s nice, put up the garage door for open-air vibes.   OUTDOOR AREA:   Your Blue Ridge adventures can start right in the massive yard. It’s quite flat, making it prime for our lawn games (including plastic axe throwing) or pick-up kickball matches!  Then, there’s the front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing – because what cabin retreat is complete without those?   The back deck features a grill and outdoor dining table, conveniently just steps from the kitchen.   On the ground level is the patio with the 6-person hot tub and relaxing, hammock-style chairs. In the backyard that juts right up onto the tree line, there’s a fire pit for roasting s’mores and sharing stories. This area features large prints of Anna Ruby Falls, another gem in North Georgia!   OUR PURPOSE:   We are proud to be a military family! The brown sugar cinnamon latte and their hot chocolate are our favorites.  • Boat Dock Bar & Grill - Right at Lake Blue Ridge Marina is this quintessential lakeside bar and restaurant. The views are great, the vibe is tropical, and it’s a fun, casual, family-friendly spot.  • Aska Adventure Area - This is THE area for exploration! From mom-and-pop shops, excursion outfitters, and hiking trails, there’s no shortage of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.  • Shallowford Bridge Tubing - These folks run the oldest family-owned tubing company in the Aska Adventure Area. Enjoy a fun-filled river trip as they equip you with everything you need and provide pickup and drop off along the river.  • Toccoa River Swinging Bridge - This is a local favorite! Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well. NO CATS; the owner is highly allergic. Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $250 security deposit prior to their reservation. Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation.
