Enjoy our Vintage Home on Canyon Lake! This private home is located on 1.8 acres. You can walk down to the water, swim, set up chairs, hang out on your floats, tie up your boat/jet ski to the buoy, watch the beautiful sunsets or sunrises, or get that golden tan. Siting on the outdoor lounging deck, you have the views of the cove, the islands in the middle of the lake, and will even have the deer come up to ask for a handout. The kids will love the huge meadow in the front yard for playing games. The space This is a very wooded lot to add a privacy feel with deer, trees, shade, and a view of the lake. You can walk right down and get into the water. The property is on 1.8 acres. We do not allow pets on the property due to a bunch of reasons. Other things to note The 4th bedroom is a loft with a really steep stairs on the way up. The loft has a bunk bed with a double on bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a queen bed next to it as well. There is no bathroom attached to that space so you will be sharing a bathroom in the downstairs area.

This home is decorated with a modern and minimalist aesthetic to offer a luxury stay that can accommodate couples, big groups and families. Our favorite part of this home is the frequent deer visits that occur daily! The space This modern cabin is the perfect space for couples wanting a relaxing getaway to a bigger group wanting to enjoy quality time together. This modern cabin is located: -2 minutes from the lake (Comal Park) -15 minutes from the Guadalupe River & Whitewater Amphitheater (the closest float is the Horseshoe Loop, a 2.5hr float depending on water levels) -Less than 30 minutes to New Braunfels/Gruene and Schlitterbahn -30 minutes to Wimberley & San Marcos -1 hour to Fredericksburg and San Antonio It is truly the perfect spot for a vacation because there is so much to do close by. This home has 3 bedrooms and is furnished with 2 king beds and a set of queen bunk beds. This allows for a total capacity of 8 guests. The deer roam freely in the area which makes for a peaceful experience. We even provide a bag of deer corn so you can guarantee a few visits from the deer! In the kitchen, you will find that it is stocked with all the silverware, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, spices, and cooking oil you'll need to make meals at home. We also provide a coffee bar stocked with a drip coffee maker, ground coffee, a selection of teas, sugar and creamer. The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen smart Samsung TV so you can login to any streaming app during your stay. We do not put TVs in any other rooms as we believe this space is meant to help our guests unplug. Additional amenities you will find include: a washer and dryer, iron, blow dryer, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and more. You'll have access to the entire home, other than the closet located in the guest bathroom, as that stays locked for our cleaners. Our home is thoroughly cleaned between each stay and ensures compliance with Airbnb's enhanced 5-step cleaning protocol. This includes cleaning the hot tub regularly. We take pride in how clean our homes are and that includes ensuring the hot tubs have clean and safe water for every guest. Any item left behind by a guest will be either thrown out, or shipped to the guest at their expense. If any damage to your personal property is occurred during your stay, we require a professional quote to be received in order to provide compensation for such damages. This allows us to fairly compensate for the damage for both parties. COMAL COUNTY BURN BAN OFF: As of right now, Comal County is NOT currently under a burn ban, therefore use of the outdoor firepit is allowed. The garage has been converted into a carpeted game room, with table and chairs for board games or cards, a ping pong table for those competitive types. Paddles and ping pong balls provided The back yard has lots of seating and a fire pit. A comfortable kitchen with all the amenities needed for cooking. Laundry facilities and a clothing rack to dry your clothes You will feel comfortable in our cottage we can’t wait for your arrival.
