The main level features a cozy living room, dining room with a large wooden table area for seating 8-10 people, a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms on this level includes kids bunk beds and second bedroom includes a queen size bed. From this level you can access the beautiful outdoor deck with seating furniture for your enjoyment. Take a walk upstairs to the second floor and indulge the lake view from a spacious and sunlit loft overseeing the entire property and the lake. An over-sized bean-bag is here for you to enjoy and some games, a large TV and a comfy sofa. On this floor you will also find an over-sized bedroom with a king-size bed and over-sized ornate tiled bathroom. Downstairs on the ground floor you will find a play room with a billiards table and a dart board. This level also includes two other bedrooms - one bedroom with kids bunk bed and another room with a queen size bed. There is third full bathroom with a standing shower. For outdoor lovers we have 2 new kayaks, a canoe, and a fishing boat at our home for your nature adventures. Then, enjoy a hammock swing while your little ones exert their energy on the private play ground without having to leave the property. A lakeside fire pit and outdoor chairs are waiting for your evening gathering and smores making fun while you gather around the wood burning fire. And if that's not enough, you can relax in our 6-person hot tub. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends! *** Please note that this property is located in a community that requires guest registration. To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than four days before check-in. If the documentation is not provided on time, a $75 late fee will be charged to the guests. This fee applies even if the reservation is made within the four-day period before check-in. *** The community offers seasonal amenities, including beach and pool access, available for an additional $12 per day per person. This fee grants paying guests access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, paddle boats, and canoes provided by the community. Additionally, there are tennis courts, a basketball court, and a soccer field within the community for those looking to stay active and get some exercise! Guest access Upon arrival all guests are required to complete a registration form for security and emergency purposes as our property is situated in a private gated community. The guest registration form will request the full names and ages of each guest in your party, as well as vehicle and driver information, including the license ID number of the main registrant and the plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Please ensure that the names on the submitted forms match the legal ID of the person driving. Any bookings made within four days of check-in will be subject to a $75 late fee imposed by the community. Other things to note Supplies: We provide a starter pack of household essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish-washer detergent. The property is also equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, with an initial supply of cleaning agents provided. For guests staying longer or those in larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies beyond the starter pack. Once the complimentary essentials are used up, guests will be responsible for restocking these or other household essentials for their own use. Kitchen: Kindly note that the house is stocked with all the essentials for cooking, from pots and pans to plates, utensils, and baking dishes. However, you'll need to bring along your personal culinary favorites, like seasonings, flour, and sugar and others, to spice up your meals just the way you like them. Grill: A gas grill is available for your use, with a filled propane tank ready to go. If you find the tank empty, a spare is available next to the grill. We ask you let us know if one of them run out so we can replace it for other guests. Towels / Linens: Towels and linens are provided for each room, with one bath towel per guest based on the number of guests in your reservation. Firewood: Please note that firewood is not provided, so you may want to bring your own if you plan to enjoy a cozy fire. Pets: Please be aware that we have a strict NO PETS policy in place. It sleeps 10 people - has spacious updated bedrooms, jacuzzi honeymoon suite, family room, dining room, living room and game room (has poker table, board games and large pool table), updated kitchen with new appliances, BBQ grill, Outdoor patio seating area with Fire-pit. Amenities include outdoor community pools, kids playground, tennis, pickle ball courts, and lake/beach. Certain amenities such as Golf Course, Gym etc. are permitted (extra cost at the expense of the guests). We kindly advise that there may be additional charges for amenities at the country club if the number of guests exceeds 6. The first 6 guests incur no charges. Other things to note ◆◆◆Staying in the Pocono Mountains◆◆◆ If this is your first time visiting the Poconos, we want to ensure you understand what staying in the mountains entails. This house is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. As a result, you may encounter wildlife, as this is their home and we are merely guests. Wildlife may include flying insects, spiders, ants, squirrels, flying squirrels, mice, foxes, raccoons, opossums, skunks, snakes, turtles, coyotes, and black bears. Smaller creatures and insects can occasionally find their way inside depending on the outside conditions. We have monthly exterminator visits to minimize this, but being in the mountains, anything is possible. Additionally, please note that the mountain infrastructure differs from that of the city. Small wind or rain storms can occasionally cause power or internet outages in specific areas, including our home. Power outages may affect the water supply as we are on wells and the well pumps need power to work. Usually, these outages are restored within 8-10 hours, which is a quick turnaround given the weather conditions. For outages lasting less than 24 hours, no refund or compensation will be provided. For outages exceeding 24 hours, compensation will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Lastly, please be aware that extreme heat or cold waves can put stress on the house's heating or cooling systems, and these systems may struggle to keep up during very high or very low temperatures. ◆◆◆Summer Bookings◆◆◆ During Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, this is our busiest season. Check-in time is at 5 PM, and early check-in is nearly impossible. If we can accommodate an early check-in, the earliest would be 3 PM. The space Main floor The living room is well spaced with comfortable sofa set, 75” Smart TV, home theatre and lots of board games. FIREPLACE IS FOR DECORATIVE USE ONLY. Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds, PS4 with 27 games. The first floor features 1 half bathroom and dining room with long dining table, seats 12. Kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, flatware and dishware. Walk out to huge backyard from the kitchen. Second floor: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with baby crib. Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: King bed. 2 Full bathrooms. The property features 4 outdoor security cameras for safety reasons only (cameras are there just for our security when no one is at the house, there are not there to watch our guests! If Guest access Guests will need to complete a registration form upon booking in order to enter the community. Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage and the basement. The basement is unfinished yet. You can easily access the property using a digital lock.
