Both offer an entertaining pier area with dining, drinking, ice cream, live events and more. Pool is heated at minimum 77 and often gets above 80 by Noon depending on season. If you want heat increased we offer up to 85 for an additional $30 per day. Home is located close to the marina and 14th St. Causeway Boat Ramp. Allowing for easy drop off of your boat for a day on the water. Large parks and beaches located very close to this home. We look forward to hearing about your great stay ! The space This is a private home located in a peaceful working class neighborhood. Step in and you are in a private oasis. The home has three (03) bedrooms, parking for one (01) car, private yard and private pool (not heated). It is located close to major highways, restaurants and shops. The following rules are very important and strict: - Maximum number of cars allowed to park on the driveway is one (01). No exemptions. Additional vehicles have to park on the street at owner’s expense. - Maximum number of people allowed on premises at any given time is six (06). No exemptions - Parties are not allowed. No exemptions Guest access The property has an adjacent private apartment used for long term rentals. The unit completely separated from the main house with independent entrance away from main house, no interior connections and independent private fenced backyard. We also offer a BBQ area with a gas grill. There is a propane tank attached to the grill. Although we do not offer the propane, guests are more then welcome to use it for a refill exchange. Other things to note The home offers an outside BBQ area with gas grill. Note that we do not provide the propane. If guests want to use the grill there is a propane tank attached to the bbq grill that can be used to exchange or be refueled at your discretion. Other things to note Covid19 update: In order to protect your health, the following rules are being applied in our short term rental properties during the Covid19 pandemic situation: 1) Adequate time (2 days) is maintained between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest stay for appropriate cleaning and sanitation. 2) All frequently-touched surfaces (door handles, light switches, kitchen counters, microwave, fridge and cabinet handles, all bathroom toilets, sinks and faucets) in the property are Cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. 3) All linens and dishware is washed between each guest rental. 4) Soap and surface sanitation supplies is provided for our guests to utilize during the first 2 days of their rental period. Guests should buy soap and cleaning supplies for the rest of their stay. 5) We ask all of our guests to take steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including the wiping and sanitation of touched surfaces. 6) Please follow the recommendations from CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention): -Practice Social Distancing (stay 6 feet or 2 meters from other people). -Wear a cloth face covering (be sure it covers your nose and mouth). 7) No gathering of more than 10 people is allowed at any time during the stay. All you need to bring is your clothes and run to one of several grocery stores when you get here to stock up. The master is on a separate wing of the house far from the other bedrooms. It has a connected bathroom of its own with a glass-walled shower, two sinks and plenty of room. There is also a separate refrigerator in the master along with a coffee pot and a desk. Perfect for multiple families or for parents to be able to have an early light breakfast before leaving the room, or a place to keep the adult beverages from prying eyes. The rec room is a great place to have a family night after a day at the beach. Play a game of pool or flip the gaming table over and play some air hockey. On the wall you can play a large game of Connect 4, and a Super PAC Man arcade game that includes a few different versions of PAC man as well as Dig Dug, Rally-X, Rompers, and Rolling Thunder. There are also a variety of board games from Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders for the younger kids, to Scrabble and and Clue plus more for the older kids, as well as some card games and a regular deck of cards. If it gets *too* warm, let me know, and I can adjust it remotely. As I’m writing this now on February 8, 2025, the pool has been at or near 90°F (33°C) every day this year except during that freak cold that dumped snow on Florida last month :-( On bright sunny days it easily heats the pool to well over the 78° recommended by the American Heart Association, but like all things solar, they don’t do much in cloudy weather. So if we have particularly cool nights and overcast days for several days, our Green, sustainable pool heater can’t keep up and it might dip below 78° in the dead of winter, the rest of the year it will be warm
