Access for boat lifts or mooring is also available for $200 The space There are tons of amenities, inside and out. The garage has a Nema 14-50R standard Level 2 charging receptacle inside. This will charge most EVs within a few hours, will work with most all portable Telsa, Rivian, and other EV chargers while you stay. The single car garage is available for use and has a remote ($40 lost remote fee for not returning the remote upon checkout) Guest access Yale wireless lock code is available for self check in and check out, each guest is given a unique randomly generated code which is only set for the time that is alotted for them, it is also deleted post checkout Other things to note Kayaks and their required safety gear are available for guest use FREE while you stay.
