Head to the left wing of the house where you will see the great room opening into the kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave and more casual seating at the breakfast bar that looks out onto the scenic property. A perfect place to enjoy that early morning cup of joe! There are 2 more queen sized bedrooms in this wing along with 2 full bathrooms with double sinks that have private showers and toilets. Glenn Shores Clubhouse which is our newly renovated barn, consists of three levels; each separated by a short staircase. Walking through the main entry door, you will see how the outdoors was brought inside by the restored picturesque windows. Painting the backdrop to the kitchen that consists of two stoves, commercial sized sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, full pantry and a large island with seating for six. The kitchen flows into the main gathering space where there are five tables with twenty-two chairs, a 60-inch flat screen TV with internet connection and USB cord and a full bathroom with all travertine flooring and a double marble sink. Glenn Shores Clubhouse Lower Level has two doors that walk out to a cement patio. For your enjoyment (or competition) there is a shuffleboard table, ping pong table, bumper pool table, poker table, and a foosball table. A 42-inch TV with a large pit set for your relaxation. Amenities include high speed Starlink internet, furnished patios & gazebo, sunroom, remote-controlled awnings, outdoor shower, rec room with pool/ping pong table, AC, 2 washers/dryers, grill & fire pit. The space Spend your mornings lingering with a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the bluff; the afternoons reading, playing games in the backyard (corn hole, football or inflate a few small pools), and enjoying the water; and your evenings basking in the breathtaking colors of the sunset, grilling on the large patio overlooking Lake Michigan, enjoying a drink under the gazebo, or snuggling with a loved one on the patio sofa or indoors by the gas fireplace. Adventurous guests can access Lake Michigan from the backyard by descending fifty steps, and then going down linked ladders that are attached to the bluff that have an extra rope for you to hold onto as you go up or down. We are currently working on a plan to add EZ stairs to the good wood stairs we have for late spring early summer use 2024. The house includes all linens, bath towels, coffee, roasting sticks, a sandbox, and extra beach toys. Our Miami Beach House is sure to become a treasured escape. The space This home is designed for comfort, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main floor features two queen bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer single level living. The upper level includes a queen suite with its own private en-suite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms - one with a full-sized bed and another with four twin beds, making it ideal for kids or larger groups. A conveniently located hall bathroom serves the upstairs bedrooms and a bonus living room area is located on this level as well. Our home also includes a basement game room with foosball, ping-pong and air-hockey tables, and a separate theatre room for movie nights or sports event viewing! This house provides a great balance of privacy and shared space, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways. Guest access The whole house is available for guests to use. A small storage room in the basement is the only locked door with owner items. As a special perk, guests also have access to our 2 tram keys to make their trips up and down the bluff to the beach a fun adventure! Other things to note Key point to highlight - our standard cleaning fee includes all sheets, duvet covers, towels and used blankets being washed after each guest checks out. Inside, you'll find modern decor and an open, bright space, thanks to the many picture windows. Outside, you'll find both an upstairs deck, perfect for morning coffee, and a downstairs patio with a fire pit, perfect for evening cocktails and s'mores. One bundle of firewood is included as well, so make sure to stock up on marshmallows. The chef will love the open, well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space. Little helpers will love to perch at the kitchen islands, barstools, and the whole group can dine together at the adjacent table. After breakfast, make for the beach, just 0.2 mile away. The neighborhood private beach is accessible by stairs and tram, but please note that water levels and beach conditions change frequently. Some days you will find a large number of rocks while sometimes there is more sand than rocks. Depending on water levels or conditions, the stairs or tram to the beach may not be operational. When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax. Fire up the gas grill and keep dinner prep simple, or visit one of South Haven's many restaurants, about five miles south. Get cozy in front of the gas fireplace and pick a favorite movie to stream on the mantel-mounted flatscreen TV. If you've got any work to catch up on, a dedicated office space/den upstairs and the free high-speed WiFi will make it a breeze. The location can't be beat for exploring the areas dining, shopping, wine tasting, etc. A 10 minute drive gets you to downtown South Haven and a 20 minute drive north takes you to the communities of Saugatuck and Douglas. Stairs have been completed, but since there are 186 steps (improved since June 2024), they may be difficult for young kids and older folks. New hot tub too! The space Cozy Endless Lake Michigan is a lakefront home with spectacular views from every room throughout the year. Experience ever-changing Lake Michigan and its breathtaking sunsets each evening. Convenient to South Haven and Saugatuck/Douglas dining, wineries, beaches, bike trails, boating, golf, farm markets, parks, shopping, and festivals. The home has a new updated kitchen featuring a double oven and induction stovetop. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, water filter, and hot water kettle along with ample dishes, cutlery, and all the gadgets you may need for cooking. There is dining seating for 10-12 with additional seating on the trellised deck overlooking Lake Michigan. Home has a dedicated workspace & fast wifi. The master bedroom has a private en suite and a bed so comfy it’s like falling into a cloud. Three more bedrooms each have queen beds, and the bunk room is perfect for pups-in-training (aka kids or single adults who love a cozy nook). Let’s Talk Beach Frankie’s Place is just a short stroll to the tram that glides you down the 90-foot bluff to Lake Michigan. It’s peaceful, private, and free from the crowds. You can walk, sniff, and explore to your heart’s content. The sunsets? I chase the light across the porch until it dips behind the trees. You’ll want to see it for yourself. The original wood floors show many years of love, including paint splatters - just the way we like it! Floors are uneven and there is no AC. However, the views and sounds of Lake Michigan just out your door cannot be beat! There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the home and the most amazing breeze off the lake. We recommend opening the sliders and windows to the screen porch to let the breeze in on warm days.  - This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. - This property is perched on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The breeze off the lake brings with it remnants of lake water and sugar sand beach. Due to this, the floors get sandy quickly (within a couple of hours of vacuuming). - This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. The beach access is shared with Pine Lodge, the rental home across the street. Glennhouse Getaway is an elevated nature escape that is conveniently located between downtown South Haven, Douglas and Saugatuck, MI. It is beautifully surrounded by a private beach, sand dunes, driftwood, beach stones, and Lake Michigan. Enjoy the wrap around spacious deck, gameroom, the sunset on the beach (only 7min walk) or the stars at night by the firepit. Any meals can be enjoyed on our three season porch as well. The space Cook your meals with ease as all kitchenware is provided (pots, pans, bowls, utensils, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, and soap), as well as a coffee bar. Starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, and dish soap are also provided. All rooms are completely furnished and brand-new bedding and pillows are provided. Challenge your friends to a game of Ping Pong, basketball or darts in the newly added game room! Other things to note Please be sure to read the house manual upon arrival as it details checkin/checkout information, things to do (wineries, golf courses, trails and more), and house rules. The beach is about a 10min walk (directions are on the manual). The game room is in the detached garage- it is not temperature controlled.

It is conveniently located at the end of the block near Lake Michigan bluff so you can stroll on the coastline to watch a sunset on the lake. The house has 2000 square feet, with all-new furniture throughout and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The house's main level is open concept, with a spacious living/entertainment area featuring a 65'' Smart TV, fireplace and WiFi throughout. Bath, bedroom, and full laundry rooms are also on the first floor. ***No Fireworks on the property*** **Bedrooms** This house has 4 private bedrooms (one on the first floor and 3 on the second floor), each with its own unique design. The main suite is our Wood Room and consists of a king-size memory foam bed. The bedroom 2 is a Black and White Room and has a king-size memory foam bed. The bedroom 3 is a Gray Room and has a queen-size memory foam bed. The bedroom 4 is a Zebra Room located on the first floor and has two twin memory foam beds. **Bathrooms** Two bathrooms on the second floor (in the main suite and by the loft room) have ample storage space. The third bathroom is on the first floor. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. **Kitchen** Our Modern Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a center island. Brew coffee in the coffee maker or toss some fruit into the blender for a quick and healthy breakfast in the morning. We also have a microwave to heat a snack. The dining room has a large table to seat everyone from your party. **Living room** The living room on the first floor has a gorgeous fireplace and a flat-screen TV on the wall. Since Glenn’s little-visited beach is just a half-mile walk on a private path through the woods, you’ll be needing them. When you get back, enjoy the charcoal grill on the patio, a fire ring for s’mores, and a hammock by the creek. The space INSIDE THE HOME Its warm, uncluttered interior boasts gorgeous amber pine floors (great for allergy sufferers!) and an open living and dining area, with a breakfast nook. But the real star of the house is the spacious screened porch, completely surrounded by forest. Ahhh.  Feeling sporty? The house has its own tennis court (and rackets), great for tennis of course, but also soccer, skating, and goofing around. There are lawn games and various beachy things, and since Glenn’s little-visited beach is just a half-mile walk on a private path through the woods, you’ll be needing them. (You can also drive to the beach – parking is usually available and always free.) The beach is rocky, however, so water shoes are strongly recommended. The main floor features a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee station with espresso maker, and separate dining area. The sunny living room offers a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and cool retro egg chair. A full bath completes this floor.  On the upper level, you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with one full bed, and fourth bedroom has one full-size bed and a bunk bed (complete with Roku TV and an Xbox for gaming). There is a second full bath on this floor as well.  OUTSIDE This cottage is located on a wooded corner, providing a private and peaceful escape. Plan a cookout on the patio space complete with a gas grill, dining table, and sitting area.
