Fully Equipped Property in Indian Rocks Beach filled with comfortable furnishings and privacy. The house is walking or biking distance to plenty of restaurants, grocery, shopping, and more! Our property is located in a family neighborhood and is an 1100 sq ft home with parking for a boat, and a back yard pool and spa oasis... (Heat is available for a modest upcharge to cover the cost of natural gas) You will be a short walk to the sandy beach, 7 homes, to be exact. We love to fix a beverage and stroll down to the beach for sunset. There is plenty of outdoor area to relax in front or back with family and friends, or just lounging alongside the tranquil fountain, or chiminea (outdoor fireplace) on a rare cool night. We've provided a gas BBQ grill with side burner for your use. IRB has lots of beach parks and plenty of events around the area... The bungalow has a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and a smart TV, (Although we don't recommend watching much TV when you can be soaking up all that is available in this unique environment. !). There are 2 TVs in the home for your viewing. They receive the local channels (ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX) through antennas. They are equipped with Roku and Sling Best of Live TV channels ESPN, ESPN2, History, Travel, etc... The Roku will also allow you to use your personal Netflix, Hulu etc… (Just be sure you log out of your account before you leave). . . The master bedroom even has its own back door for sneaking out for a night swim in the pool The Master Bath is a Tile Shower with Glass Enclosure.. Our Guest Room has Queen over Queen bunk beds, (this is a total of 2 queen beds on top of each other bunk-style (there is no icon to represent this) a large closet and is across the hall from the guest bath. Our comfortable den is set up for relaxing, reading, playing any of the assorted board games/cards provided, and even sleeps an average-sized person or 2 pint-sized people on the futon. We have a Washer and Dryer and provide all linens. Kitchen is brand new September 2021 with 2 ice makers! There is a breathtaking nature preserve just 2 and a half blocks away with a secret boardwalk through mangroves. Perfect for Nature Lovers, Golf Enthusiasts, Surf and Beach Bums, Seniors, Honeymooners and Anyone who appreciates an escape from the daily grind of life! There are 5 bicycles on site for your use. Boat ramp 3 blocks away... Restaurant & Bar, A Surf Shop, bait n tackle shop, and a market/ice cream shop are right down the street. This is an ideal location for a getaway...The home is 3 blocks away from a children's skate park, baseball diamond, shuffleboard, library, police station and small park. There is even a community art gallery where you might take a quick class...please email or call with any questions!! Checkout Requirements are to leave the home generally tidy and ready for deep cleaning for the next guests. Sheets pulled from the used beds and deposited at the base, used towels to be in the washing machine or in a pile by the front door of the unit waiting to be washed, all trash to be deposited in the designated trash can outside. Windows and doors locked and any open perishable groceries to be removed. There is a full laundry room with detergent supplied. If you ran a load or two of sheets and towels, we would not complain :-) We have this as a highly appreciated suggestion on our checkout instructions but do not require all the laundry to be done. We consider it a blessing if it gets done and we send blessings to those who do it! Thank you! Update February 2023: One exterior security camera is on the property. It faces the street and driveway. This is used to monitor location of the trash bins, as the city began fining us hundreds of dollars each time the bin is out at the wrong time. We have never needed cameras to monitor our amazing guests! Guest access Entire home, yard, pool are yours and private. Uber is active and efficient here. Golf cart rentals are readily available and a fun way to get around. Parking in driveway for 2-3 cars. We appreciate guests parking only in our driveway in order to reduce our impact on the neighborhood. Street parking is not allowed. Both bedrooms have full closets for guest use . Some additional closets and cabinets are locked for owner/ cleaner items. Other things to note Pool heat is available for an additional cost of $40 per day. Spa heat is available for an additional cost of $25 per day. Pool heat can take several hours to get to desired temp, so it is best to arrange a day in advance. Spa heat/jets can be decided on the spur of the moment. Notify owner via text 15 minutes in advance and spa is activated remotely. Owner operates all equipment via iPhone.

Plenty of amenities come with this rental including 4 complimentary passes to the water park per day, free parking and Wi-Fi, walking distance to several great restaurants and shops, and is only 2 blocks away from the beach where you can catch some world-famous sunsets.  This two-bedroom two two-bathroom condo offers a relaxing, quiet atmosphere and beachy home feeling. It is beautifully decorated and has all-new appliances!  Kitchen: The kitchen feels airy with white cabinets and granite countertops. All new full-sized appliances are fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Has a microwave, toaster, blender, tea kettle pot, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.   Dining Area: Past the kitchen is the dining room with enough seating for six guests.  Living Area: The living space has a nice, open concept with lots of natural light. Beach paradise with plenty of sun, sand &fun. This newly renovated beachfront vacation rental has been transformed into an exquisitely decorated home away from home. We welcome you to come put your feet up and relax! The space Our spacious 1155 sf - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd floor units sleep 5 people comfortably. Our place is very tranquil and it is ideal for families, snowbirds and retired couples. Our place has age rental restrictions and it wouldn’t be a good fit for youngsters and springbreakers looking to have fun. You will find every room filled with little details that make you feel right at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, full size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has one large king size bed. It can easily fit a crib if you need one and we will happily provide this for you. Both bedrooms have bathrooms attached to them. Both bathrooms are recently remodeled as well. The living room has a large leather sectional sofa that is plenty comfortable for anyone else that you would like to share your experience with. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with a big picture window to look through. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your balcony which is accessible from the living room. Every sunset paints a beautiful picture for you to admire and enjoy as you spend time reflecting on your day. There is even a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. We really have tried to think of everything so that you don't have to. We want this to feel like home for you, so that you can step away from the busyness of your life and just relax. In addition to this entirely remodeled beach condo our whole building has done through remodeling in 2019 and it looks brand new. There is also a smart TV which gives you access to your Netflix, (on your subscription)Youtube, and other online accounts. There are 2 TV's total all connected to provided standard cable in this condo.This is very useful on those not so sunny days at the beach! There is wireless internet and standard cable provided. There is 1 free covered parking space(reserved) with additional 1 free parking available at guest parking slots at the building's parking lot. You will have your own private beach access with 2 outdoor showers. The outdoor dining area is perfect for dinner under the sunset. We are stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool/beach toys, & floats. Close to parks, restaurants, &across the street from a small grocery store. Perfect for families or couples looking for a getaway in the sunshine state BTR# 2089 The space Only one parking spot available! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & bunk beds. The living room couch is also large and comfy. The kitchen, living room, & dining room is an open concept with tons of windows letting in natural light. Large pool and patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a small apartment complex behind the house that we do allow to use the houses beach access but they hardly ever do. Guest access Parking on the beach is tight so there is only one parking spot available for use as the driveway is shared with the small apartment complex behind the house. There is however a public beach access at the end of the street with parking. The house is very close to a bus stop to catch the trolley down to Clearwater or St. Pete beach and Ubers are always readily available. You will have complete access to the entire house, patio, pool, and beach access. Other things to note Please know that parking is tight so only one parking spot is available and that very rarely one of the 4 tenants from the apartment complex behind the building may use the houses beach access.
