The space This beautifully renovated, 1800s era, 4 bedroom home features all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, small fenced backyard, and lots of living space. The first floor has an open concept, with the foyer/living room, dining room and kitchen all flowing together. There is also a half bath and the laundry facilities on the first floor. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. Also on the second floor is a full bath. The third floor is a large loft space with a full bed, a dresser for storage, and an air mattress and blankets for additional sleeping room for larger groups/families. PLEASE NOTE: the third floor is only accessible through the master bedroom. Some essential children's equipment are available upon request only. Items such as highchair, pack n play and or umbrella stroller can be reserved for an additional cost. Please check availability during time of booking as supplies are limited. We do not have off street parking here, however, there is free on street parking and the N. The third floor has two more bedrooms -- one queen bedroom and one room with two twin beds. All linens are provided and the kitchen is stocked with every cooking appliance you should need during your stay! Guest access You will have access to all three floors of living space. In the red bedroom, snuggle up on a full sized bed with a view of North Marshall Street. Sleep on bunk beds, equipped with a railing for the top bunk, in the cheerful purple bedroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the hot summer months as well as a closet painted to match the colorful wall to hang your clothes. This 2 story home includes 3BR’s/LR/DR/ Kit/Breakfast Nook and Parlor that welcomes visitors with a warm feel of yesteryear in a more modern urban style décor. Our goal is to provide an authentic, city neighborhood experience. The space In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic we have established additional sanitization procedures including the use of whole room, Ultraviolet disinfection units. We also added additional cleaning days between each booking. We provide hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, disposable hand towel, Lysol spray disinfectant and vinyl gloves for your use. Working from home while visiting our city? We a have a desk setup in the master bedroom as well as a portable workstation that can be adjusted to allow sitting on the couch, on the deck or balcony, or even lounging on one of the beds while you work. Entering through the vestibule entrance, you will find the Parlor where you can sit and chat in a comfortable, upscale setting. The adjoining living room is set up with a 55” Fire TV for you to log into your streaming apps such as Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/HBO or watch the local news. The arched opening between the two rooms allow for conversation & viewing TV from both rooms. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, including a K-cup coffee maker, Percolator & Tea Pot. Full laundry available, as well as laundry necessities (detergent, iron, etc). The Dining Room table accommodates seating for (6) with (2) additional counter-top stools for the kitchen pass-through opening. The galley kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare, cook and clean up after a nice family meal. There is a very quaint coffee nook located just off the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy the view of our deck and backyard garden area. There is a combination propane/charcoal grill and deck chairs to watch the local ball park fireworks in the night sky during the summer months. On the second floor you will find (3) bedrooms and a full bath that still has the original 1912 clawfoot tub & shower. The master bedroom is set up with a king size bed, armoire with a 19” fire TV, closet and standing vanity station. It also has a 3-bay window area with a fantastic view of the neighborhood from above. The middle & rear bedrooms are each set up with a queen size bed, night stands, closet and a vanity table & mirror. Each closet has a luggage rack and the hall closet can store additional luggage. Each nightstand is equipped with an alarm clock with USB charging ports. There is an adjoining door between the middle & master bedroom that can be closed for privacy or opened to comfort young ones. Each bedroom also has a private entrance off the hallway. Guest access Guests have the entire house, backyard, deck, front porch and 2nd floor rear balcony Permit Only street parking. (2) permits provided. Other things to note Neighbors are very friendly and would be happy to offer assistance or hear about where you are from and what you are interested in seeing while visiting Lancaster. Due to recent changes in community and with the platform, we now require a $300 deposit for damages and/or any rule violations. The Abnb system will put a hold on your credit card for this amount but will not charge you until a claim has been submitted to them. If there are no issues Airbnb will release the hold at the end of your stay.

Upscale Lancaster City House + Free Pkng Permits

Get ready to rock at Larry's Lancaster Landing, decorated to celebrate Lancaster's music culture. Conveniently located on a quiet street, you'll be a 15 minute stroll (or 5 minute drive) to the center of town. Just a few minutes walk to Lancaster Brewing Co & other restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It's the perfect place to unwind: put on one of our hundreds of records, and sip some wine in the jetted tub or enjoy the steam shower. Fido is sure to appreciate the fully-fenced backyard. The space You’ll have the entire 3-story row house to yourself. It is at the end of the row houses, so there are more windows than the typical Lancaster home. Lancaster row homes are tall and thin, which means we do have 2 steep staircases. I would not recommend staying here if you have a hard time with stairs. On the main floor, you'll find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8, and a cozy living room with a TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A convenient half-bathroom with a washer and dryer is just off the living room. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a full-size bed, and a spa-like full bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a luxurious steam shower. The third floor offers a versatile sleeping setup with a king bed, plus a twin bed and a twin trundle—ideal for families or groups. Whether you're here to unwind or adventure, this space is designed to make you feel right at home. The backyard is a lovely spot, fully-fenced in for pups and kids. In the fall, we sometimes have an overabundance of yummy apples from the large, mature apple tree. Please note that we do not have on-site parking, but we do have easy access to free street parking around the clock. It is typically very easy to park right in front of the house. Please take note of the parking signs, because there are some restrictions due to street cleaning. Guest access The whole house and the backyard are all yours (except the basement). Other things to note - The neighborhood can get a little noisy on the weekends with music and kids playing outside. - We do not have on-site parking, but there is easy access to free 24-hour street parking. - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. The space This property which sits toward the center of 20 acres of land, was originally built as a dairy farm. The property is nestled in a valley on Bean Hill Road. This home is also less than 10 minutes away from Dutch Wonderland, Tanger Outlets, Amish roadside stands, coffee shops, pizza shops and less than 15 minutes from Sight & Sound. We invite your family to enjoy the pool, game room, large sectional to watch a movie with popcorn, and spread out in the four bedrooms just as our family has! The space This home is a non traditional bilevel with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. We are a no- pet home. When you walk in the front door,up the stairs you will find the master suite with a king bed with a full bathroom. This also hosts the other 3 bedrooms with queen beds, dresser and open closet. There is a full bathroom with two sinks in between two of the bedrooms to make it convenient for everyone. When you walk in from the front door, to the left there is the TV room with a large sectional to relax on. (It does require a step down) This leads into the dinning room and full kitchen (with a step up). The dinning room has a sliding door that allows you to walk out into the backyard or relax while sitting on the picnic table on the back porch. When you walk in through the front door and choose to go down the steps to the right- you will find yourself in the laundry area, rec room, and a half bathroom. Fun fact: The original hearth fireplace used for cooking in the late 1800’s is what has been repurposed into the powder room! The second floor is where you will find the main bathroom, main bedroom, and adjacent sitting room. The bathroom was one of our favorite renovations and we think you’ll see why! The main bedroom features a king bed, as well as an oversized day bed in the adjourned sitting room. The third floor has two additional bedrooms to allow space for a larger group of guests. Each bedroom features comfortable beds (one king and one queen) and high quality bedding. Black out shades are provided in all bedrooms to ensure a well night's rest. A fully fenced backyard is also available for guests to enjoy. Other things to note Laundry - Our washer and dryer is located in an unfinished basement. Please let us know in advance if you will need access to laundry during your stay. Parking - We do not have private parking, but street parking is readily available for guests as the home is located on a quiet residential street in Lancaster City.
