This massive two-story, 12-bedroom,11-bathroom, pool & spa home is located in the ever-popular Solterra Resort Community. Only minutes to theme parks but away from the hustle, this home is a perfect getaway for large groups to stay together in one place in comfort. Big Water park in community clubhouse. A large well-equipped kitchen awaits you complete with 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers giving the ability to store groceries for the whole group. Two sets of washer and dryer! The space House details: Bedrooms: 8 King Rooms with 8 end-suitesms and 4 Twins Room with two full beds in each room, 16 beds in total. Bathrooms: 11 Full. Living rooms: two areas, first floor: sofa & TV, second floor: game room (Pool/Billiards & soccer table) & TV. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, and two dishwashers; a large dining table; massive kitchen island and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai. Sport Courts: Dawn To Dusk Tennis Racquets, Pickleball Paddles, and volleyballs may be rented at clubhouse from 9 AM-5:30 PM with an ID. Broken Equipment may be subject to a replacement fee. Other things to note - USEFUL INFORMATION: • THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING: We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Upon arrival, the house will have the following complimentary items: Bathrooms: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels. Laundry: 2 laundry detergent packets. Washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons. For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend a trip to Walmart to purchase additional supplies. ENTRY TO THE CONDOMINIUM – We need the full names and an email address for all adults staying in the house during your stay. Each guest will receive a QR code for entry into the condominium and clubhouse. Please send this information at least 2 days before your check-in to avoid any issues at the time of your arrival. We are not responsible for names that are not provided by the requested deadline. 🔥 POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL): Cost: US$ 45.00 per day. Minimum: 3 consecutive days. Temperature: Will not exceed 90°F. Request: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It can only be heated together with the entire pool, and both will have the same temperature. • It does not have jets. The pool heater operates through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY IN COLD WEATHER. If the guest chooses to heat the pool during cold conditions, the water may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. If the outside temperature is below 42°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and no refunds will be issued. The pool heater pumps are equipped with a safety system that prevents overheating when the equipment is overworked during very cold weather. These fees will be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation, with a minimum charge of $350. . PARTIES: Hosting parties is strictly prohibited on the property without prior written consent via email from Best Price Vacation Homes. Failure to comply will result in a fine starting at $1,500, in addition to the immediate termination of the rental agreement. Disturbances which result in security or law enforcement intervention will carry a fine of $500 or more. Fines may be deducted from your deposit and/or additional charges applied to your rental. . PET POLICY: To ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain a hygienic environment, pets are NOT allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property without prior authorization, a non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged to the credit card on file, along with any additional costs for damages caused by the animal. TRASH DISPOSAL: Valet Trash Services Are Scheduled Sunday to Saturday 7 days a week. Please place your trash in the provided brown waste bin outside the home by 6 AM every morning. Remova! of trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day. NO LOOSE TRASH, all trash needs to be placed within a trash bag, up to 50 lbs. All boxes are to be broken down, bundled, and placed beside the waste bin. Please Pick Up After Your Pets. lt's the Law. Excessive trash in the house (bags, boxes, etc.) can generate a fine of up to 200.00 after your checkout, cleaners are not obliged to throw them away. • HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS – For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout. When leaving, please carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so there are no problems. CAMERAS - Our houses have exterior cameras located at the front near the entrance door, on the sides, and at the back of the property, positioned beyond the pool screen and facing the outside area.
