The kitchen is equipped with new dishes, glasses, utensils, a pots, pans, Instapot, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an electric grill available for use we ask that you clean it after use. Ironing board, iron, soap,shampoo, and hairdryer are available. There are wide stairs to the unit, no elevator. Guest access The condo is open access. Welcome to your Branson vacation! Close to all the action in a quiet location. Our guests gave us a few suggestions and we listened. We recently re-decorated and refreshed our home away from home. Our condo is ready for your stay! The condo sleeps 6. Featuring a main floor bedroom w/ a King Bed, and Queen Bed in the loft. 2nd full bathroom is also located in the loft. Lastly there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Only about 3 mins to the strip, great entertainment, & attractions. A Full Se The space Our 2nd floor condo features a main floor private master bedroom with a King Bed! The loft area has a queen bed, full size futon and a full bathroom! The chair in the living room folds into a small twin bed, perfect size for a kiddo. Enough space to sleep 6. Although we would not suggest 6 adults but there is enough space for 4 adults and a few kids. We have stocked the condo with all essentials to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal: cookware, utensils, griddle, hand mixer, toaster, plates, cups, etc. The kitchen table has a banquet and is large enough to seat everyone. All rooms have flat-screen Roku T.V.'s and are set up on Wi-Fi. Netflix is included! We installed a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. If you are like us we prefer do our laundry during our stay, less to do when we arrive home :) Guest access 24 hours before check in, you will be given a unique code for the front door. General: Free and fast WiFi, central heating and a/c, free parking, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, ceiling fan, desk fan, hair dryers, iron/ironing board and a high chair and pack and play for your little one. Parking: There is 1 parking pass on the kitchen counter. This will need to be visible in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Upon check-out please return the pass to the kitchen counter. There will be a $25 fee for a lost parking pass. Parking is FREE. One thing the host would like you to be aware is especially during events or busy season the lot can fill up. You are free to park in adjacent lots at other buildings or the HOA is ok with parking along curbs as well. This is especially the case in June/July when Branson is at it's busiest. Accessibility: There is one handicap spot directly in front of the front door of our unit, if that is taken you are free to park in any other spot. This unit has zero steps to enter and zero steps on the inside of the unit as well as grab bars in each shower. Late Check-Out/Early Check-In: We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Often times, however, there are guests before or after you and we only have a short window of time to clean the unit. We will gladly notify you if this option is available, or feel free to ask! Thank you so much for your understanding. No Pets: We do not allow pets. Service animals will not be refused, however a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be added so our cleaners can do a deep clean. Additional cleaning fee up to $500 may be charged if there is excessive hair/odors. Security: There are no security cameras in use. There is a Ring Video doorbell by the front door of the unit facing out to the parking lot. This allows for us to communicate easier with maintenance, vendors and cleaning crew as well as respond to any incidents in our parking lot for the safety of our guests.
