Our single-family home, built in 1978 and renovated in 2022 offers 1500 sq. ft. of finished indoor space with updated bathrooms. Omaha town beach is an 8-10 minute walk where you can swim at high tide or walk along the tidal flats at low tide. It's a great sandy beach for kids since the water is warmer and generally calm. Other things to note The bunk room on the upper level is perfect for two kids though two adults would find it small. Other things to note Friendly family neighborhood, quiet and relaxed. Water views will relax you and walks on the beach rejuvenate you. The bathroom is on the ground floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be difficult for elderly guests.

House has one bathroom on the first floor. Laundry is available in unfinished basement. The small yard features a rustic outdoor shower. The small open kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, baking supplies, sheet pans, tea kettle, french press, toaster, waffle iron. Please note there is no dishwasher and no drip coffee machine. During the summer months each bedroom has a window AC unit installed. Please note that Linens are not included for weeklong summer rentals. Beach toys and beach chairs are stored in the basement. Washer and dryer available in unfinished basement. During the summer months there can be small gnats (no-see-ims) and mosquitos- we advise you to bring bug spray and keep doors and windows closed and use window AC units to keep mosquitos out.

Or venture out to one of Wellfleet's fine restaurants, just minutes away. First floor consists of kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area with slider to private yard area. The space Cottage is 950 square feet total with open concept living-dining area on first floor with adjacent kitchen. Basic, no-frills kitchen is fully functional with new appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker) and plenty of dishes and cookware (no dishwasher). Wine and beverage glasses to enjoy cocktails on the screen porch. Sliding glass door provides natural light and access to private yard. Lovely screened-in-porch with seating area and table for dining. Bathroom is on first floor and has a stall shower (no tub). However, there is also a spacious enclosed outdoor shower. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one queen size bed, one full size bed and two twin size beds. Please note the stairs to second floor are steep and not appropriate for individuals with mobility issues. Toddlers and young children should be watched carefully on stairs. Other things to note Wonderful, convenient location to explore all the beautiful Outer Cape has to offer. From the cottage, take a 10 minute walk on a path through the woods in the National Seashore to Dyer Pond. Or, it's less than a mile walk to Wellfleet's quaint Town Center with its unique shops, art galleries and restaurants. It's a short drive, just two miles up the road, to Ocean View Drive and the majestic ocean beaches. And, in the other direction, it's less than 1.5 miles to Wellfleet Harbor, Mayo Beach and the Town Pier. If you'd like to venture outside Wellfleet, take a 20 minute drive to Provincetown in one direction and 20 minutes to Orleans in the other direction. Please note that sheets/towels are not provided.
