Additionally, all bedrooms have Tuft & Needle king-sized platform beds that are equipped with 625 thread count Egyptian cotton linen sheets, pillows, and pillow cases, a full-length mirror, and a Fanimation Spitfire ceiling fan with 3 speeds that move up to 5176 cubic feet per minute. The first bedroom is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that is designed to accommodate visiting guests while also providing complete privacy to the guests staying in the front bedroom. This is done through the use of interior doors and a pocket door to the bedrooms and the main living area. The en-suite bathroom to the first bedroom is equipped with a tub shower to accommodate families with young children or those who simply want the option to soak in a hot bath. The rain head fixture of the shower provides a "drenching" shower experience as a greater volume of water gently flows over your body as you shower (as compared to a standard shower experience). The second bedroom is the only true master bedroom of the house as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. This bathroom is also equipped with a rain head fixture and a spacious walk-in shower with a bench. The third bedroom is the furthest away from the main living space and is separated from the secondary living area by a modern style barn door and an interior door. Additionally, this bedroom has it's own mini-split A/C system, so this room has the potential to be the coldest out of all three bedrooms. The Orioles winter home, The Sarasota Ballet School, Ringling College, New College, The Bay, Lido Key, Mary Shelby Gardens, The Van Wezel….all a quick walk or drive. The neighborhood is welcoming, and includes a park with play structures and walking paths, tennis and Pickleball, and a Little Free Library. Come enjoy! The space The house is well organized for a couple or a family, for a group trip or a remote work location. The layout of bedrooms with each having an ensuite full bathroom is a plus! The kitchen is ample and sunny, the house has high ceilings and feels open and spacious. A very comfortable desk/ office space is in a room with plenty of sunshine and privacy, or make use of the trundle bed. The front porch is a real gem, sit and have a coffee in the morning sun or an afternoon cocktail. The lanai in the back is a nice quiet space. The property also has a second unit in the back over the garage. They are private from each, only you have access to the house. There is plenty of free parking. Guest access You will have complete access to the house and there is free street parking right in front. The unit over the garage shares the driveway as access with you. It features clean and comfortable amenities including 3 bd/2 ba split floor plan with the primary suite on one side of the home. The home is about a 15 minute walk to all of the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street and Burns Court and the beaches of Lido and Siesta Key are about 4-5 miles away. Perfect location. License No. VR25-00106 The space After gaining access through your exclusive key pad code, you will enter into the living room with an L-shaped sofa, two side chairs and a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, etc.) for cozy movie nights. We have a brand new renovated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets and countertops that is organized, thought out and comes fully equipped with all of the essentials, including coffee maker (with filters), toaster, microwave and cooking pots/pans and utensils. The home comes with basic condiments, oils and spices to make it easy for you. There is hi-speed Wifi throughout the house which you can use for entertainment, emails or remote work (400 Mbps). Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx all work great in the home. The primary bedroom has a premium queen size bed with a 42" Smart TV., and luggage rack. This room is not air-conditioned however two ceiling fans provide some relief in the hotter months. This room also has a dart board and a cornhole set to be used out back. Full laundry is available in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board and bench top for folding your clothes. Our supplies include detergent, bleach, fabric softener, stain remover, and dryer sheets. We have a large private, fenced back yard with new 38ft pebble tec pool/spa that is both heated and saltwater. The shallow end of the pool offers an 8' by 10' sunshelf with designer chairs that have built in cup holders. The deep end of the pool features an enourmous 12' by 5' spa with glass-tiled spillover. Adjacent to the pool on the East side of the yard is a mini golf putting green and separate cornhole area. The West side of the pool features a covered outdoor kitchen with ceiling fans, built-in propane grill and bar and separate seating area. Small to medium sized Dogs are allowed with pre-approval and proof of flea/tick treatment. Cats are not allowed under any circumstance. Due to our residential location we have less traffic than the surrounding area. Garbage collection takes place on Friday mornings, when three separate trucks spend about 5 minutes on the street between 7 AM and 9am typically. The Retro Ringling offers the best of old and new in an urban yet residential location with close proximity to all of the best restaurants and beaches but with room to spread out on a fully fenced private lot. Fortunately they are not harmful to humans or pets. Please also note we have pool service and lawn service weekly and our technicians will need access to the pool and lawn temporarily. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.  3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.  4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.  5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS!
