Sunken living room, exposed beams on ceiling, and partially covered large wooden deck in backyard are the key features. Our style is comfy and clean! The couch is super cozy like laying in a cloud. We have a reverse osmosis home water filter, with a spout at the kitchen for unlimited water refill. The grill is there for your enjoyment, however we ask they if you use it you, please clean it afterwards. We will charge an extra $35 if the grill is left in unacceptable conditions. Also we do not provide gas for the grill, if it runs out you can take the tank to the nearest grocery store to exchange for a new one. Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel.
