We have a spacious pool “heated in the winter months”with matching screened in deck complete with seating, an outdoor shower, and BBQ grill. Right outside this screened in area we have a gazebo (with lighting), and a picnic table. Our fragrant Jasmine tree is currently blooming and beautiful. Other things to note I Rules 1. No smoking in the unit, smoking inside will result in a $500 fine (smoking outside is permitted) 2. Trash must be taken out to the garbage cans 3. The noise level must be appropriate and not disturb the neighbors. 4. No food inside of the pool. Pool does have heater please ask for details. Do not change the temperature. 5. If you are having a get together that has been previously approved by your host we ask that decorations be put up with tape to avoid damaging the walls and we strictly prohibit the use of confetti. 6. No pets allowed, if pets are brought to the property you will be fined $500 (no service animals please contact host ) 7.
