QUIET HOURS The property is located in a residential neighborhood, and we are committed to being good neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM–7:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 PM–7:00 AM on Friday and Saturday nights. During quiet hours, outdoor activities, swimming, and outdoor music are not permitted. FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN This property is not well suited for toddlers or very young children. The property includes direct lake access, steep elevation changes, an unfenced dock and walkway, and a pool with depths up to 11 feet near the slide. Children must be closely supervised at all times. PETS ON PROPERTY We have an outdoor cat named Scooter and a friendly lab mix named Auggie. You may occasionally see them during your stay, but Scooter is not permitted inside the Pool House. NATURE & LAKE LIVING One of the things guests love most about the property is its natural lakefront setting. Because the property is surrounded by mature trees and wildlife, guests may occasionally encounter leaves, insects, spiders, or other natural elements common to outdoor lake environments. We have pest services once per month and do everything we can to limit the insects but we can't promise you will not see insects and even the occasional bug (usually dead) makes its way into the Pool House. Keeping the doors closed at night and limiting the lights on inside the Pool House at night helps keep flying insects out of the indoors. We regularly clean and maintain the pool and dock, but nature is part of the lakefront experience. During the fall, leaves may accumulate more quickly, and our pool service visits twice weekly during swimming season on Mondays and Thursdays. They may put chemicals in the pool on those days which may limit swimming for a few hours or even longer for sensitive people. KAYAKS & PADDLEBOARDS Life jackets are available in a variety of sizes and are required when using the kayak or paddleboards. These recreational items are provided complimentary for guest enjoyment. Because they are stored outdoors and regularly used, they may show normal wear and are not in pristine condition. If you plan to enter the lake, water shoes are recommended, as the lake bottom can be rocky and slippery.

Private dog play area with shade, Fluffy bed! very clean yard, bonfire area, grille, hammocks, lots of trees and birds singing in the morning! There are 4 cabins across the property with very polite people and awesome 5 star reviews please read them :) Walmart/stores just 2 minutes away The space Very clean country tiny house and real 5 star hospitality comes with this peaceful country home in 2 acres (shared) and fully fenced in and only 15 minutes away from downtown Ft. Worth. Has an air fryer in the kitchen! :) covered parking! Free washer and dryer! I always leave snacks in the house and I inspect the house between guests to make sure it’s perfect. The entire house is yours to use and the front yard and corral for horses or pets. Inside the house you will find a new 4K smart tv and fast Spectrum internet equipment with Ethernet and WiFi that is not shared with anyone else. New stuff- The fridge, stove top, futon, bed, A/C, filtered pitcher, silverware, airfryer, blender, coffee machine and toilet are new! I live alone with my son across the property and we mind our own business and we are not nosy I guarantee it and we are gone most of the time. Since I live near by you get the best instant customer service by me! the actual owner, someone that really cares and I work super extra hard to meet all your expectations. There’s also a shaded area for dogs to play and there’s plenty of water there for the animals with a near by water hose that you can use at any time. Please never be shy to go and use the pool, even though it’s near my house I can’t hear any noise from inside the house. Nobody will be nosy either and you will see for yourself :) Other things to note *The house has a nice Air fryer* Also, please walk around and enjoy the scenery and lay on a hammock! It’s a must :) and remember that the parking spot has light switches and so does the laundry area in the barn, just don’t forget to turn them off when done please. Nobody here will bother you or be nosy and you’re welcome to jog or walk around the property. I live on the property across and away from the cabin and we don’t bother you or ask questions. Don’t worry about making too much noise because nobody will complain so please have fun.

5 star and fresh country air :) Very cool new tiny home built by highly respected Navy and Airforce men, on very fun and peaceful property! Has new bed, Air fryer! Giant yard! lots of trees, fenced, shaded parking, grille, 1 GIG INTERNET! KAYAKS! bikes, volleyball, POOL! with large covered deck, radio, fridge, KARAOKE! Horse corral, free dog play area with shade. Very clean yard, bonfire area, hammocks, birds singing in the morning! *Please ignore the one bad review we have from a crazy lady :) The space Read everything please- Take the adventure and get away from the city noise! This is the most beautiful and peaceful tiny house in the country side with lots of trees and still close to everything! just 1-2 miles away from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants and schools and hospital and everything you could think of and 10 min to Fort Worth! and about 30 minutes away from Texas motor speed way and DFW airport and the Dallas cowboys stadium and 1 hour away from the worlds largest casino (Winstar). 45 minutes away from Dallas too.
