Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. No exceptions. If an emergency or a maintenance issue were to arise our team will need to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions on the crate rule. Additional charges will be applied if we find that this rule has been violated.   From October 1st to April 30th the pool will only be able to be heated upon request. If a guest wishes to have the pool heated during those months a request for $50.00 a day will be requested & must be paid in full by your second payment due date. If that charge is not paid in full at that time guests won't be able to heat the pool. The guest must pay for the entire length of the stay. No refunds are given once this charge is paid in full. No exceptions. Please Note: When the outside temperature drops below 50 with the wind sometimes its hard for the heat pump to keep up on very cold nights.   We allow 4 vehicles max. No more than 4 vehicles to be parked in the driveway at any given time. There is no parking in the street. Absolutely no exceptions.   For your protection & ours we have a Ring Camera at the front door monitoring the home which records video & audio. Please do not cover or tamper with the camera in any way. If we see that the camera has been covered or tampered with in any way guests will be evicted immediately & will not be refunded for their stay.   Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not guarantee early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Please do not show up to the house until you have been notified by our office that the house is ready for check in.   Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by neighbors that you are being disrespectful or disruptive you could potentially be evicted with no refund. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Failing to do so will result in a $500 fine.   This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.  Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.  We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around not put back additional charges will apply.  The cleaning fee stated in our booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a stay between 28-90 days we will request an additional $195.00 cleaning fee through the Airbnb app. By booking guests agree to pay this fee 1 week prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app along with the $300.00 security deposit. Access to property will not be given until that fee is paid in full. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.  Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.  This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.   This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.  Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.   The cleaning fee stated in our booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a stay between 28-90 days we will request an additional $195.00 cleaning fee through the Airbnb app. By booking guests agree to pay this fee 1 week prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app along with the $300.00 security deposit. Access to property will not be given until that fee is paid in full. Go see all that PCB has to offer, while being able to come back to a relaxing oasis with all the amenities you could need. Float in the private pool, grill & chill, relax & unwind Guest access Entire house. Other things to note ***OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*** This is a home for FAMILIES & GROUPS of responsible guests… NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!! Occupancy: Twelve Person booking needs to stay the entire duration of the stay. NO SMOKING!! (Inside or Outside) NO PETS!! Parking: Driveway parking only (there is room for 5 cars) Do not park on lawn. Hot tub is available October through April. Pool is NOT heated. We do not provide propane for the grill. Please refrain from moving indoor or outdoor furniture and furnishings. Items have been damaged and when heavy furniture is moved, it is too heavy for our cleaner to move back. The cleaning fee covers the costs of a turnover when you leave. That is it. Please pick up after yourselves. In short, this is an ideal place to get away with friends or family for some R&R. It’s the perfect place to relax, read, sleep late, swim, day drink, beach, grill some BBQ and end of the day with a nice cocktail. It is not, however, the place to come and party. We would absolutely love to host you!

Absolutely no exceptions. Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur, or extra cleaning is required by housekeeping. Your dog will not be allowed to use the bathroom in the fenced in pool area. Please do not allow you dog in the pool. Dog hair causes filters to clog. If you do you will be responsible for the trip charge for our pool tech to come out. Please keep your dog out of the pool. If the dog is left inside of the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.   No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This house sleeps 12 people max. Including visitors. No exceptions.  Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.   This property has a 4-car limit. Only 4 standard size vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property at any time. No parking on the street or anywhere else but our driveway.   Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night- One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.  Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.  Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.  Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.  This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.   This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.  Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.   For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.   The cleaning fee stated in our booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a stay between 28-90 days we will request an additional $195.00 cleaning fee through the Airbnb app. By booking guests agree to pay this fee 1 week prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app along with the $300.00 security deposit. Access to property will not be given until that fee is paid in full. If that fee is not fully paid 7 days prior to check in, the reservation will be forfeited without any refund to guest.  By booking, Guest agrees to pay directly to management an additional $300.00 security deposit no later than one week prior to check in. Access to property will not be given until deposit is paid in full. If the deposit is not fully paid 7 days prior to check in, the reservation will be forfeited without any refund to guest. Security Deposit is potentially fully refundable if all house rules are honored, no damage is done to the property and if no additional cleaning is required due to your stay. It is your responsibility to make sure all guests in your group honor all the house rules, as the deposit refund is based on the group.
