The pool is not heated however, because if its sun exposure for the majority of the day, it maintains comfortable temperatures year- round. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards/snorkel gear (upon request) to take with you to the beach on days you prefer to venture out. The house has a brand new central a/c unit, hot water heater and high capacity washer and dryer. We provide all the essentials including: paper goods, bed and bath linens, pillows, blankets, hand soap, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, cleaning supplies/tools, cooking & eating utensils/appliances and pantry essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, etc.). We only ask that our guests replace whatever they use up so that our next guests may enjoy the same amenities. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask and I will do my best to provide it for you:) We have several grocery stores located within a mile or two of the house. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you'd like the temperature to be set higher than the standard temperature as it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up depending on the current temperature outside. There is no lifeguard on duty. Safety is our number one priority. Please do not let children swim unattended even if they are good swimmers.
