There’s also a office desk with an office chair that’s not pictured. Bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity & toilet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed & full closet. Third bedroom has twin beds with full closet. Full size hallway bathroom right across from these bedrooms with tub/shower, single vanity & toilet. Full kitchen with pantry & all new appliances & bar area with seating for four. Open floor area into the living room & sitting nook. Dining room with French doors going out to the pool area & patio. Laundry room is accessed through kitchen door into the garage. Guest access You have use of the whole house & backyard pool area. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shop . 2 Minute walk to Farmers market Wednesday (October -April) . Wonderful park with kayak launch , fishing docks , playground that connects to our neighborhood. We are the closest neighborhood in Sarasota to Siesta Key, located just across the south bridge on the Bay side. The updated house features three bedrooms, with three queen beds . The bedrooms also have flat screen tv's with cable. Guest bedroom tv off kitchen features Roku/Netflix .The living room features a 55 inch tv and cable package .Your two bathrooms are beach themed. If you like to cook at home, the fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances which include a full sized fridge, full sized oven and cooktop & microwave. We have all the pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, and dishware you need. Kitchen table seats 4 and additional seating at the kitchen island. The house has central air and ceiling fans in every room. Right outside your back door is the pool to relax, splash around in total privacy. Relax on one of four lounge chairs! Outdoor seating for 6 . POOL Is Heated from November to May. Pool temperature is set at 84 degrees Fahrenheit , however if air temperatures drop below 70 degrees , pool temp can drop significantly. Temperatures can not be guaranteed . We do not charge for heater. There is a full sized washer and dryer just off your kitchen for your use. Guest access Only the confirmed number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. The booking guest must meet minimum age requirement of 26 years. No pets , additional $350 cleaning fee if pet in the house , no more than 6 total people including children and infants. No smoking inside home. You will not be allowed access to the house if you have more then 6 total people or a pet. No refunds or deposits will be issued if this occurs. Please do not book this property if you intend to have other guests other than the ones on the reservation . We take this rule very seriously and you and you guests will not be allowed to stay if violated during anytime of your reservation . Easy keyless entry . Code given day of check in. There is a step up into the house . Other things to note We are just a mile and 1/4 from crescent Beach on Siesta key , beach access 12, where you can access the amazing beaches on the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While each one of the beaches- Turtle, Crescent and the Main Beach-(3 miles from house) offers a slightly different experience, they all share the same gorgeous waters, breathtaking sunsets, relaxing gulf breeze and playful dolphins Whether you are looking to relax or have fun in the sun, Siesta is the perfect choice. Rental shops located close to home where you can paddle board or kayak, ride bikes, go boating or fishing, or snorkeling- or you can just relax at the beach. We are very close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, boat and bike rentals and all watersport activities. The main beach on Siesta offers free public pickleball courts , tennis & volleyball courts as well as a shaded playground & picnic area. They also have several concession stands where you can grab a snack and a cool drink. There is also a free shuttle service on Siesta Key that takes you to the Village area where you will find many restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The Master Bedroom is furnished with King Bed, flat screen 55’ TV, and adjacent bathroom. Other bedrooms have Queen beds, one equipped with 55' TV. The guest bath is separate and has a tub/shower. The dining area features a table that seats 8 comfortably. The living room offers comfortable sofa-bed seating and is equipped with a flat screen 65’ TV with HD programming. Just off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with inviting bar counter, stocked with everything you would need to cook a delicious meal for you and your family. Wireless Internet connection is provided throughout the house. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. This is a private residence with a private pool for your exclusive use. Other things to note Heater (winter months): If nighttime temps drop below 50°F, the electric heater may shut off and will not heat the pool. This protects the equipment from damage. It doesn’t happen often, but we appreciate your understanding. Water Level: Please check that the water level stays about 2–3 inches above the skimmer/duct. If low, turn the hose on for about 1–1.5 hours. Low water can cause the pump or heater to stop working. 🚫 Please do not change pool equipment or settings without permission. Adjusting settings can damage the system and create chemical imbalance. Unauthorized changes may result in a $500 charge.

The space Sandpiper Cove is a fresh, spotless and well-appointed pool home!! With three bedrooms and two baths, this home sleeps up to six! Safety is a major priority in the home with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, pool safety fence, caged pool and fenced yard to name a few examples! Outdoor space: The large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. There is a pool cage AND a child safety fence around the large pool. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Grill a delicious meal on the BBQ to enjoy at the outdoor dining set. Lounge in the sun or nap in the shade on the comfortable furniture! After sunset, turn on lights strung overhead and enjoy the ambiance and sounds of nature. Note: Pool is heated to 84 degrees, 12 hours per day November through March at no additional charge. Obviously, if outdoor temperatures are below 70, the pool temp may not reach 84 during the duration of the heating cycle. If you would like the temperature set higher than 84 degrees or lengthen the cycle length, please discuss this with the host as there will be an added daily fee. Swim diapers need to be worn by individuals who are not completely toilet trained. A $75 fee will be added for extra cleaning/chemicals should this be needed. In addition, due to safety, understand that the pool cannot be used for 24 hours after the chemical readjustment. There is a drip coffee maker, French press, blender, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, and serving ware for your use. We provide some starter essentials including a few of each: laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, hand soap, and paper products. Coffee from Sarasota Coffee and Tea (a locally owned business) is provided to start off your first day. Note: There is a grocery store a mile away to select and restock your favorite supplies! (pick up a Key Lime Pie from their bakery while you are there--it's the best!) Living Room: Bright, open, and comfortable! Kick back and relax! Dining: Dining Room has a table with settings for six. In addition, you can grab a drink or quick bite to eat at the bar connecting the living room and kitchen as well as in the kitchen at a table for two. Bedrooms: Master-luxurious, memory foam king bed with high-end bedding (it is so comfortable and often complimented by our guests), dresser, large closet and ensuite bath. There is patio access from the master bedroom. Guest bedroom-comfortable memory foam queen and twin beds also with super soft bedding to allow for a restful night! Den-Memory foam twin bed in a bright, boho-themed room off of the kitchen with ample clothing storage space. A barn door separates this room from the kitchen and allows some privacy from the other guests when turning in for the night. Workspace: Use the portable, folding desk to make any room a quiet, “work from home” space! Our exceptional WiFi speed ensures optimal connectivity for your remote work needs. Entertainment: Master bedroom and living room with ROKU TVs for streaming. There is no traditional cable but clear and easy instructions for you to find popular networks. The owner is not responsible for injury or death. Security cameras on the property provide the host and guests peace of mind. The cameras are all on the exterior of the home. They are directed at the front door, driveway, side yard/pool equipment, and backyard. We have beach bikes to use if you want and plenty of advice on things to do in the area.
