The space The house is very spacious with six bedrooms and 2.5 baths plus an outdoor shower. Just steps from our front door is beautiful Long Pond, our neighborhood beach is open to our guests April 15th to October 30th. Guest access The entire house is open to our guests, including our garage. We have a electronic lockbox at the front door, we provide the code to access the box just before your arrival. Other things to note We do not permit animals - I am sorry I know people want to take fur babies along but we cannot permit pets of any kind as our young daughter has severe allergies, our home must remain animal free. Please do not request to bring an animal, we cannot accommodate due to serious medical situation. Linens - Please plan to bring or rent your linens. Our sheets and towels are at the house but if you use them you have to wash, dry and return them to the spot you found them. Most folks do not want to do laundry on holiday. This is a great entertaining house... it's antique but newly renovated and large enough to give everyone space. There is a 10 by 38 pool. It's a fantastic house for two families. It has plenty of bedrooms and 2 master bedrooms of equal desirability. It's on the water and has a laser sail boat, two paddle boards and beach cruiser bikes for 5. It's an easy drive to Chatham or Wellfleet with two great local beaches and loads of restaurants. The space People launch their boats at the adjacent ramp which can be very entertaining. There is a dock where kids catch crabs and fish. Seals are spotted most days. You can charter a boat to take you out to see whales or go fishing that launches of this ramp. Very convenient. Guest access access to boat house and ll spaces. Other things to note Couple things about the house I want to re-iterate...: NOTHING but TP can be put in the toilet or bad things will happen so please let all your house guests know this. If you want to get the house cool just close it up and turn on AC units and you should be in decent shape. Also the recycling is VERY important in Orleans so please make sure to separate and leave in the appropriate bins (located in small side of garage with the padlock that is not really attached). If it's mixed trash they don't take it and I will need to charge you for a special pick up $250.

This beautiful home is truly meant to be your Cape Cod sanctuary. The pool, the hot tub, and walking distance to the beach make this a true Gem! The space Everything you need for your family to enjoy this Cape Cod Gem. Recently updated kitchen, 8 seats at the dining table and 4 at the counter for enjoying home cooked meals. TV with cable and wifi throughout the property included. Outdoor: In ground pool (seasonal), hot tub (open year round), swing set for the kids, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Parking: Parking for up to 6 cars! 3 full bathrooms, 2 full on the main level and 1 on the lower level. For help with sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Main level with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, this bedroom is pool side. Hot-tub: You must agree to the hot tub disclosure after booking for us to have it ready for you. The house appears to be completely isolated but actually directly abuts some elderly neighbors, specially the pool is by their back porch. In respect to our neighbors: No parties, partying, or general rowdiness. Music played outside cannot be above conversation level and must be turned off by 8PM. No large speakers or DJs of any kind allowed. Pool/hot tub closes at dark. Quiet hours begin at 9PM and nobody should be on exterior spaces including the outdoor dining area past 9PM. RENTAL AGREEMENT: We will send you a rental agreement within 6 hours of booking. This is due within 24 hours or we have the right to cancel this booking with a 15% cancellation fee! Part of the agreement: In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules: -No additional guests without host approval -No parties. At the end of your stay, all beds must be stripped of their linens and towels placed in one neat pile in the laundry area, all trash put into closed sealed trash bags and left in the garbage bins, and all dishes must be washed. Additionally, all furniture needs to be returned to where it was found. We will charge an additional fee, if the house is found to be left dirty, furniture is not in the same place as when you arrived and if there is excessive trash. If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.
