Other things to note We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form & lease agreement for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. The primary renter must be 25 years of age. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Enjoy a hot tub or keep warm by 2 fireplaces while playing pool. You can go skiing at Camelback! The community has tons of amenities for kids and adults. Our home is near both Kalahari & Great Wolf Lodge water parks and Mount Airy Casino. We hope you love our home as much as we do. The space Living room: living room has Smart TV and a fireplace. This allows you to log into any other providers you have personal access to. Downstairs there is a POOL table and a small Smart TV. Kitchen- the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, utensils, plates and cups, toaster oven, microwave, and oven. For your convenience we also equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, and blender. Bedrooms- Each bedroom comes with a closet and hangers. For your convenience iron and board is provided and located in the smaller upstairs bedroom. In this closet is also the playpen and the vacuum cleaner. Additional blankets can be found in the upstairs bedrooms. Cleaning: We provide our guests with a liquid soap, small dishwasher detergent, a few dishwasher detergent cubes, kitchen towel, and a few garbage bags. If spills or messes occur during stay, a mop is in the closet by the main entrance, a bucket is under the sink in the kitchen, and a vacuum is in the closet in the 2nd bedroom (upstairs). I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs bedroom has three beds: 2 full, and a bunk bed with twin mattress on top. Downstairs living room has a sofa bed/futon. Other things to note ◆◆◆Staying in the Pocono Mountains◆◆◆ If this is your first time visiting the Poconos, we want to ensure you understand what staying in the mountains entails. This house is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. As a result, you may encounter wildlife, as this is their home and we are merely guests. Wildlife may include flying insects, spiders, ants, squirrels, flying squirrels, mice, foxes, raccoons, opossums, skunks, snakes, turtles, coyotes, and black bears. Smaller creatures and insects can occasionally find their way inside depending on the outside conditions. We have monthly exterminator visits to minimize this, but being in the mountains, anything is possible. Additionally, please note that the mountain infrastructure differs from that of the city. Small wind or rain storms can occasionally cause power or internet outages in specific areas, including our home. Power outages may affect the water supply as we are on wells and the well pumps need power to work. Usually, these outages are restored within 8-10 hours, which is a quick turnaround given the weather conditions. For outages lasting less than 24 hours, no refund or compensation will be provided. For outages exceeding 24 hours, compensation will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Lastly, please be aware that extreme heat or cold waves can put stress on the house's heating or cooling systems, and these systems may struggle to keep up during very high or very low temperatures. ◆◆◆Summer Bookings◆◆◆ During Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, this is our busiest season. Check-in time is at 5 PM, and early check-in is nearly impossible. If we can accommodate an early check-in, the earliest would be 3 PM. If you need to arrive earlier than 3 PM, we recommend booking the day before to ensure you can arrive any time on your desired day. ◆◆◆Winter Bookings◆◆◆ During winter months, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4x4 capabilities due to potential heavy snowfall. ◆◆◆Supplies◆◆◆ We provide a starter pack of household essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent). Our home fits 4 adults and 2-4 kids comfortably but 2 more adults can be accommodated on an air mattress if requested at the time of booking. All bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans to keep you cool during summer months. BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior otherwise they WILL enter. ✅SECURITY CAMERA We have cameras outside. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas because that is creepy.

The space 3 bedrooms, 2 Queen beds, 1 bunk bed & one sofa pull out bed. Guest access Whole house is for guest, private parking & yard.
