Bedrooms are all upstairs with organic Saatva mattresses and a mix of luxury linens from Coyuchi, Parachute, Cozy Earth and Bed Threads. The Main Bedroom: king bed, desk, and a brand new en suite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The Bunk Room: a small jewel box of a bedroom with built-in curtained bunk beds and dresser. A magical adventure for kids and adults alike. The Loft: queen bed, large desk and workstation. Huge window with a beautiful view of the property. Please note: the loft is open down below to the living room, however no one can see up into the sleeping area. The hall bath has a shower/bathtub combo. The tub is smaller than usual, a mini tub if you will. Sliding doors off the dining room lead to a gorgeous outdoor space. The wooden deck has a large dining table with views of the mountains. Stairs from the deck lead down to a large grassy lawn with a seating area and vegetable garden. Whole house filter provides fresh, delicious drinking water. Excellent Wi-fi! Guest access There is private parking in the driveway. It will be self-check-in with a code provided before arrival. We have a local property manager (Jason) that is available if any issues arise. Other things to note Most importantly, this house is so very special to us. It is our personal home and has been carefully updated to preserve the integrity of the original architecture and vision. We trust that you'll be mindful and careful while on the property, please be gentle with all surfaces and materials. During cold months, please note heating is provided by ductless mini split units throughout the house a large stand up heater and the wood burning stove in the main living area. Portable Dyson heaters are located in the primary bedroom and bunk room for additional heat. The new primary bathroom also has radiant heated floors. During the summer, we have a brand new window A/C unit in the primary bedroom. The loft and downstairs both have mini split A/C units.

Welcome to our Charlotte home, renovated in 2023. It features light-filled interiors, including two living rooms with exposed beams, a spacious kitchen and dining area, large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a west-facing deck. Set on a 2-acre lot with a historic two-car barn, it's near Lake Champlain, parks, hiking trails, and local dining. A 20 min drive to Burlington and Middlebury and only 60 min to Stowe. It's ideal for families/groups of 4-6 seeking comfort and convenience in a scenic setting. The space We have been carefully renovating the space to create a modern Vermont feel. Each of our rooms furnished with one of a kind antique pieces, with brand new modern furnishings and warm wood accents. New bathrooms, shiplap, paint, wood beams, lighting and electric was all thoughtfully installed and updated throughout the home. Kitchen/Dining: We love cooking in our open kitchen & dining room area for our family and friends. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of essentials and new appliances, hardware and countertops. Living Rooms: We have 2 beautiful living rooms in our home. The larger of the two has beautiful vaulted ceilings and wood beams. The second living room is a cozy den located right off the kitchen/dining area. Both furnished with new seating and accented with antique pieces. Bathrooms: Each bathroom was newly renovated with high end tile, marble, cabinetry and hardware. Main Bedroom: New queen bed, dresser and 2 large closets as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. We provide a dining table and chairs to comfortably enjoy the large grassy lawn and surrounding forest. Also a large fire pit with seating. High end, fast and reliable wi-fi. We're about a 25 min drive from Burlington Airport, 5 minutes from the Charlotte Town Beach, and a short drive to local Vermont attractions like downtown Burlington, Stowe, Middlebury and more. Other things to note: We do have a lawn keeper who comes weekly to mow the lawn, we will do our best to ensure that lawn maintenance is complete before a guests stay, but in the case that we cannot make that work, lawn maintenance is fairly quick. 3 Bedroom 2 bath seasonal cottage at Long Point in North Ferrisburgh. Cottage has been completely renovated everything but the bones of the cottage are new. New roof, doors, windows, kitchen, baths, laundry, spray foam insulation, central A/C and heat, furniture and American flag. A canoe, and three single seat kayaks, with paddles and PFDs are available for guests. Guest access Guests access the complete cottage and driveway, front and back yard. The front door is adjacent to the driveway and the door lock accepts a numeric code for access. Other things to note The stairway is original and a little steep and tight, not recommended for guests who have physical limitations, there is a queen size sofa bed on the first floor. The upstairs partitions are original and thin, which may limit some privacy issues. There is a medium size clawfoot tub in the second floor bathroom with a hand wand shower. The first floor bathroom has a full size tub and shower combination. Hand soap is provided in the bathrooms but bath/shower soap, shampoo or body wash is not provided. All linens and pillows for bedding and bath and hand towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided A Keurig K-cup coffee maker is provided but the K-cups are not provided. Dish soap for the kitchen as well as salt and Pepper and cooking spray is provided. Firepits are not allowed at Long Point. A charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table in the rear yard are provided.

Philo State Park is also nearby and offers an easy hike or drive to the summit, where you'll be rewarded with stunning views of Lake Champlain and the vibrant Vermont foliage. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over Camel’s Hump and beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the home, and for a day adventure, take a short drive to the ferry that leads to Essex, New York, and the Adirondacks. We are around an hours drive to ski areas Stowe, Sugarbush/Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley and Smugglers Notch! 10 mins drive to Lake Champlain for summer swimming/fishing and boating. The space Mid century Modern meets Industrial. The garage door from dining to screened in porch is a highlight of the property! Sip your morning coffee or evening wine from the porch while listening to the bubbling Lewis Creek in the distance. The first floor is open concept living at its best, perfect for families to hang together! Master and Guest bedrooms have magnificent views. Views from every room toward the Green Mountains and /or Adirondacks. Close up Mt Philo view from the living room. The cows mooing at dinner time at the farm across the road provide the quintessential Vermont experience! In Spring the sugar house will be a cranking! Other things to note We have a lovely tenant Jill that resided in the apartment that is above the detached garage. She has a very well behaved dog and cat that is rarely seen. This is mine own personal home so there will be personal items and clothing in the closets. It’s never been an issue but something that I feel is important for guests to know. Sometimes I may stay in the lower level apartment, it has its own entrance and is locked to the main house. Soon it will be available to rent for additional cost along with the main house.

This classic lake-front camp has been in my husband’s family since his grandfather built it in 1934. With spectacular western views of Lake Champlain, it has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests. The great room has a cathedral ceiling with hand-hewed beams and a large fieldstone fireplace. Relax on the screened-in porch while watching the lake or read in the hammock just off the patio. Enjoy family dinners at the farmer’s table on the porch. Revel in the spectacular sunsets with 180-degree views. The space We completed a renovation in 2023 adding a second floor; a new primary bedroom with King bed, full bath and laundry facility. On the first floor we've created a dedicated office and reading area. House is fully equipped and ready for your vacation. The kitchen is complete with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, and microwave. The back deck has a large propane grill. WiFi is included and there is a Roku enabled smart TV in both the living room and primary bedroom. Linens and towels are provided. The living room has plenty of space and ample seating. The dining area has an expandable table that seats 6 comfortably. On a chilly night cozy up to the new (2021) propane "wood stove" that sits on the hearth of the fieldstone fireplace. Flip the switch and get instant flame and a soothing warmth. The downstairs bedrooms are a Queen and a King. The King can be separated into two Twins if needed. True to its heritage, the downstairs bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the new blue stone patio (built in 2022). It has great views and is a wonderful spot to enjoy the gentle breezes off the water. Walk down the path to the stairs leading to the 22 x 28’ concrete dock where you can hang out, swim, kayak or fish. The views are simply incredible. You'll have exclusive use of the dock. In the unlikely event of rain there is a supply of games, puzzles and books for your enjoyment. Located in the historic Thompson’s Point summer community, it has everything you’d want for a great summer vacation. Walking paths, dirt roads, bird watching, biking, water sports. Have a boat? The marina, with public launch access, is just down the road about a mile. Walk to the end of the driveway and across the road and enjoy tennis on two beautiful clay courts, play bocce on its new court, Pickle Ball on the hard court, maybe some ping pong in the club house, or just rock in the chairs on the porch. It’s all there for you to enjoy. (there is a separate, modest fee for club access). Due to the challenges of hosting a STR in a quiet residential area, having a delicate community septic system and wishing to respect our neighbors we ask that residency be limited to 6 people. Please no parties or events. For the months of July and August (through Labor Day) we require a weekly (7 Day rental) Cost is $3000. Thank you. It's our family's seasonal home, and the whole North Shore Rd has family history dating back to early 1900s. We love sharing our little secret slice of heaven with people who will appreciate it! Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the book nook now has bunkbeds. The new couch in the LR has a queen memory foam mattress and is actually comfortable to sleep on - no bars in your back! So although we need to hold the reservations to 6 people, you will have ample choice of beds, and all have quality cotton linens (and back-stock in case you need it.) People love the location, the amazing views, the peace, great kitchen, and updates I've recently done. I'm a 5-star Superhost for my properties in CA, and want nothing less from this property! Three cars can easily fit on the long driveway, so it would be possible to back in a boat trailer, but we do not have a boat landing or mooring. Ours is a rocky beach and even kayaks need to be pulled out of the water after each use, because storms can come up quickly. You can launch a small bass or row boat at Deer Point just down the road, or put in larger boats at nearby Point Bay Marina or Converse Bay. A lockbox is at the front door for easy check-in. The code will be shared before your arrival. Other things to note This cabin is a perfect choice for those in search of spectacular sunset views over the Adirondacks, with easy access to both Burlington culture (30 min) & rural driving or bike trips. ❄️AC in one room only—window unit in larger bedroom.❄️ Located on the second floor of a masterfully renovated 1890s brick general store, overlooking a river and historic mill, this is a gem. Great farm to table food options nearby and 25 minutes to both Middlebury and Burlington. Enjoy double windows in the high ceilinged, large living room overlooking the river, river access, beautifully designed bedrooms and bathrooms with a fully setup kitchen. The space The apartment has a covered outside deck and stairway and is directly on the river (one of the best fishing spots around). There is a historic mill next door. If you are interested in historic buildings it is a pretty amazing sight. The apartment itself is stunning. Spacious and light filled rooms throughout and beautiful craftsmanship in every nook and a view of the river which is mere steps away from you. There are two bedrooms, both with a queen size bed. The two bathrooms each have a shower and one has a beautiful bathtub. The neighborhood is all 1890s original homes that once housed the mill workers- this neighborhood is full of history. The best fly fishing in this area of Vermont. Guest access Parking is to the side of the building. You can walk ten minutes to a gas station and to Cookie Love which serves the number one rated Vermont ice cream. You are ten minutes from beaches on Lake Champlain and there are many dining options in the area. We will be happy to point you in the direction of many unique activities, like swimming holes, lakeside beaches, hikes etc.

The lake doesn't have a sandy bottom and you can wade in, please note that it is it is a bit muddy and is not the most ideal for swimming. There is a town beach within a 6 minute drive. ❄️❄️ If you are visiting in the winter please be aware that winter weather can be tricky to drive in and can be unpredictable. Please be prepared for winter traveling with all wheel drive and experience driving in the snow. The driveway and dirt road to the house is maintained by a local plow company but there are occasions when the snow may not be completed removed and on the dirt road, it is common in the winter for the snow to be packed on the road. The dining area is located in a bay window with views to the Adirondack mountains. The custom designed and built kitchen includes a Birdseye Maple counter and soft close cabinets. All appliances are new stainless steel units including refrigerator, combination microwave/convection oven, and 2 burner cooktop. The living room is furnished with a West Elm couch, custom Nagashima inspired Cherry side table, and antique town hall bench. The tiled bathroom features a 3'x5' shower with subway tile walls, backlight mirror, and high end fixtures. Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the house for privacy. Camp Roosevelt: A Century of Memories Cottage on Lake Champlain over 100 years old and intentionally kept without modern frills, preserving its nostalgic charm and historical decor. MRT-11088876 The space In the quiet town of Burlington, on a cold January 7th, 1919, Raymond Roosevelt Unsworth was born into a world brimming with change. The day before his birth, the nation mourned the loss of Theodore Roosevelt, the larger-than-life former president. In tribute, Raymond’s parents named him after the great man, and when plans for a summer cottage in Shelburne were drawn up, it was only fitting that it be called Camp Roosevelt. That summer, as the final touches were put on the simple two-story structure nestled by Lake Champlain, baby Raymond took his first dip in its cool waters. This would be the start of a lifelong love affair with the lake, its shimmering surface a constant companion throughout his life. Back then, Shelburne was a sleepy agricultural town, and the camps dotting what would later be known as Twilight Bay were humble, summer-only escapes from the heat of the city. Camp Roosevelt was no different—a modest, boxy building without insulation, foundation, or the modern conveniences we take for granted today. But it had something far more precious: a cold, clear stream of water piped in from the lake, and a view that could soothe the soul. Over the years, small additions and upgrades were made, as the camp was passed down through the family, each generation adding their own touch to this cherished retreat. As time marched on, the camp evolved, reflecting the growth of the family that loved it so dearly. In 2003, the camp underwent a major transformation. The old additions were removed, the house was lifted, and a solid foundation was laid underneath. A three-level addition was constructed on the north side, the floor plan was reimagined, and the entire camp was winterized, making it a year-round haven. Yet, in a nod to its storied past, the south side—home to the living room—retained the original woodwork from 1919, a tangible connection to the camp's beginnings. Today, Camp Roosevelt remains in the family and is more than just a house; it’s a repository of family history, where laughter and love have echoed through the years. It has been the setting for three weddings—each a testament to the enduring love that the camp nurtures. The decor is a loving homage to the past, with vintage furnishings, weathered wood, and family heirlooms that tell stories of days gone by. The space This home was rebuilt in 2018 from an old lake front camp to a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath year-round home. It is nestled in a cove; allowing for calmer waters and peaceful sunrises. In 2022 we added a 10 x 20 private dock and central heat and AC. The spacious living room and dining area, open right onto a full deck. Whether you're grilling on the deck or enjoying your morning cup of coffee; the views from the main floor are amazing! With 14ft ceilings in the basement/game room, this sets the house high above the lake. The unfinished basement is complete with a washer and dryer, Foosball table, ping pong table, putt-putt set up, and basketball shot. Everything to keep the kids happy on those rainy summer days! The main floor is complete with living room with gas fire place, dining that seats 8, full kitchen, bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is complete with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven and stove-top. The main floor bedroom sleeps two with a twin size bed equipped with trundle bed. This bedroom has an attached bath with full shower. Up the hardwood stairs you'll find two more generously sized bedrooms; one a queen sized bed with en-suite full bath and the second a king sized bed with quaint reading chair and desk. Lake Time on Lake Iroquois

Pretty, eco-friendly lakeside camp that makes you feel like you’ve gone backwards in time, to a place where life is simpler. Located halfway between Burlington & Middlebury, VT. Cozy, semi-rustic interior with fully equipped kitchen, heat, electricity, and Wi-Fi. Indoor composting toilet. Seasonal water setup (no shower in winter); winter stays are best suited for self-reliant guests seeking a quiet “basecamp” on the lake. The space This lakefront cabin is on the quieter side of Lake Cedar (also known as Monkton Pond) in the lovely little town of Monkton, Vermont (est. 1762). The 16-mile drive from the nearest airport - Burlington, VT (BTV) - takes you from a hip, vibrant college town to a relaxing rural paradise via pretty country roads with breathtaking views of Lake Champlain, the Adirondacks and the Green Mountains. The drive from the south - via Middlebury or Route 7 - is also wonderful: peppered with farms, quaint towns, antique shops, rolling hills and mountains in the distance. The setting is peaceful and feels disconnected from today's troubled world. It is on an unpaved road, nestled together with a handful of other "camps" or "cabins," which is what seasonal houses on a lake are called up here. Imagine an old-fashioned summer camp - slightly rustic, but with a lovingly hand-crafted interior and modern conveniences, including WIFI. Pretty views surround you and lake sounds fill the air. On crisp, dark winter nights, the sky is filled with stars. When it's frozen, the lake is great for ice fishing, hockey, skating - or just plain walking. When it's not, venture into Burlington or Middlebury to enjoy local dining, shops and local arts. Please note: we are earth-conscious and have an electric composting toilet for this reason: given that we are right on the lake, it is much more eco-friendly than a traditional septic system. Don't worry - the toilet is sanitary, easy-to-use and doesn't smell. It's actually kind of cool! Since we are environmentally oriented, we ask our guests to be respectful of the lake as well. The enclosed porch is not heated in winter, but with a warm coat and a blanket or two it's a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunrise or drink a cocktail in the evening. The main bedroom is small, but private. There is a loft with two single beds. The stairs are steep, though, so those with physical limitations and very small children may not be able to use them. There is a gate at the top for safety purposes. Please be advised that there is WIFI, but the only TV is extremely old and only runs videos. This is on purpose and is in the spirit of simplicity - we hope to gently encourage our guests to unplug & unwind during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and towels and linens are provided. Guest access Guests have full, unshared access to the entire home. Other things to note ** Please read carefully before booking ** • This is a semi-rustic, seasonal cabin — not a luxury property. • Winter stays: running water is turned off in freezing weather. There is no shower in winter and the kitchen sink drains into a gray-water container that guests may need to empty. • The access road is unpaved but plowed in winter. After heavy snowfall, plowing may take a bit of time. A vehicle suitable for winter driving is strongly recommended. • Drinking water is available via a bottled water dispenser. One 5-gallon jug of water per registered guest per stay is provided. • The cabin has an indoor electric composting toilet, which is sanitary and easy to use with posted instructions. • The dock is seasonal and may freeze at an angle in winter. The space The lake house was built in 1989 on 2.5 acres. Once this property was farmland, as was much of our neighborhood. There are 2 sets of sturdy bunkbeds that pull out for easy bed making. The 2nd downstairs bedroom has a view of the lake. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and shower. The master suite is upstairs and has a bathroom with a glass and slate shower. The bedroom has an amazing view of Lake Champlain. There is a small roll top desk and high speed internet for those whom are working. Guest access Parking is plentiful as we have a private drive. Other things to note We have a handyman if there is an immediate need. Pets are welcome but we kindly request that a cover is used on couches and beds. Please use the provided waste bags for outdoor cleanup. The kitchen sink has Reverse Osmosis. All water is filtered and softened. 2 fire extinguishers are on site- please create a meeting place in case of emergency.

Rustic, barn type architecture meets charming cabin on Thompson's Point with stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. It has two bedrooms and two lofts that can sleep up to 7 people. The space Rustic, charming post and beam cabin on Thompson's Point with stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. It has two bedrooms downstairs (a double and a single) and two lofts upstairs (two single beds and two double beds ) that can sleep up to 7 people (plus a futon in the living area). As of August 2020, we have new mattresses on most of the beds. The two lofts are connected by a cat-walk with open rails, and access to the loft area is using a very steep ladder stair. The spacious deck is where you will want to spend most of your time, watching the boats go by, counting fireflies, listening to the birds, or on the screened-in porch which has a chair swing and comfy chaise. The rustic kitchen has all the usual amenities, and there is a gas grill on the deck. If it's a chilly night, you can cozy up to a roaring fire in the wood stove. The cabin is 1/4 mile down from a a small, rocky, town beach, a favorite for locals bringing their dogs for a swim! The setting is a wooded area with other cabins nearby, along a narrow dirt road, which is great for your morning stroll. This is a quiet area so please be aware of that. You will have access to the North Shore Road Tennis Association tennis and shuffleboard courts ($25 weekly fee). Nearby, is Point Bay Marina, beautiful Mt. Philo with one of the most spectacular views in the state, Shelburne Farms and the Shelburne Museum. Only 30 minutes from the city of Burlington with many more of the wonderful opportunities Vermont has to offer. This will be a vacation of complete relaxation, filled with pleasant country offerings. Guest access Swimming at local beaches, hiking, tennis and shuffleboard, Lake Champlain, Mt. Philo, city of Burlington, Teddy Bear Factory, Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, famous VT local breweries and wineries, 5 star dining. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided. It is suggested picking up other essentials such as toilet paper, soap, etc., along the way. Please replace any items you use up (or please send me a list via text or email so we can replace the items). Because of the open loft area, the rocky cliff, and the steep stairs, it is not recommended for small children. Please also note that while we strive for utmost cleanliness, this is a cabin in the woods and spiders, mosquitoes, other bugs and critters have been known to make appearances. Please be mindful with your food storage to minimize the likelihood of pests.

Lakeside cabin on Lake Champlain in Charlotte, Vt

Our hand crafted custom home is full of delightful surprises, ready to nurture you into forgetting the world for a spell. From the cozy wood stove to the cedar sauna and our 125 year old deep copper bathtub, being at Treewild feels like an embrace. Absolutely welcoming to children, with Carl Larson alcove beds, a library full of children's books, a 60' marble roll, and a secret crawl-through space. There's even a tucked away toddler bed in the Ocean room. The space Treewild is home to a Forest Classroom on Thursdays and Fridays, so we have a very child-friendly outdoors, with a swing and balancing logs and wild climbing structures, a hobbit house, yurt, and over 15 miles of walking trails accessible from here. We have a chicken coop with a dozen hens (fresh organic eggs $5 doz!) The downstairs garden apartment is where we live with our two dogs and two kittens. Guest access This is our home in which we've raised two children and cared for our four elders. Now that our nest is empty, we've moved into the garden apartment, with a separate entrance, and are making the main house available to people who want to retreat to a very special place. If you have need for one more queen bed and a twin, we can open up the studio, which is also the room that holds all the magic for the forest classroom and summer camps.

Situated on 10 wooded acres with 400’ of pristine lakefront, Partridge Cottage offers the ultimate in privacy with all the amenities of a well-loved home — the perfect spot for your next family getaway. The space Partridge’s living space is primarily on one floor. There are three steps connecting the master and living room with the two back bedrooms and bath. The guest cottage is connected via a breezeway opposite the entry door which leads right in to the kitchen. This kitchen door, which is right next to the outdoor gas grill, is our front door. The screened-in porch off the dining room provides the perfect spot for reading or just relaxing with a cup of tea. The wall to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom showcase the ever-changing lake view and sunrises over Vermont’s Green Mountains. All of the house with the exception of the kitchen, bathrooms and guest cottage are carpeted, so don’t forget your comfy house shoes to wear during your stay. When you’re ready for a swim or just want to enjoy the water view, grab a towel and head down to the 400’ of private beach and the expansive deck. Plenty of deck chairs are provided. The beach is rocky so don’t forget your beach shoes. There is a walkable path to the water. Guest access With the exception of the shed, the garage and the basement, all of the house is yours to enjoy.

We invite all visitors to feel at home on the farm. Your stay in this newly renovated 3 bdrm farmhouse can be truly nourishing. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, 55" TV, Record Player, games, and walking access to our beautiful Organic Farm and Café. The views are simply stunning in all seasons. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Burlington, the beaches of Lake Champlain, and UVM. In under 30 minutes you can be hiking in the Green Mountains or swimming in local swimming holes. The space The open format kitchen and living room makes for incredible meals. Guests can cook dinner on one side of the large kitchen island while watching a game or show on the TV, or listening to a record. Or, if you'd prefer not to prepare every meal you can order catered meals to go from our Blank Page Café. The dining table on the porch is a wonderful place to take in the sunset. Better yet, find a cozy seat outside under one of the three big silver maple trees. You have private access to at least two parking spaces to the East of the farm house off the main driveway to the farm. If you need additional parking please let us know. Guest access You will have the entire farmhouse to yourself. Inside, you will find the space to be quiet, private and cozy. Feel free to use the huge lawn - great for games - or sit beneath one of three giant silver maple trees. Our Farm Store and Cafe, where you can find organic veggies, 100% grass-fed beef, local groceries, catered meals-to-go, fresh baked goodies, and espresso drinks, and is just a hundred yard walk from your door. The farm store/café is open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. After you book with us, we can share more specific details about the many ways to interact with the farm and land. The farmhouse is close to many wonderful attractions in the area. Skiing, orchards, rivers, lakes, kayaking, hiking, biking, shopping, and so much more. Other things to note Visitors should note that many days on the farm are teeming with incredible activities, including children engaging in our education programs and folks buying farm fresh groceries or their morning coffee. Completely renovated in 2024! Located at the end of a quarter mile driveway on a 60 acre oasis in the heart of Shelburne, the Barn has ski on ski off access to a groomed private cross country trail network, a swimming pond, views of the Adirondacks & Green Mtns and is 100% powered by solar energy. The Barn has a completely renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, brand new queen & king mattresses, and a pull out couch (perfect for kids) We live next door & look forward to hosting you! The space The Barn is situated at the top of a hill overlooking the Adirondacks. There is plenty of outside area to walk, run and play. There is a pond on the property that is swimmable in the summer too! We have a three kids kayaks and a paddle boat at the pond that you are welcome to use. There is an inlet and outlet so the pond water stays quite fresh. The pond is perfect for catching frogs, seeing turtles and a few little fish (not for fishing). Please note all guests swim at their own risk and any children (or adults) who are not strong swimmers must be supervised. Guest access Guests have access to the property, the pond, the Adirondack chairs in front of The Barn and the surrounding walking / cross country trails which go for miles. In the winter, our neighbor regularly grooms the cross country ski trails and they are in phenomenal condition immediately after its snows. Other things to note Please note that walking on or cross country skiing on the trails is at your own risk. There is no ski patrol. Swimming in the pond is lovely and at your own risk too. All children swimmers must be supervised.

Stocked with vintage glassware, silverware and plates to create a beautiful dinner party. Comfy mattresses are a must as well as the coziest bedding. The inside is great but the best part is the outdoor space and access to the beautiful Boquet River. There is a firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs, perfect for smores or fondue. The large patio has outdoor seating and tables for alfresco dining. Summer will find you swimming & floating and lounging on the rock beach. Other seasons just listening to sounds of the river flowing by will totally relax you. There are so many adventures to do that are close by but also fun to just hang out at the property. Willsboro offers a golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, lots of hiking, a boat launch and so much more. Boat and kayak rentals are available in nearby Westport. Less than 10 minutes from the Charlotte/Essex Ferry. 15 minutes from Exit 32 off of Rt 87. Guest access Private main house, patio and outdoor space is all yours to enjoy. There is a tenant on the property above the garage that can help with any questions that you have. She does have a dog that stays on leash. Enjoy coffee and set about to enjoy Burlington. Need to work from home? We got you—we have a dedicated workspace with fast wifi. Space for two cars in driveway. Nearby local restaurants include Bliss Bee, Koto Sushi, Burlington Bagel Bakery, grocery stores and chains like Panera, Chipotle, 5 guys. Quiet & 10 minutes to downtown. The space This is a great ranch layout on one floor with a picture window out to the front yard and sliding doors out to deck and backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire first floor ( the only floor) of the ranch home. You do not have access to the basement or the garage or the washer or dryer on any floor. Other things to note Bedding and Pillows: There are throw blankets around the house and/or in the closets of the Snowy Owl Room (Queen) and The Red Clover Room (the one with two beds a queen & a twin). The Maple Room is the King Room. There are extra twin and queen quilts. There are extra linens in storage containers, including a crib sheet and two Mexican blankets. There are extra pillows and every bed has at least two or four pillows. If you need more than 12 standard pillows for your group you will need to bring them. Children: We are happy to be an Airbnb that provides many of the things you get sick of packing for trips. We know how much stuff ends up in the car with little ones in tow! Please note because we have many guests that are traveling without children you will need to bring the kids items out of the closets and garage and set them up. The crib is an LA baby mini crib with a brand new pottery barn mattress one side for infant and one side for a toddler. We also have a high chair, a bumbo seat, a kids chair, and a toy box. Pets: We only allow hypoallergenic and potty trained dogs. They are not allowed on the furniture, if you can’t keep them off the couch then please bring your own doggie blanket and put it on the couch. Please clean up after your pet, this includes any waste they do in the yard. Extra charges will apply if you are unable to clean up after your pet. Kitchen: Tea kettle, and smaller ceramic tea pot. Minimal silverware, four to six settings. Waffle maker. Toaster. Coffee maker. Food processor. One small frying pan, one pot, one large baking sheet, one Dutch oven, two spatulas, 3 mixing bowls, two sets of measuring cups. Plenty of drinking glasses, four to six wine glasses, silverware, and plates. There is also a set of plastic and melamine plates and dinnerware for outdoor dining. There is a set of kids utensils, bowls and plates. Martini set. Shaper cooking knives. Can opener. One oven mitt. We do not have spices. Cleaning supplies: We do not provide paper towels. Lysol spray in bathroom. One dustpan set. One duster. One BONA hardwood floor swiffer. Grill: N/A at this time. Trash: Every other Thursday. Pull to end of driveway before 9 a.m. Clothes storage: There are hangers in every closet. The Maple Room (Queen) has an open shelving area in the closet for clothes. The Red Clover Room has a small wooden dresser open shelf in the closet, as well as a full length mirror. The Snowy Owl room has a closet, but no drawer units. There is a full length mirror in the hallway. Basement: No access. Owner’s Closet: There is one closet with a sliding pocket door located in the living room for supplies and items. Please do not take anything out there without permission from owner. Dining Table: There are four chairs for the dining table, two extra chairs available. Please note: We have removed the High top table in kitchen, and replaced it with a regular dining table. Air Conditioners & Fans: Every bedroom has a fan. There is a large AC unit in the kitchen that cools off most of the house, as well as a smaller unit that can be used in the Maple or Red Clover room. This charming cottage has been in my husband’s family since his grandfather built it in 1934. Completely updated with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a complete kitchen, it’s located at Lake Champlain on historic Thompson’s Point in Charlotte. On a secluded, wooded lot, it's the perfect retreat from the craziness of everyday life. In warm weather relax on the expansive front deck or take in the magnificence of the lake from the large dock. On a chilly evening enjoy a fire in the new propane "woodstove". The space House is fully equipped. Complete kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, and microwave. (The kitchen was renovated in 2025). BBQ grill on the deck. WiFi is included and there is a Roku enabled smart TV. Linens and towels are provided. Walk down the path to the stairs to the 22 x 28’ concrete dock where you can hang out, swim, kayak, fish or relax and take in the view. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the dock. There is a portable air condidtioner in the main bedroom if things get a little warm. Located in the historic Thompson’s Point summer community, it has everything you’d want for a great escape. Walking paths, dirt roads, bird watching, biking, water sports. Enjoy the fall foliage. Have a boat? The marina, with public launch access, is just down the road about a mile. Walk to the end of the driveway and across the road and enjoy tennis on two beautiful clay courts, play bocce on its new court, Pickle Ball on the hard court, maybe some ping pong in the club house, or just rock in the chairs on the porch. It’s all there for you to enjoy. (there is a separate, modest fee for club access). It is a remarkably private setting unlike most lake-side communities, nestled on a wooded 1.5 acre lot on Lake Champlain. The house is not right on the lake front but sits back about 100 feet. Enjoy the water and the views from the large dock, easily accessed down a winding path through the woods. You will have exclusive use of the dock for swimming, relaxing or taking in the spectacular view during your stay. The only other residence you see is the main house that may be occupied by the owners during your stay. Enjoy a morning muffin and coffee at the historic Old Brock Store in "downtown" Charlotte, or go enjoy the spectacular views from the top of Mt. Philo. We're a short drive to the restaurants, entertainment and culture of Burlington. Vergennes and Middlebury. This suite is directly across from Shelburne Museum. The suite has a private separate entrance with self check in. Stairs lead up to the private suite that comprises the whole second floor. Two separate bedrooms divided by a private bath, a coffee bar and a dormer area where you can dine and relax while enjoying the view. One bedroom has a full bed and tv, the other bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sleeper sofa. There is no kitchen.A microwave and mini fridge are provided. Enhance your visit to our beautiful Green Mountain State with a unique housing experience-rent a private home on Woods Edge Farm. 10 minutes from downtown Burlington, UVM & the airport, this tiny urban farm is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood backed by woods & trails. Your stay won’t lack amenities: fully equipped chef’s kitchen, backyard patio, Roku tv. Beyond the private patio, wander onto the farm to pick your own berries for breakfast or arrange a tour with farmer/chef/host Anne. The space The house is very comfortable, with space to gather and space to be alone. The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open concept, so everyone can enjoy each other's company whether you're cooking in the large, well-appointed kitchen, having your morning coffee or lounging on the huge sectional. There's a large Vermont-made live-edge dining table for a crowd, or a smaller table for casual meals or chatting with the family chef. The master bedroom is very large and has it's own sitting area, with a sofa that can be made up as a single bed and an attached private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are modest and have a queen or a queen + twin loft bed and a dresser. Off the back of the house is a large bonus room that provides a great hang-out space with a 65" Roku tv, two pull-out sofas, a large table to play games and plenty of floor space for your morning yoga overlooking the peaceful gardens and woods beyond. Both sofas convert into queen size beds if you need more sleeping space, and the room has a door for privacy. There's also a mudroom/laundry room and a large two-car garage - plenty of space for your outdoor gear! Guest access Guests have private use of the entire house, garage and a small, fenced backyard with patio. Guests are welcome on the farm portion of the property and will sometimes see the host or other farm helpers there. Other things to note We welcome guests who love the idea of staying on a small urban farm and also those who just think the house will work for their needs. Farm tours are available to all guests, and fruits and vegetables are available for guests to pick according to the seasons. Outside the fence surrounding the guest's private backyard is our 2/3 acre urban farm, growing strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, plums, Asian pears, European pears, peaches, apricots, apples, asparagus and lots of annual vegetables. You're welcome to visit this part of the yard and and you may see the host or her helpers out there taking care of the farm. Past the farm you can enter the woods, cross a small stream, and walk miles of wooded trails. Alternately, you can walk 3 minutes down the street to the bike path, and take a paved path through the woods, to a children's playground, or to Overlook park to gaze at Lake Champlain. Guests should also note that the host lives directly across the street. I give my guests privacy, but I'm nearby if needed!

Right on Lake Champlain, the main house is ideal for 1 couple, w/ room for an occasional visit of a couple or individual, pre-approved, @ $100 pp, per night. We (the owners) live in a separate apartment downstairs, w/ separate access. Enjoy sunsets from our private beach, swim or paddle, walk to the town beach for tennis or pickleball, ride the Bike Path, explore local trails, or head to the hills. Slackers just hang out. One-week minimum stay. The space The house is beautifully furnished, with an open living/dining/kitchen area, that opens onto a covered porch overlooking the yard that rolls down to the beach with breath taking western views across the lake to the high peaks of the Adirondacks. From the yard is a staircase to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee makers, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Perfect for a retreat or romantic getaway, and the only place you'll want to be at sunset! There is a lovely bedroom with queen bed and dressers, and for occasional visitors, a second bedroom with a modern pull-out memory foam queen bed, lake view and direct access to the west porch. Entry into the house is thru the east/front porch, into a foyer area which houses a washer/dryer. Xfinity internet, Smart TV and a Bose Bluetooth speaker are provided. There’s central heat and air conditioning. Coffee, tea and a variety of breakfast items are provided for your first two days. Guest access Shopping and Activities Great coffee, sandwiches and pastries are a 2-minute drive to Charlotte's Old Brick Store, and another 2 minutes to the Philo Ridge Farm. Also in Charlotte, Stone's Throw Pizza and the Backyard Bistro. It's 8 minutes north to Shelburne for a top of line grocery store and several restaurants along with other shops. The a big Farmer's Market's on the main green in Shelburne every Saturday morning and lots of other local farmstands scattered around Charlotte. There are lots of walking trails in Charlotte (map provided). It's only two miles to the center of town and the Charlotte Town Library, state boat launch, Town Trail, and Mt. Philo, Vermont’s first state park with its unparalleled views of the Champlain Valley and beyond. Next door, Shelburne Farms is a must see - great for walking or tea at the Inn, and Shelburne Museum is also a unique and wonderful experience. Make the short drive to Burlington’s Church Street Market Place for shopping, dining and entertainment. The dining and shopping opportunities in Burlington are endless, from small coffee shops to fine dining, local artisan galleries, brew pubs and parks. UVM and the other local colleges also offer special events and concerts. Vermont’s famous little city, Vergennes, is 20 minutes to the south, and another 10 minutes south through beautiful Addison County, brings you to the glorious Basin Harbor Club and Golf Course and the Champlain Maritime Museum. Hills Point Lake House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This house has a very small carbon footprint and is mostly run on solar. This has been an amazing home, quiet, and spacious, and meant to be enjoyed. The space There are two bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. There are a couple steps to get into the home on the first floor on the front of the house. Kitchen, living room, and dining area, along with a lower porch to the backyard are all on the first floor. Upstairs is two bedrooms, and two baths. The main master bedroom has a recently renovated master bathroom, with circular bathtub, steam shower, toilet. The other bedroom has a bathroom off the hallway, that has a shower, toilet and vanity. Owner is living in the basement, where her apartment is, and available IF needed. Guests are welcome to use the house, and back yard. We do ask that you pick up after yourselves and your pets if you are bringing them. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, other than one bedroom in the upstairs of the home, that is locked and kept shut. The owner lives in the basement which you won't have access to, but have access to the driveway, and two stories of the home, and back yard. Other things to note The previous owner did smoke in the home, and although we haven't had many guests mention it, we thought we would mention it here for the guests that may be super sensitive to any smells. This lakefront home on Lake Iroquois is close to Burlington, 4 Ski Areas, Lake Champlain, and the airport. You’ll love our home because it is spacious, full of light, and has amazing views. It's an executive home with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, comfy beds, and has a fully equipped kitchen. It sits at the end of a quiet dead end street on this spring fed mountain lake. Our home is great for couples, large families (with Kids), solo adventurers, and big groups. The space Lakehaven is a year round gem. The quiet dirt road that leads to the house is perfect for evening strolls, bird watching and kid exploration (bring your bikes!). In the summer, enjoy swimming, kayaking or fishing right off the private beach... You can also snorkel, look for lake turtles or the resident beaver that lives at the other end of the lake. The kids love it! Enjoy the two kayaks, 2 paddle boards and take them out for a paddle to explore the area by water, you might even run into the local loons and their babies. Hiking and world renown mountain biking trails are minutes down the road. In winter months, enjoy the 2 pairs of snow shoes, and sleds for the kids- or bring your skis to take advantage of the many winter recreation options. Wintertime fun includes nordic skiing (right out the back door), skating, snowshoeing, ice fishing, downhill skiing/snowboarding (close by). There is AC in the master's bathroom that cools the whole second floor. Downstairs is the den with a Smart tv and recliner sofa (log in to any of your subscriptions and enjoy all your entertainment!). There's also bunk beds in the downstairs living room.
